Squid Game" Season 3 Drops Final Trailer

Yara Sameh Netflix dropped Friday a second trailer of the third and final season of its smash-hit South Korean blockbuster dystopian show 'Squid Game.' The third and final season of the Korean hit — Netflix's most watched series to date, regardless of language — arrives June 27. The new trailer takes a somewhat more somber tone than the previous one, with quieter music and a voiceover from Jang Geum-ja/Player 149 (portrayed by Kang Ae-shim), who's speaking to the show's protagonist Seong Gi-Hun (Lee Jung-jae): 'Are you blaming yourself for everything that happened? No matter how you look at it, life is just unfair. Bad people do bad things, but they blame others and go on to live in peace. Good people, on the other hand, beat themselves up about the smallest things,". 'I still believe that you came here to save us all,' she concludes. Player 456, though, gets the last line: 'I'm trying to put an end to it.' Season two of "Squid Game", released in late December, ended with a cliffhanger: The games weren't over, and Gi-hun and his associates were once again held captive. After winning the Squid Games in season one, Gi-hun was determined to dismantle them from the inside. The giant streamer released the first trailer at its annual Tudum event in May. The seven-episode second season explored Gi-hun's efforts to do that, culminating in a finale where he found himself thwarted by Front Man, the enigmatic game leader played by Lee Byung-hun who was revealed to the audience — but not yet to Gi-hun — to be Player 001. Front Man executed Gi-hun's best friend, Player 290/Park Jung-bae (Lee Seo-hwan), as a warning about the consequences of his rebellion. Matthew McConaughey, Nic Pizzolatto Reunite for "Mike Hammer" Movie

Yara Sameh Matthew McConaughey and True Detective creator Nic Pizzolatto have found their next collaboration. McConaughey is in talks to star in a feature film from Skydance based on the iconic private investigator character Mike Hammer, with a script by Pizzolatto. Skydance has acquired the rights to the Mike Hammer property, with plans to develop and produce the bestselling book series into a feature film. The character originated in a 1947 novel by author Mickey Spillane and continued after Spillane's death in books by Max Allan Collins. In the book series that kicked off with Spillane's I, the Jury, Mike Hammer is a private investigator who plays by his own rules and carries a torch for assistant Velda. Baby, It's Murder is billed as the final book in the series and was released this year. Producers include Skydance's David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger, alongside Guymon Casady, Benjamin Forkner and Ken F. Levin. Collins is an executive producer, while Jane Spillane co-produces. Carin Sage oversees the film for Skydance. McConaughey recently returned to the screen after a six-year hiatus with 'The Rivals of Amziah King,'. He will next star alongside America Ferrera in the Apple TV+ disaster thriller 'The Lost Bus" and the comedy series "Brothers" alongside Woody Harrelson. 'I needed to write my own story, direct my own story on the page,' McConaughey told Variety earlier this year of his time away from the camera. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks News Shell Unveils Cost-Cutting, LNG Growth Plan Videos & Features Video: Trending Lifestyle TikToker Valeria Márquez Shot Dead during Live Stream Technology 50-Year Soviet Spacecraft 'Kosmos 482' Crashes into Indian Ocean News 3 Killed in Shooting Attack in Thailand

BTS' J-Hope Drops New Single "Killin' It Girl" Ft. GloRilla: Listen

Yara Sameh BTS member J-Hope is back to heat up the summer with his lust-filled 'Killin' It Girl' single, in which he join forces with Memphis' own GloRilla on Friday. The K-pop superstar delivers a fiery verse while crafting a seductive chorus and then Big Glo invades the minimalistic production with her gritty Memphis flow, making for a delectable clash. 'Killin It Girl' follows a busy year for j-hope, which saw him release singles like 'Sweet Dreams' with Miguel and 'Mona Lisa.' 'Sweet Dreams' featuring Miguel — an artist I've long respected — has a smooth, soulful vibe that feels deeply personal. On the other hand, 'Mona Lisa' brings a hip-hop-driven performance energy,' j-hope told Billboard in May. He added: 'Both tracks are easy to connect with, yet they offer a glimpse into the broader, more evolved musical world I'm building. This is just the start — I have plenty more musical experiments in store.' The BTS frontman rumbled through North America as part of his HOPE ON THE STAGE tour, which included a pair of sold-out shows at Brooklyn's Barclays Center in March. He wrapped up the global trek on Friday with a performance at Goyang Stadium in South Korea. 'I was hands-on with everything — stage design, choreography, fashion and even the props — pouring my heart into every aspect,' j-hope said of the world tour. 'I hope the audience left with a sense of genuine positivity and inspiration. Moving forward, I want to keep creating authentic performances that unite everyone through the power of music.' As for GloRilla, she's coming off performing at the 2025 BET Awards and her fiery 'Typa' single, which arrived on June 6.
