Notre Dame makes offer to wide receiver/cornerback Duvay Williams
The Fighting Irish could use Williams' ability to play more than one position
Duvay Williams has received an offer from Notre Dame.
The cornerback/wide receiver is class of 2027 out of Junipero Sierra in Gardena, Ca. and he stands six-foot-two and weighs 170 pounds. He's been a Polynesian Bowl All-American.
He's also a Rivals.com five-star recruit.
Notre Dame has been recruiting hard this offseason, with some exciting commitments. A run to the national championship game will do that. And while this is just an offer, not a commitment, the Irish could probably use a player with two-way skills like Williams. He could either bolster the passing game -- which probably does need bolstering -- or be a part of a defense that has been lockdown of late.
We'll see what he chooses.

Michigan State PG Jeremy Fears Jr. referenced, spotted at NBA draft with brother Jeremiah
The 2025 NBA Draft is underway, and while many Michigan State basketball fans and players tuned in to watch star freshman Jase Richardson get selected, it was a different Spartan who was the first to show up on ESPN's coverage of the draft. When the New Orleans Pelicans selected Oklahoma star Jeremiah Fears with the No. 7 pick in the draft, the first person he turned to was his brother, Jeremy Fears Jr., the starting point guard for the Spartans. Then, ESPN showed a graphic about Jeremiah Fears referencing the fact that Jeremy started every game at Michigan State last season. You can see it below: That's a very cool moment for the Fears family and a nice mention for MSU basketball on a big stage. After the selection, Jeremy Fears took to social media to congratulate his brother: Contact/Follow us @The SpartansWire on X, and like our page on Facebook to follow ongoing coverage of Michigan state news, notes, and opinion. Michigan State high priority offensive lineman nearing decision, down to three schools
Michigan State has had a red hot month of June in the recruiting department, gaining 17 commitments and getting the total number in the class up to 21. There is still another prospect from the month the Spartans are close to landing. While the Spartans have pieced together an outstanding recruiting class in the offensive line, there is still one more piece left in the puzzle. Adrian 'Ace' Hamilton is gearing up to make his college decision on July 5, where he will announce his commitment. The Spartans are in that race alongside Virginia and Virginia Tech. A 6-foot-2, 290 pound offensive lineman, the Spartans see him as the center of the future. A Washington, D.C. native, attending St. John's College, he is a high 3-star target that Michigan State has had held in high regard. He took a visit to East Lansing on June 2. 2026 4-star OT explains why he committed to Texas A&M
What a day it's been for Texas A&M's 2026 recruiting class, as coach Mike Elko and O-line coach Adam Cushing landed two key commitments along the future offensive line, as four-star offensive tackles Avery Morcho and Zaden Krempin, who are among the top pass protectors in the cycle. Morcho has been predicted to land with the Aggies over the last two weeks, while Krempin, who is coming off his Texas A&M official visit, has had OVs to Texas and Michigan over the previous month; however, Cushing's strong relationship with both players, built around his development plan that will eventually lead to the NFL sealed the deal on Wednesday afternoon. While Krempin is considered the best pass protector in the class, but has a ways to go as a run blocker. Morcho's 6'6" frame and impressive upper and lower strength make him a player to watch once he makes his way to College Station, as he believes Texas A&M was the best choice for his professional future. "A&M can develop me into that high first-round draft pick at offensive tackle." While development played the most significant role, Morcho revealed in an interview with TexAgs Recruiting that Texas A&M was the "most consistent" school during his recruitment, especially going into the summer. "Throughout this whole recruiting process, A&M has been the most consistent school for me" Morcho stated. "They want to push me to be the best player I can be. I want to be developed by the best coaches and staff." Adam Cushing has continued to prove that he is one of the top offensive line coaches as well as an elite recruiter. After landing six O-line signees in the 2025 signing class, Texas A&M's future in the trenches is all but set, especially if 2026 three-star OT Aaron Thomas is added to the mix.
