Elvish Yadav's gang member Kushal Tanwar aka Gullu wins Roadies Double Cross, takes home Rs 10 lakhs and a bike: ‘It was a silent scream finally heard'

Ranvijay Singh hosted Roadies XX has finally come to an end with Elvish Yadav's gang member Kushal Tanwar emerging as the winner. Kushal took home prize money of Rs 10 lakhs and a Hero Kaizma bike. This was Elvish's first season as a mentor on Roadies.
Right from his audition, Kushal Tanwar showcased a spark that impressed the judges Elvish Yadav, Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula, Rhea Chakraborty and Gautam Gulati. Seen as a pretty strong contender, Kushal was also evicted by his team members. However, he returned as a wild card contestant on the show and joined Gautam's team. And after winning the ticket to the finale, Kushal decided to join forces with his former Gang Leader, Elvish, ultimately paving the way for his victory.

Talking about his win, Kushal Tanwar said in a statement, 'Winning MTV Roadies Double Cross wasn't just a title — it was a silent scream finally heard. There was no support, no guiding hand, no one to lift me when I was down. I went through it all alone. This win is more than a trophy. It's a symbol for every person who's ever felt alone, who's ever been told they're not enough. I walked this path by myself, but I never gave up. And that's what this victory is: not fame, not glory — but proof that even when you have nothing, you can still become everything.'
Being the winning gang leader, Elvish Yadav said, 'From Day 1, I saw fire in Gullu (Kushal Tanwar). He didn't just win tasks, he won hearts. His journey defines what Roadies Double Cross is all about — unpredictability, loyalty, and passion. I couldn't have asked for a better gang member in my debut season!'
The 20th season of Roadies saw betrayals at every turn—both among contestants and gang leaders. While the audience appreciated the show's unique concept, it was the constant clashes between gang leaders like Neha Dhupia and Gautam Gulati, or Elvish Yadav and Prince Narula, that grabbed headlines. Even contestants openly disrespecting their leaders sparked major discussions on social media.

As debates around fixed working hours in Indian film industries gain momentum, actor Rana Daggubati has weighed in with a grounded perspective, urging people to view the conversation through the lens of India's economic and social realities. We still have a long way to go.'About the pressure actors face during long shoots, Rana said, 'Nobody is forcing anybody. It's a job. It's a choice. Everyone has their own opinion on what's important to them. There are actors who only work four hours a day - that's their system.'His comments come in the wake of headlines surrounding Deepika Padukone, who reportedly exited 'Spirit' after her request for an eight-hour workday was declined. While the actor has not addressed the matter publicly, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga posted a cryptic note on social media that seemed to take aim at her, without directly naming the post, Vanga accused an unnamed actor of playing a 'dirty PR game' and betraying his trust.
