Liverpool fans divided after spotting what Trent Alexander-Arnold did immediately after winning Premier League title

Yahoo28-04-2025

Liverpool fans have had their say after spotting what Trent Alexander-Arnold did following their Premier League triumph.
Liverpool beat Tottenham 5-1 on Sunday to be crowned Premier League champions.
It's the club's 20th league title in their storied history.
After the final whistle, the Liverpool squad and coaching staff gathered on the pitch to celebrate their latest league title.
After a rendition of Dua Lipa's 'One Kiss', fans in the Kop end sang 'You'll Never Walk Alone' in front of the entire team.
Alexander-Arnold was among the players lined up as fans on social media have reacted after seeing what they did.
Liverpool supporters claimed he didn't sing 'YNWA' as they questioned his proposed free transfer to Real Madrid this summer.
One X user wrote: "He didn't even sing, he's definitely leaving."
A second said: "Trent Alexander-Arnold cannot be witnessing his and the adoration those fans have for him, without second thoughts."
A third added: "What must be going through Trent Alexander-Arnold's head right now."
A fourth commented: "He's leaving but you can tell he was hiding emotions there and perhaps is thinking if it's the right move. At Madrid he'll just be another guy. At Liverpool you make history."
Another claimed: "He's smiling that he won, but he's going to Real."
Alexander-Arnold has been at Liverpool for his entire footballing career, having graduated from the club's youth academy.
But he appears set to end his association with his boyhood club when his contract expires at the end of the season.
The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Real, who have been long-term admirers.
If Alexander-Arnold leaves Anfield this summer, then he'll walk away with two Premier League titles and the Champions League, among other trophies.

How to watch Chelsea vs Manchester United live: Stream link, TV channel, team news, prediction

Chelsea's tenuous hold on a Champions League space meets an old rival when lower-half Manchester United visit Stamford Bridge on Friday. The Blues enter Week 37 with 63 points, above sixth-place Aston Villa on goal differential and seventh-place Nottingham Forest by a single point. Advertisement WATCH — Chelsea v Manchester United Enzo Maresca's men control their own destiny with the visit from the Red Devils before a potentially-huge scrap at Forest to close the season. As for Friday's visitors, Manchester United are prepping for the Europa League Final, their only path to the Champions League thanks to a mostly-abysmal Premier League campaign. The 16th-place Red Devils go to London with more than a single eye on their Wednesday UEL Final against Tottenham Hotspur in Bilbao. Of course Amorim will expect fire from the players he selects for this match, but Chelsea's first-choice team — even without suspended Nicolas Jackson — is better than United's first-choice team, let alone its depth. Chelsea 3-1 Man United.

With 6:50 left in the fourth quarter, it was 98-98 before Tyrese Haliburton made a 3-point shot to give the Pacers the lead for good, ultimately going on an 18-9 run to end the game. Haliburton finished the game with 22 points, nine rebounds, 11 assists, and two steals, though it was reserve guard Bennedict Mathurin who led the team in scoring, with 27. Oklahoma City played their game for the better part of three quarters but uncharacteristically fell apart late in Game 3. While they shot 46.8% from the field and 45.5% from the 3-point line for the game, they would shoot a dismal 35.3% from the field in the fourth quarter, and wouldn't make a single 3-pointer in four attempts. In addition, they didn't take care of the ball well, leading to 19 turnovers, and made just one field goal in the last 5:57 of the game. Jalen Williams led all Thunder scorers with 26, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander adding 24 and Chet Holmgren 20. Live stream Oklahoma City Thunder at Indiana Pacers on Fubo: Start your subscription now!
