John Cena adds new international dates to WWE farewell tour
Image via WWE As John Cena approaches the twilight of his iconic WWE career, fans across the globe are getting more opportunities to see the 17-time World Champion in action. WWE has officially confirmed a series of new international appearances for Cena ahead of the much-anticipated Clash in Paris Premium Live Event (PLE), scheduled for August 31. The newly added stops include three SmackDown shows across Canada and Europe. Cena is set to appear in Montreal, Quebec on August 8, followed by Dublin, Ireland on August 15, and finally Lyon, France on August 29. All three shows will serve as a build-up to Clash in Paris, where Cena is expected to play a major role, though it remains unconfirmed whether he will compete on the night. John Cena Advertized for WWE Clash in Paris
Rana Atef On Friday, John Cena is confirmed for the upcoming Clash in Paris in France on his retirement tour. WWE advertised Cena for the event that will take place at Paris La Defense Arena on Sunday, August 31. The poster also featured several WWE superstars such as Cody Rhodes, Gunther, CM Punk, Rhea Ripley, Tiffany Stratton, Charlotte Flair, Penta, Rey Mysterio, Jey Uso, Seth Rollins, Bianca Belair, and Jacob Fatu are also advertised on the initial event poster. Paris La Defense Arena will also host WWE Raw the day after Clash in Paris. Cena, who is retiring as an in-ring competitor this December, will main event his final WrestleMania next week.
