Strictly's Dianne Buswell left 'fuming' over costly error amid time apart from Joe Sugg
Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell has confessed to making a costly mistake whilst her partner, YouTuber Joe Sugg, was away on holiday. The 36-year-old dancer and 33-year-old Joe started dating after meeting on the Strictly dance floor.
Since their first encounter, the pair have been inseparable, but they recently spent some time apart when Joe embarked on a fishing trip, leaving Dianne in a frustrating situation.
Australian-born Dianne explained the drama to her 2024 Strictly partner, comedian Chris McCausland, on their 'Winning Isn't Everything with Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell' podcast.
Dianne told co-host Chris that she had mistakenly racked up some parking fines, after normally relying on Joe to drive her to the train station.
She shared: "The thing is, Joe normally takes me to the station in the morning, but he's been away fishing, caught his biggest fish that he ever has, and so he wasn't home. So I've had to drive my car to the station and leave it there.
"But what happens is, I get distracted, right, when I get out my car, got so many things on my mind that I forget to pay for the parking. And then, when I get back, I have a notice on my car, and it's happened two days in a row and I'm absolutely fuming about it.
"It is entirely my own fault. You know when you just see that little sticker on your car and you think, 'Oh God, here we go, there's another one, just throw that money away Di'."
Meanwhile, Dianne, who clinched Strictly's Glitterball trophy in 2024 alongside comedian Chris, has also spoken about whether she and Joe plan to start a family together.
In an interview with Prima magazine, Dianne revealed that while they both want children eventually, it's all about the right timing.
She expressed: "We've always wanted kids, it's just finding the right time. I don't feel worried about taking time out from dancing, I just don't see the point in worrying.
"When everything aligns, it will happen. I have to have that vision. I like to practise manifestation, I'm quite spiritual."
Dianne further explained that her relaxed approach towards planning her future with Joe allows her to concentrate more on her career.
She stated: "I plan my work a lot, but that's probably as far as I go with planning. I'm quite an unorganised person actually.
"Joe and I don't really talk about that kind of thing. We're both so relaxed so we just play it by ear. We really enjoy each other's company so much and whatever happens, happens."

TV fans predict 'Inbetweeners reunion' after stars tease new project
Fans of The Inbetweeners have been begging for a reunion of the Noughties comedy series since it came to an end in 2010—and some new photos have given everyone fresh hope. Starring Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, James Buckley, and Blake Harrison, The Inbetweeners became one of Channel 4's most successful shows of its era. Set in suburban southern England, The Inbetweeners focused on the hilarious and painfully awkward love lives (or lack thereof) of four ordinary boys in sixth form college. It ran for three seasons, produced 18 episodes in total, spawned two sequel films, and is still one of the most popular British comedy shows of all time. Such is the extent of its popularity in Britain that fans have begged for a reunion episode for 10 years now, following the release of The Inbetweeners Movie 2 in 2014. So, when one cast member took to Instagram with a cryptic post, it's safe to say he set the comments alight. On his social media, James teased that he and Joe are 'working on something', giving no further details to excited fans. The post was accompanied by a series of pictures of James and Joe, who dressed up in different outfits for a photoshoot and showed fans behind-the-scenes images of the get-together. Naturally, the comments section reacted anything but calmly to the post. MostlyEnders commented, 'Inbetweeners 3?' while Johnoo1992 demanded, 'We need an Inbetweeners reunion'. SkylarRossFelton said they 'couldn't wait' for a potential Inbetweeners 3, while JamesKeeleyy is also 'waiting' not-so patiently. Following the end of The Inbetweeners, stars Joe and James worked together on the sitcom White Gold, which followed a crew of window salesmen in 1980s Essex. White Gold ran for two seasons between 2017 and 2019 before it was axed by the BBC, with James admitting in 2020 he had no idea the show had been cancelled. Some fans who stayed with the lads until White Gold predicted that the window sales comedy would be making a return following the Insta pics, with that being the most recent project James and Joe worked on together. MichaelParkerus was clear about what he wants: 'I don't care if it's good [or bad], I'll watch anything that supports you four getting back together.' Since then, the four stars of The Inbetweeners have all been working on separate things, with the 2019 Fwends Reunited show still the last time any of them worked together. The reunion show was panned by fans, sadly, as people had expected the talk show to be a one-off sequel episode. Out of all the cast, though, work-wise, it looks like James and Joe are the closest, as this is not the first time they have worked on a new project in 2025, with the two teaming up for an Oasis-themed sketch in aid of Comic Relief. The sketch – titled Oasis: The Reunion – followed efforts to get the feuding brothers back on stage together and starred Martin Lewis as an accountant. More Trending Joe revealed last year that he, James, Simon, and Blake have all discussed the possibility of an Inbetweeners comeback, adding that they think it would be a 'nice thing to do'. 'We're all still around; we're all still in each other's lives. We all still like each other, and if it was something that came up, I think we would want to do it,' he said. View More » Joe continued: 'I feel like we all still really like each other. We've all been able to go away and get various monkeys off our backs, in terms of things that we felt we needed to do other than The Inbetweeners to prove something to ourselves.' Got a story? Strictly Come Dancing star Chris Robshaw ready to quit BBC show over crazed stalker
Strictly Come Dancing star Chris Robshaw has told pals he would quit the show "without hesitation" if his stalking hell got worse and put wife Camilla and their kids at risk Rugby ace Chris Robshaw informed the police before his own family that he was considering signing up for Strictly Come Dancing after being targeted by a female stalker. The former England rugby star, 39, called in the cops after the woman threatened him with violence and spread false allegations about him and his opera singer wife Camilla Kerslake, 39. And a pal told the Mirror how he sought the permission of officers assigned to his case to get the green light to do the BBC show. The friend said: 'Before signing up, he had to tell his case officer that he was doing the show, going as far to ask for their blessing as such. The Police were told about Strictly, before he told his own family. He was one of the last celebrities to sign up, because he was taking the right measures to secure his family, before signing on the dotted line'. The stalking began six months after the woman met him briefly during two work events last year. She is understood to have left the country and is on the National Police Wanted List. Chris has said he would even be prepared to quit Strictly if things got worse. The source added: 'Chris has made it clear that his family always comes first. He told friends that if this situation ever put Camilla or the children at risk, he'd walk away from Strictly without hesitation. "He almost pulled out of the show altogether but changed his mind because he wants his son to see him out there, embracing something new and fun. He doesn't want fear to win.' Opening up about the ordeal, the pal told how his wife Camilla was too scared to leave the house at times because of the woman. The pal said: 'This woman is unhinged and nobody knows what her next move will be. Camilla has been left petrified about leaving the house with the children. "She's confided in friends that she has even run through scenarios in her head of how she would protect them if this individual were to approach - 'that's how real the fear has been utterly consuming — their lives have been hijacked by this ordeal.' Chris earned 66 caps for England, captaining them 43 times and leading the team to a Six Nations Grand Slam victory in 2016. A spokesperson for Chris told the Mirror: 'This is an ongoing police investigation, and therefore we are unable to comment at this time. Chris will not be commenting further.' Speaking about joining Strictly, Rob said previously: 'This is about as far out of my comfort zone as it gets! I'm hoping to take my dad dancing to a whole new level, and my mum can't wait to drag me along to her Zumba class. Let's see if a rugby sidestep works in the Cha Cha Cha.'

Strictly celebrity pairings 'revealed' and one star who could be 'benched'
The full line-up for the 2025 series of Strictly Come Dancing has been announced, but fans believe they have worked out which professionals will be paired with which celebrities The complete lineup for the 2025 series of Strictly Come Dancing has been officially revealed and eagle-eyed viewers reckon they have sussed out one same-sex pairing as well as all of the other pairings. The programme is set to make its comeback this autumn, with Game of Thrones star Kristian Nairn amongst the confirmed celebrity contestants. The-49 year-old, who also works as a renowned DJ, stands at an impressive six foot nine inches tall. The BBC dancing show typically matches famous faces with professional dancers based on height compatibility. It comes after it was revealed that Vicky Pattison suffered a gruelling health issue just days into training. Now, one dedicated viewer posted online that they believe they have cracked it for this very reason, predicting that Kristian will be matched with a male professional. They wrote: "Given his height, maybe there's a chance he gets a male pro? Even the taller female pros will still be nearly a foot shorter than him. Excited to see him, always struck me as a lovely guy in interviews." Another fan responding to the theory suggested: "Maybe he'll get Johannes?". A third also agreed: "Wow, was not expecting this. Rooting for him and excited to see how they will work around the height difference." Elsewhere on the show this year will be Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, Dani Dyer, Alex Kingston, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Balvinder Sopal, George Clarke, La Voix, Chris Robshaw, Ellie Goldstein, Thomas Skinner, Stefan Dennis, Ross King, and Karen Carney. Ahead of the brand-new series, several fans of the BBC show have now predicted what professionals will be paired with what celebrities. On one Reddit thread which has already raked up hundreds of likes, one Strictly fan wrote: "I feel like these will all be paired together. "Alex Kingston and Aljaz Skorjanec, Balvinder Sopal and Neil Jones, Chris Robshaw and Nadiya Bychkova, Dani Dyer and Julian Caillon, Ellie Goldstein and Nikita Kuzmin, and George Clarke and Alexis Warr." The Reddit user went on: "Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and Lauren Oakley, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Dianne Buswell, Karen Carney and Vito Coppola, Kristian Nairn and Carlos Gu, La Voix and Kai Widdrington, Ross King and Jowita Przystal. "Stefan Dennis and Karen Hauer, Thomas Skinner and Luba Mushtuk, and Vicky Pattison and Johannes Radebe." The Strictly Come Dancing fan went on to add their predictions of what dancers might be 'benched' this year as they wrote: "Gorka (obviously), Amy, Katya, Nancy and Michelle. "The reason I suggested these pairing predictions is because Katya has been through enough scandals already especially the Wynne Evans situation last year so best to leave her on the bench to prevent more controversy. "It's about time Vito challenges himself with someone with not as much dance experience or a fair amount of rhythm so Karen Carney would be possible. "Even though Karen Hauer is the oldest female pro still going, I feel Stefan Dennis would be a possible contender for her as this may well be her last year on the show (unless she wants to set the record to overtake Brendan's 15 series and Anton's 18 series then fair enough). "It would also be best if Amy sits this series out to prioritise her health and well being." However, another user disagreed that Katya would be benched for the upcoming series. "I'd be incredibly surprised if Katya was benched. If her controversies were seen as bad enough to not have her compete, I reckon they would just advise her to quit. "From a producing standpoint, Katya may bring controversy, but that controversy brings views and engagement. She has never actually caused issues herself really, its her partners that do it and she gets wrapped up in it. "She's still one of the most popular pros regardless of any controversy, which just shows how good she is. Plus, she is one of the best choreographers, and one of the most consistently entertaining. I'd say that Jowita is the only other female pro that's consistently on the same level."
