Email allegedly from missing British teen tells family not to worry, stop looking, say cops
'The email was sent to his mother on July 9. It said not to worry and to not try to find him.
'It also said that he prayed for the well-being of all his family members and that he was sorry for doing so (disappearing) and that he is not sure when he would return," Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said.
He was asked for updates to the missing person case at a press conference on the matter at the police contingent headquarters here Wednesday (July 16).
Comm Hussein also said that the police believe that he was still in the country and urged those with information to contact the police.
The teenager from the United Kingdom (UK), who has been reported missing, arrived in Malaysia on June 7.

Cops seize RM18mil worth of drugs in major bust

KUALA LUMPUR : Police have dismantled a major drug trafficking syndicate after seizing nearly 440kg of drugs worth an estimated RM17.78 million in what is believed to be the largest drug bust in Malaysia so far this year. Bukit Aman narcotics criminal investigation department director Hussein Omar Khan said police confiscated 225 packages of methamphetamine weighing 234kg and 200 packages of ketamine weighing 205.7kg during a raid at a terrace house in Taman Sri Hartamas here on July 29. 'The estimated market value of the drugs is around RM17.78 million… I believe this is the largest seizure in the country so far this year,' he said at a press conference at the Kuala Lumpur police headquarters here. Hussein said the drugs, which were believed to have been smuggled by land from a neighbouring country, were concealed in packets resembling Chinese tea. He said a man who was arrested during the raid was believed to have acted as both coordinator and transporter for the syndicate, and had used the house as a drug storage facility. Police also seized two cars, a ring, a bracelet, three watches, and a mobile phone, all valued at RM93,350. The suspect was remanded for six days starting July 30. The case is being investigated under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, which carries the death penalty or life imprisonment, along with 12 strokes of the cane upon conviction. In a separate case, Hussein said police seized over RM1.48 million worth of cannabis buds following the arrest of four suspects, including three Vietnamese nationals, during a raid at an apartment in Taman Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park on July 29.

Soccer-Swindon coach Holloway vows to hunt down fan who threw seat at Walsall player
(Reuters) -Swindon Town manager Ian Holloway was left seething after a fan reportedly threw a seat at Walsall goalkeeper Myles Roberts in a League Two match, urging the club to identify and reveal the name of the supporter involved in the incident. British media reported that an object was thrown from the crowd towards Roberts in the final minutes of Walsall's 2-1 win over Swindon on Saturday. The object did not hit Roberts but landed near him, with Holloway saying in an interview with club media that it had been part of a stadium seat. "I'm disgusted by whoever that person was. Whoever you are, you're not a Swindon fan. I'm not having you and I hope you get caught. That is absolutely horrific," said the 62-year-old Englishman. "How dare you put our club in the situation that you've just done. You think that's in our name. It's not in my name. It's not in this badge's name. And we don't want you in football. That's how I feel. "So let's find them, whoever it is. Give us a name ... If you've ripped a seat out and you've thrown it at somebody, I just can't stand you, whoever you are. And I will find you. I want us to find that person and shame them." In a statement, Swindon said they were working with Walsall and local authorities to identify those responsible. "Let us be clear: any individuals found to have engaged in such actions will face the strictest possible sanctions, including banning orders and legal action where appropriate," the club added.
