Business eBay Unveils Gorgeous Porsche 911 and Fashion Collection at F1 Miami
Cars and fashion have been a match made in heaven since the two were invented, and eBay seems to recognize that, too. At F1 Miami this past week, the internet marketplace debuted a fashion and car culture showcase that celebrated the two in a way we've seldom seen before.

The perfect 911 for the vibe
The showcase is headlined by a 26,560-mile 1993 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet, customized in a very Miami-like white with white wheels spec. Some of the key upgrades that the team at eBay did to this gorgeous Porsche include Corbeau Sport Seats, a Momo Monte Carlo Steering Wheel, 9Haus LED Headlights, Koni Special Active Front Struts, Bilstein B6 Rear Shock Absorbers, Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs, Fabspeed Maxflo Exhaust, and Lloyds Porsche black logo floor mats among others. The car was revealed by model and motorsport enthusiast Winnie Harlow, a match made in heaven, really, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Vitiligo Support International.

A dose of designer to go along with it
Alongside the Porsche is a fashion collection curated by Winnie herself that not only matches the car but perfectly embodies the vibe of Miami. Some of my personal favorites include these Gucci Pointed Toe Slingback Pumps with Tiger Hardware, this S/S 2004 Roberto Cavalli Lace-up Mini Dress, and this Tiffany & Co. Atlas Watch in 18K Yellow Gold.
"Style and speed are a huge part of my life, and eBay is the ultimate destination where those passions come together," said Winnie Harlow. "Each item in this auction represents individuality, performance, and self-expression - whether on the track or in your personal style."
Alongside these auction items, race attendees could visit the eBay "Guaranteed Fit Stop," a fashion and pit-stop inspired booth where they could take part in an interactive fashion and car customization experience.

Luxury Real Estate Brokerage Rocked By Scandal Gets Surprise Takeover Offer Worth Twice Its Market Value

Benzinga and Yahoo Finance LLC may earn commission or revenue on some items through the links below. Embattled real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman Inc. (NYSE:DOUG) saw its stock price briefly soar to almost twice its market value on May 27 following news of a takeover offer from rival Anywhere Real Estate (NYSE:HOUS), according to Bloomberg. The merger proposal would value the company at over $4 a share. However, Bloomberg reported that Elliman was unlikely to accept the offer, noting that the offer included selling the company's property management business as part of the deal. The proposed purchase would give Anywhere a sizable foothold in some of Douglas Elliman's key markets, including New York and Miami. The biggest issue Douglas Elliman has faced in recent years is the fallout from lawsuits against former high-profile agents Tal and Oren Alexander. Although the brothers left the firm in 2022 to form their brokerage, Official, multiple allegations of rape and sexual assault saw them charged with sex trafficking by federal prosecutors. Their alleged crimes date back to their tenure at Douglas Elliman. According to a federal indictment handed down on Dec. 11, the brothers had conspired in their alleged sex trafficking since 2009. There were other scandals at the brokerage as well. Former CEO Howard Lorber retired last year after disclosing in an internal inquiry that he was intimate with two brokers, Bloomberg reported. Liebowitz, Douglas Elliman's current CEO, has focused on implementing austerity measures, according to Bloomberg, and growing the firm's development marketing business. It has borne fruit, with the company reporting $253 million in revenue in the first quarter, a 26.5% year-over-year increase. 'By focusing on high-impact areas like Development Marketing, we're driving growth and reinforcing our position as the leader in the luxury market – delivering our highest first-quarter revenue since 2022 with significant reductions in operating losses,' Liebowitz said in a statement. 'We are optimistic about our trajectory, and we are committed to staying nimble in our core business. With our strong balance sheet as well as continued investment in the agent experience and new technologies, I am confident that we will continue to build long-term growth and enhance stockholder value.' This 2007 Porsche Cayman S on Bring a Trailer Could Bring 911 Money

This early Cayman S has low mileage and lots of options. It's got a six-speed manual but also plenty of luxury items. Tasteful aftermarket touches are the icing on this mid-engine cake. In 2005, Porsche decided it would be a good idea to put a lid on the Boxster, and created a simply delightful little sports car in the process: the Cayman. The Boxster was already great, and turning it into a mid-engine coupe freed up some surprising liftback practicality and arguably added a little more style. Certainly such is the case if you pick the right paint color and options, and that's just what we have here. Bring a Trailer This 2007 Cayman S had virtually every box ticked, and it's up for auction on Bring a Trailer (which, like Car and Driver, is part of Hearst Autos). It's a six-speed manual, and it's finished in sumptuous Forest Green over a tan interior filled with tasteful wood veneer. It has the fairly rare option of Porsche Active Stability Management (PASM), not something you'd be surprised to find in a 911 Carrera S, but unusual for a Cayman. With just 26K miles on the odometer, it's seen light use and appears to be in superior condition. Bring a Trailer In 2007, this car stickered for more than $80,000, or about $125K today. Fully one-quarter of that price was in optional extras, from the Sport Chrono dash-mounted stopwatch to automatic climate control, to navigation, to leather sun visors. The 18-inch wheels are from Gold Motorsport, and they are the crowning touch on a very elegant little sport coupe. Factory wheels are included in the sale. Bring a Trailer When new, the 3.4-liter flat-six was good for 295 horsepower and 251 pound-feet of torque. Porsche always made sure the 911 put out better numbers, but for mid-engine balance a Cayman offers a wonderful experience. Having a proper clutch pedal and stick shift just makes it that much more rewarding, and PASM adds a little behind-the-scenes magic to the handling. Bring a Trailer The Boxster and the Cayman still live in the 911's shadow somewhat, but the right one can be just as fantastic as its big brother. The original owner of this example dug deep to get the specifications just right, and got all the details perfect—and bidders have responded enthusiastically. The auction ends on June 6. He has taught both of his young daughters how to shift a manual transmission and is grateful for the excuse they provide to be perpetually buying Hot Wheels. Read full bio
