Princess and Junior Andre hit back at 'nepo baby' label as they launch new ITV2 reality show: 'This is our own career'
The rising star, 18, daughter of Katie Price and Peter Andre, has landed her first solo TV project, with cameras following her rise in the lucrative influencer world.
Speaking at the glitzy ITV launch, Princess admitted that under the true definition of a 'nepo baby' the term applies, but said the focus should be on how she has built her own career over the past two years.
The rising star has already inked big-money deals with brands including Morphe and Superdrug, cementing her status as a celebrity in her own right.
She added that the new series will give fans an unfiltered look into her life, away from her famous parents.
Speaking to The News Movement she said: 'Well obviously if you're using the actual terms of a 'nepo baby' then yeah, but we are focusing on ourselves.
'This is our own career and I feel like within the last two years I've built myself as a solo person, so this is a good time to for the show to come in as it actually shows what goes on in my life, without my parents.'
Big brother Junior, 19, added that it's 'natural' for people to compare them to their superstar mum and dad but stressed that their success will come down to hard work and carving their own paths.
He said: 'Yeah I mean, obviously we're gonna be compared to our parents, they've done amazing things, that's where we come from.
'It's inevitable - anyone would be compared to their parents, so you know that's natural.
'But what we're doing is focusing on ourselves and really driving and pushing our own careers and working hard. For us to succeed we have to put in the work for it.'
When quizzed on what they would do differently - and what they'd do the same - as their famous parents, Junior said he was grateful for the way they'd been brought up, describing them both as polite, kind and 'normal people'.
He added that some might assume otherwise, but the new show would prove they are just regular young adults navigating life like everyone else.
With the show launching on Sunday, Princess and Junior appeared on ITV to promote the new reality series.

She teased what fans can expect from the fly-on-the-wall show saying: 'I'm really excited, it has been very intense filming but I can't wait for everyone to watch it.
'You see my everyday life and what I do. You see my grown confidence, my family, it's really fun.
'I feel like a lot of people base assumptions from what they see online but this will give people a proper insight.'
It comes after mum Katie condemned the new show as she broke her silence on reports of a 'feud' between the pair.

In her latest episode of The Katie Price Show, the mother-of-five insisted her issue was not with Princess but in fact her daughter's management - who also work with her ex-husband Peter Andre.
Calling Princess her 'best friend' on Thursday, Katie, 46, said that she fell out with the management team when she split from Peter, explaining: 'I always said over my dead body would I ever want her to manage my kids because she doesn't like me and Pete and I don't talk.
'I was very, very, very upset that Princess signed with them when she was 16', she said ahead of Princess' show.
An ITV2 spokesman has since claims the channel didn't want Katie involved in her daughter's show.

Liam Gallagher shows support for brother Paul after he was charged with rape and 'offers him a bed in his £4million mansion and a seat on his private jet
Liam Gallagher has shown the strength of his brotherly bond by opening his £4million home to his rape-accused sibling just weeks before his court appearance. Paul Gallagher, the older brother of Noel and Liam, has also been seen boarding a £3.5million private jet and flying off with his singer sibling to the band's recent gig in Edinburgh. The DJ, who lives in East Finchley, north London, is facing a string of charges following an investigation that began last year. As well as rape, he is also accused of sexual assault, coercive control and making threats to kill. He is due to appear in court later this month. The offences are said to date from between 2022 and 2024 and relate to one woman. Paul, who at 59 is one year older than Noel and seven years older than Liam, grew up with the pair in Burnage, Manchester. Photographs published by The Sun show Paul with Liam arriving at Luton airport, while another was taken of Paul outside the Oasis frontman's north London mansion on Friday. A source said it showed the musician wanted to show support for his older brother. 'Liam is supporting Paul through this. It says a lot about Liam. 'He has an incredibly hectic schedule at the moment because of the tour — but he wants to be there for his big brother.' While he has previously not been involved with Oasis, which is currently mid-way through its sold-out reunion tour, Paul Gallagher is listed on an official programme as the 'tour DJ'. Paul lives in a flat that Noel bought in 2004 and has worked as a DJ and photographer. 'The offences are reported to have taken place between 2022-2024. The charges follow an investigation which commenced in 2024. 'A woman is being supported by specially trained officers.' Paul Gallagher will appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, August 27. Oasis announced their highly anticipated reunion tour in August last year, after Noel quit in 2009 after a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris. Before the recent string of concerts, the last time they played Wembley was on July 12, 2009, when they performed during their Dig Out Your Soul tour. The group kicked off their Oasis Live '25 world tour on July 4 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. The group has also dominated the UK album charts, with three top five albums, according to the Official Charts Company. After their gig at Edinburgh on Tuesday and Dublin's Croke Park on August 17, Oasis will head off to Japan, South Korea, South America, Australia and North America.
