Cloudy skies linger over Simcoe County this week, says Environment Canada

According to Environment Canada, showers across Simcoe County are expected to taper off around midnight Tuesday. Cloudy conditions are expected to continue into Wednesday, with a 40 per cent chance of showers throughout the day. The humidex could make it feel like 27C. Thursday will bring a mix of sun and cloud, with daytime highs nearing 25C, according to the national weather agency. The rest of the week, however, doesn't look too promising in terms of sun. Environment Canada says Friday and into the weekend will bring mostly cloudy skies and a 40 per cent chance of showers. The weekend high will feel like 25C and could reach a low of 12C by Sunday night.
