A$AP Rocky x PUMA Mostro release date
Sneaker Bar Detroit reports that the A$AP Rocky x PUMA Mostro will be available on May 30th, 2025. In addition, when the sneakers are released, they will retail for $130 (Approx. 11,180 INR).
All about PUMA Mostro
The Mostro debuted in 1999 and has always stood out for its jagged, low-profile design. Under Rocky's vision, it becomes even more aggressive. The Harlem-born rapper has always been a tastemaker outside of music.
Rocky knows how to impact fashion culture, whether through archival Raf Simons or a handmade Bottega boot. His new interpretation on the Mostro draws on that tradition. It's unapologetically loud and intended to divide opinions.
That has always been the Mostro's appeal: startling looks and unusual textures that cater to a specific audience. Now, under Rocky's influence, it appears ready to disrupt again. The Mostro's resurgence is not about nostalgia. It is about altering the existing terrain.
In a market saturated with throwback Jordans and collaboration fatigue, PUMA's proposal stands out. The photographs show a black crocodile-textured top, spiky sole, and striking velcro strap that feel like throwbacks to Y2K futurism. It's a chaotic silhouette, but it fits right into Rocky's managed chaos.

PUMA Mostro features
The sneaker has a faux croc leather upper in jet black and a white PUMA Formstrip that cuts sharply across the sides. A modern velcro closure mechanism substitutes traditional laces, contributing to the streamlined appearance.
The robust, spiked midsole provides both style and grip. White PUMA emblems appear on the heel, tongue, and insole. The grey lining and hidden strap provide subtle contrast. Part trail shoe, part fashion statement.
