He is the fourth person to die at the hotel since late April.
Just two weeks ago, 26-year-old Evan Thomson from Aberdeen suffered a similar fate at the same venue on July 7.
Ice hockey player Gary wore the number 45 jersey for Dundee Stars of two occasions for the team during the 2024-25 season.
The club made an announcement today which announced the retirement of his shirt number.
One of his teammates opted to change his number for the upcoming season from 45 to 72.
In a social media post, the club stated: "As a mark of respect, Dominick Jaglar has opted to change his number for the upcoming season from 45 to 72
"45 was the number Gary Kelly wore on two occasions, making his Elite league debut for his hometown team the Dundee Stars in 2024-25."
Flowers, pictures and team tops have been left in tribute outside the Dundee Ice Arena with the club thanking those who had done so.
Following the deaths of the two Scots holidaymakers, Ibiza Rocks has suspended all party events at the resort.
Police have not yet confirmed whether Gary had been drinking or taking drugs before the fall.
Scottish Tourist's Tragic Fall in Ibiza: Community in Mourning
We previously told how Gary's grieving girlfriend, Louise Essery, paid tribute to her partner, saying: 'The memories we made will stay with me forever. I miss you so much already.'
And his devastated older sister Kharis Kelly said: "Our hearts are shattered beyond words."
His other sister Paige Kelly wrote: "I love you so much Gary, and I'll look after everyone for you. Forever in my heart, my brother—I'll never forget you."
Ice hockey star Gary played for both Dundee Stars and Aberdeen Lynx last season.
A GoFundMe page has already raised thousands of pounds to support his grieving family.
It reads: 'We are all feeling the loss of young Gary Kelly. And I know you can't put a price on life. But hopefully, we can help the family through this as a nicer young man and family you would struggle to find.'

A statement from John Colley, Chairman of Scottish Ice Hockey and Aberdeen Lynx, reads: "The entire hockey community is still coming to terms with the devastating loss of Gary Kelly.
"Gary was a young man who left a lasting impression on everyone he met — not just through his incredible talent on the ice, but through his warmth, generosity, and infectious charisma. He was someone who always gave freely of his time, supported those around him, and brought people together.
"In a sport like ours, where players begin young and grow up travelling the length and breadth of the country together, strong bonds are formed — bonds that go beyond teams and clubs. We are a hockey family, and Gary was a cherished part of that family. His absence will be felt deeply — not just in Aberdeen, but across the Scottish hockey community and further afield.
"Above all, Gary valued family — both his own and the wider hockey family. As we reflect on the joy and impact he brought to so many, we want to come together to honour his memory and the legacy he leaves behind.
"On behalf of Scottish Ice Hockey and Aberdeen Lynx, we respectfully ask for privacy for Gary's loved ones at this time."
Police on the Balearic party island have now launched an investigation into Gary's death.
The Civil Guard confirmed: "We are investigating the death of a 19-year-old British man at a hotel in San Antonio in Ibiza.
"The alarm was raised around 12.40am this morning.

"Our officers were sent to the scene but the man in question was already dead by the time help arrived.
"The fall was from from the third floor of the hotel to an outside part of the complex.
"Court officials authorised the removal of his body at 2.40am this morning.
"The fall could be accidental based on the early information obtained from cameras but as part of the investigation possible witnesses will need to be located and interviewed.
"The results of the post-mortem will also be important to the investigation.'
A spokesperson for the UK Foreign Office said: 'We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Spain and are in contact with the local authorities.'

US Army sergeant shot five soldiers at Georgia's Fort Stewart, official says
Few details were immediately available about what led to the gunfire, but officials said the gunman was Sgt Quornelius Radford, 28, who used a personal handgun, not a military firearm. Radford opened fire where he worked but officials would not speculate about a motive, authorities said. The injured soldiers are stable and expected to recover, said Brig Gen John Lubas. The soldiers who tackled Radford helped ensure his arrest, he said. 'These soldiers, without a doubt, prevented further casualties or wounded,' he said. The injured were treated and then moved to Winn Army Community Hospital, base officials said in a Facebook post, adding there was no threat to the community. Law enforcement was sent to the 2nd Armoured Brigade Combat Team complex shortly before 11am local time on Wednesday. Radford was arrested at 11.35am, officials said. The lockdown lasted about an hour, and three schools just outside the base took steps similar to a lockdown as well, 'out of an abundance of caution', the Liberty County School System said. After the lockdown was lifted, cars began to move through the normal security checkpoint at the fort's main gate. The army's 2nd Armoured Brigade Combat Team was created in 2016 when the service added more than 200 vehicles to an infantry unit of roughly 4,200 soldiers. Also known as the Spartan Brigade, the army has called the unit its 'most modern land fighting force'. Located about 40 miles south west of Savannah, Fort Stewart is the largest army post east of the Mississippi River. It is home to thousands of soldiers assigned to the army's 3rd Infantry Division and family members. The fort's three elementary schools were locked down, community superintendent Brian Perry told WTOC-TV. The schools have nearly 1,400 students, according to the Department of Defence. White House and Defence Department officials said President Donald Trump and Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth had been briefed on the shooting. The FBI was at the fort to help investigate, said deputy director Dan Bongino.

Dad's desperate phone call moments before explosion kills him and his daughters
Dylan Danielson, 32, took daughters Hayven, 12, and Fayeah, eight, to the Horizon Biofuels plant in Nebraska where he worked before a huge explosion tragically killed them all A dad made a tragic call to his wife to say he and their two daughters were trapped inside a burning industrial plant after an explosion before they died. Dylan Danielson, 32, had taken Hayven, 12, and Fayeah, eight, to the Horizon Biofuels plant in Fremont, Nebraska, on July 28, and a dust fire triggered a blast at the plant which then went up in flames. It led to parts of the building to collapse with the trio unable to get out. A rescue operation was immediately mounted but sadly the body around 24 hours later first the body of Dylan was found, followed by the remains of the two children. And Hayven's stepdad Robby Baker told how Dylan had made a desperate call to his wife to say he was 'pinned inside'. He told KMTV News: 'Right after the building collapsed, he was pinned inside of it. 'He made a phone call to his wife and said where the girls were at, get someone in there to get them out, and he was pinned in, and there was fire all around him. Our lives are in there. We need to get them out.' It is understood that it was Dylan's turn to look after daughter Fayeah that week and she was looking forward to spending time with her dad and her half-sister. 'It's his time to get them for one week, one week off. This week was his,' said Robby. 'His boss lets him bring them to work.' But the explosion at the plant was so fierce that emergency teams struggled with thick smoke and ferocious flames which led to a structural collapse. Robby was at the location and was watching on while his hopes faded that the three could be rescued. Loved ones have now set up GoFundMe pages for the families of Hayven and Fayeah. A message read: 'Hayven will always be a beautiful, goofy, caring, and bright ray of sunshine who gained her angel wings too soon. Let's show this family some love. We love you, Hayven, and we'll meet again.' And a message on a fundraiser for Fayeah's family said her 'smile could brighten even the darkest days'. It continued: 'She had such a bubbly personality and lit up every room that she entered. She was a proud Swiftie, a devoted sister, a great friend, and a creative soul who loves fashion, crafts and art.' Wahoo Kids Wrestling Club also offered its condolences with a message stating: 'We extend our deepest condolences to Hayven's family, friends, and teammates during this incredibly difficult time." The Nebraska Fire Marshal agency completed its initial investigation of the plant explosion. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is also conducting an investigation.
