Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor's "Flowervale Street" Lands New Release Date

David Robert MitchellDavid Robert Mitchell's upcoming sci-fi project "Flowervale Street", starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, has been delayed by a month.
The movie has moved up a month, now opening on August 14, 2026, against the original March 13, 2026 release date.
Warner Bros believes that the movie will work as a commercial feature and has 'snapped up a better date to take advantage of last-minute summer audiences.'
The move comes as Warner Bros Discovery makes changes to its slate ahead of the upcoming ComicCon.
A logline or any plot details of "Flowervale Street" are kept tightly under wraps.
The premise of two parents and their children in a sci-fi world sounds exciting.
Though the movie, also starring Maisy Stella and Christian Convery, is described as a 'thrill-ride,' shot on IMAX. Mitchell directs the movie from his own original script.
When the movie was nothing but an untitled project starring McGregor and Hathaway, the audience began to speculate what the movie could be about.
At some point, the idea of dinosaurs being featured in the title was created on the internet. Unfortunately, that won't be the case.
In an interview with Collider, McGregor discarded the idea, revealing, "Well, I don't know where they're getting dinosaurs from. That may or may not be the case. But no, I like [David Robert] very much, this film director, and I like very much the idea of working with Anne Hathaway.'
He further went on to divulge that Hathaway and himself will be playing parents, 'I've got a feeling that I think the two of us as parents will be… Yeah, I'm trying not to say anything. I've spoiled that part. We're both parents. It's gonna be fun, I think. It's difficult to say more about it without saying anything about it. I think you've got to take everything with a pinch of salt that you read online at the moment, you know what I mean?".
Hathaway has a slew of exciting projects lined up including "The Odyssey", "Mother Mary", "Paper Tiger", "The Devil Wears Prada 2", and more.
McGregor will be next seen in features like "The Cow", "Everest", and more.

Ariana Grande, Josh Gad to Lead "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" Animated Movie

Yara Sameh Ariana Grande and Josh Gad will lend their voices to the film adaptation of 'Oh, The Places You'll Go.' Based on the Dr. Seuss classic, the animated musical will be directed by 'Wicked' filmmaker Jon M. Chu and Jill Culton. Warner Bros. will release the movie on March 17, 2028. Plot details haven't been revealed, so it's unclear how the film will take inspiration from the beloved picture book. 'Oh, The Places You'll Go!' revolves around a young adventurer navigating the ups and downs of life and offers inspirational messages to readers like, 'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.' With those platitudes, the book has become a popular gift for graduates or anyone at an inflection point. Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the duo behind 'Dear Evan Hansen' and 'The Greatest Showman,' are writing original songs for the big-screen adaptation. Additional cast members — likely many of whom can also carry a tune — will be announced at a later date. This project reunites Chu with Grande, the star of 'Wicked: Part One.' She'll reprise her role as Glinda the Good, alongside Cynthia Erivo's Elphaba, in 'Wicked: For Good' on November 21. The Grammy winner and Oscar nominee was also recently cast in 'Meet the Parents 4' opposite Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro. Gad is best known for voicing Olaf in the 'Frozen' franchise and originating the role of Elder Cunningham in Broadway's enduring hit 'The Book of Mormon.' He also played LeFou in Disney's live-action 'Beauty and the Beast' remake. Chu has previously teamed with Warner Bros. on 'Crazy Rich Asians' and 'In the Heights.' The director has attached his name to dozens of film projects at the moment, including a 'Hot Wheels' live-action adventure, a Play Doh animated feature, a Britney Spears biopic and another stage-to-screen musical in 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt News "Tensions Escalate: Iran Probes Allegations of Indian Tech Collaboration with Israeli Intelligence" News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks Arts & Culture Hawass Foundation Launches 1st Course to Teach Ancient Egyptian Language Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Videos & Features Video: Trending Lifestyle TikToker Valeria Márquez Shot Dead during Live Stream

Colleen Hoover's "Verity" Release Date Delayed

Yara Sameh Colleen Hoover fans will have to wait until a bit later in 2026 to watch the feature adaptation of the author's best-selling thriller novel " Verity ". Amazon MGM Studios has set director Michael Showalter's film for wide theatrical release on October 2, 2026, after having previously dated the project for May 15, 2026. Anne Hathaway leads a cast that also includes Dakota Johnson, Josh Hartnett, Ismael Cruz Cordóva, and Brady Wagner. Director Alejandro Iñárritu's untitled Warner Bros. movie starring Tom Cruise is also set for release on October 2, 2026. Nick Antosca wrote the Verity script following the previous work of scribes Hillary Seitz, Angela LaManna and the team of Will Honley and April Maguire. Producers include Hathaway, Hoover, Showalter, Antosca, Alex Hedlund, Stacey Sher, and Jordana Mollick. "Verity" centers on struggling writer Lowen Ashleigh (Johnson), who is hired by Jeremy Crawford (Hartnett) to complete the remaining books in a series penned by his wife, author Verity Crawford (Hathaway), after she suffers a mysterious accident. Lowen soon learns that a secret unfinished manuscript may reveal clues about the family's past. Hoover's works are hot properties in Hollywood following the success of last summer's Sony hit "It Ends With Us", which adapted the author's novel with stars Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni and Brandon Sklenar. Hoover self-published "Verity" in 2018 before Grand Central Publishing acquired it in 2021, and the book went on to become a New York Times bestseller. Showalter previously directed Hathaway in 2024's Amazon MGM Studios feature "The Idea of You", which co-starred Nicholas Galitzine and adapted Robinne Lee's novel of the same name. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War News "Tensions Escalate: Iran Probes Allegations of Indian Tech Collaboration with Israeli Intelligence" News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks Arts & Culture Hawass Foundation Launches 1st Course to Teach Ancient Egyptian Language Videos & Features Video: Trending Lifestyle TikToker Valeria Márquez Shot Dead during Live Stream

Tom Holland Raves about Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey": "It Is Unlike Anything We've Ever Seen"

Yara Sameh Tom Holland said in a new interview with GQ Sports that filming Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey' has been 'the job of a lifetime.' The 'Spider-Man' favorite is leading the ensemble of Nolan's historical epic alongside Matt Damon, who stars as Odysseus. Holland is playing Telemachus, Odysseus' son. The film is Nolan's highly anticipated follow-up to his Oscar-winning 'Oppenheimer.' 'It was amazing. The job of a lifetime, without a doubt. The best experience I've had on a film set,' Holland noted when asked about his experience on 'The Odyssey' set. 'Incredible. It was exciting. It was different. And I think the movie is going to be unlike anything we've ever seen.' 'Working with Chris, getting to know him and Emma [Thomas] was absolutely fantastic. I've never seen someone that can work the way that they do, and there is a reason why they're the best in the business for sure,' he continued. 'To get a front row seat to that and to be a part of the process and to collaborate with a true master of his craft and learn from him was the best experience I've ever had.' Holland and Damon are joined in 'The Odyssey' by a huge ensemble cast that includes Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong'o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, and Jon Bernthal, among others. 'Matt Damon has always been a hero of mine, Anne Hathaway has always been a hero of mine,' Holland told GQ Sports. 'So to share scenes with them, to learn from them, to become friends with them, I couldn't have asked for a better job. And I'm so proud of the work I've done. I came to work every day with a real sense of purpose and a point to prove, and I'm so grateful for Chris to have given me that opportunity.' Holland previously told ' Good Morning America ' that getting the offer from Nolan to star in 'The Odyssey' was 'the phone call of a lifetime' and 'reminiscent of getting the call about 'Spider-Man' 10 years ago. It's an amazing thing for me. I'm super proud and I'm really, really excited.' 'The Odyssey' is the first Hollywood tentpole to be shot entirely with IMAX cameras. The film is set for release on July 17, 2026, from Universal Pictures. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War News "Tensions Escalate: Iran Probes Allegations of Indian Tech Collaboration with Israeli Intelligence" News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks Arts & Culture Hawass Foundation Launches 1st Course to Teach Ancient Egyptian Language Videos & Features Video: Trending Lifestyle TikToker Valeria Márquez Shot Dead during Live Stream
