Lauren Goodger reveals what she eats in a day after claiming she is desperate to get her 'bikini body' back
The TV personality, 38, has been open with fans about her struggles with her weight in the past, and even previously admitted that she was' bored of her curves' and wanted to get 'really skinny'.
Revealing what her meals usually look like, Lauren explained that she wakes up and has a coffee because she isn't usually hungry in the morning.
The TOWIE star, who said she spends around £50 a week on her food shop, will wait until lunch before having a tuna jacket potato and salad.
Lauren said that for dinner she will have something like steak with broccoli and sauteed potatoes or mash.
Otherwise, she will swap the steak for baked salmon with chilli and lemon, but admitted she isn't 'the best cook'.
Speaking to Closer magazine in their 'fridge raider' segment, Lauren spoke about what she treats herself to.
She said: 'I've been getting Turkish food deliveries, because it's easy, healthy food. I'll get chicken shish, houmous, pitta, rice and salad.'
'I don't tend to snack. I prefer real food. I'd rather have a toastie than a bag of crisps.'
When asked about what her guilty pleasure was, she said: 'Indian food. I can't handle hot spices, but I love a sweet dish like a korma with rice and naan.'
When it comes to kicking a hangover, Lauren relies on carbs which will either be a McDonald's burger, or tea and toast.
In January, Lauren shared a throwback snap as she expressed her desire to get back her bikini body.
As she kicked off 2025, Lauren used an old image of herself as inspiration to get back to her former look, captioning the snap: 'To be like this again'.
Lauren, who has been working on her fitness in recent months, who posed up a storm on a beach while rocking a neon pink and black two-piece.
She oozed confidence as she showed off her toned midriff and legs while standing in front of an idyllic sunset.
Back in July, Lauren confirmed she had returned to the gym after taking a three and a half week break from her fitness routine following health scare.
The TV personality shared a mirror selfie and revealed her first day back at the gym had left her feeling 'strong'.
Lauren sported a baggy black T-shirt and loosely fitting white shorts and went makeup-free following her first workout in almost a month.
She captioned the post: 'After 3.5 weeks of zero training and diet... today was my 1st day back and I felt strong! I wasn't sure how I was going to be, but I'm back!!'
'Had a little health scare I've been training got 2.5 months most days and then went to 0 due to life stress and other distractions and also it's 6 weeks holidays!'
'Day 1 everyday always come back and start again!'
Back in December 2023, Lauren declared she wants to get 'really skinny' and claimed she is 'bored of her curves and big a**', after she admitted to having a bum lift and breast implants.
The beauty previously committed to a new health kick after she admitted earlier that year that she found herself 'ordering takeaways' when she became a mother.
And it seems Lauren is set on achieving her fitness goals as she revealed she is determined to lose weight.
Speaking to Closer Magazine, she explained: 'I want to get really skinny. I'm bored with my curves and a big a*** - I'm over it' (Lauren posted this throwback picture in 2020 to herself pre-baby)
Speaking to Closer Magazine, she explained: 'I want to get really skinny. I'm bored with my curves and a big a*** - I'm over it.'
Lauren admitted that while she has no idea what dress size she is at the moment she fits into Zara size 12 trousers, but added that they are stretchy.
She continued: 'I don't know what size I want to go down to, it's more about how I feel.'
Lauren finally admitted she underwent a Brazilian bum lift after previously denying having the procedure to plump up her behind.
As the TOWIE star prepared to revert to a more nature look, she revealed she had the op in 2017 and also had her breasts enlarged in 2013 from a 34D to a 34E.
Lauren said she 'has been unhappy for a while' and plans to tone down her look to be more 'natural'.
She told OK! Magazine: 'For a couple of years now I've been thinking, 'Why did I ever get my boobs done?' I haven't been happy for a while, but when I fell pregnant with Larose, my boobs became even bigger and I hated the way I looked.
'I look back at old pictures before the boob job and I had lovely boobs. I just wish I could go back to natural Lauren.'
The TV personality explained how she jetted off to Turkey for a BBL and described it as 'the worst experience' of her life.
It comes after Lauren is reportedly 'devastated and anxious' after finding out her ex partner Mark Wright is expecting a baby with wife Michelle Keegan.
The reality star had a decade-long relationship with co-star Mark until 2012 and she is now upset that she has 'been left behind'.
Lauren is also said to be 'super anxious' that she may bump into happy couple Mark and Michelle as they both live near one another in Essex.
A source told The Sun: 'The news has been a huge blow to Lauren and she is devastated, especially as she's not had a great Christmas, so it's the icing on the cake.
'It's hit her hard, Mark's building his perfect family and she's being left behind.'
They continued: 'She's always had a lot of love for Mark, they were once childhood sweethearts and in an ideal world she would have reunited with him.
'Plus Michelle and Mark live close by, so she is super anxious that she will bump into them at some point which will be horrific for her.'

The Zara Black Friday deals I'm looking forward to – plus savings to shop now
Whether you're after a wedding guest dress, a pair of ballet flats that rival designer labels or a knitted jumper to complete your transitional wardrobe, Zara is arguably the best destination on the high street for affordable fashion – and its Black Friday 2025 sale is not one to be missed. As a fashion writer who leans into trends but wants to maintain a timeless feel, Zara is my go-to for capsule wardrobe staples and statement occasion-wear. I'm not alone – this summer alone has seen a white polka dot scarf top, butter yellow A-line dress and satin lace slip dress dominate Instagram feeds before selling out. As such, the Black Friday sale is a big – if not the biggest – event in my shopping calendar. The label hosts a bunch of sales throughout the year, including in its 'special prices' section – but its Black Friday bonanza is the most anticipated. There's set to be sitewide discounts on everything from party dresses and winter boots to coats and jeans. Usually, the sale is available early on the app – and owing to how fast pieces sell out, I suggest downloading it to get ahead of the game. Your chance to revamp your wardrobe at a fraction of the cost, Zara's Black Friday 2025 sale needs to be on your radar. From dates to early deals, here's everything you need to know. When is Black Friday 2025? Black Friday officially kicks off on Friday 28 November 2025, and runs through to Cyber Monday on 1 December. While other brands start dropping their deals as early as the beginning of November, Zara typically waits until Black Friday itself to kick off its event. I'll be updating this page regularly in the lead-up to the big event, so you can stay on top of the best Black Friday Zara deals as soon as they go live. What Zara deals can you expect on Black Friday? If previous years are anything to go by, I'm expecting hundreds of deals to drop on the Zara app and website during Black Friday. The high street store uses the sale to get rid of all its leftover stock from the previous season to make room for new pieces. As such, you can save on party season dresses, heels, winter coats, boots and jumpers, as well as men's and women's jeans, accessories, bags and everyday staples like T-shirts, vests and bodysuits. Landing in time to refresh your winter wardrobe for the season ahead, there's also surplus summer stock in the sale if you're looking ahead to the warmer months. What is Black Friday? Black Friday is an annual shopping event. It originated in the US to mark the start of the Christmas shopping season. It has since become one of the biggest shopping events in the calendar, not just in the United States but also in the UK and other parts of the world. Traditionally taking place on the fourth Friday of November – the day after Thanksgiving in the US – it's now evolved into a four-day bonanza, and, in some cases, it spans the entire month of November, with deals on tech, beauty, home appliances, fashion, toys and much more. It's widely seen as the best time to bag a bargain before Christmas, with deals usually running through the weekend and wrapping up on Cyber Monday. Alongside major discounts on popular products like the Apple AirPods Pro 2 and Meta Quest 3, it's also one of the best times to save big on mattresses, appliances like air fryers and beauty buys from the likes of Boots, Lookfantastic, Space NK and Charlotte Tilbury. Daisy Lester is a senior shopping writer at The Independent. She specialises in reviewing fashion, so she knows what makes a well-crafted, comfortable and on-trend garment, as well as the brands to turn to for affordable takes on trends. Zara is one of her go-to high street shops for everything from dresses and ballet flats to bags and knitwear. For this Black Friday guide, she made sure to handpick pieces that felt contemporary yet classic, so you'll get your wear year after year. The best early Black Friday Zara deals A staple top that you'll reach for again and again, Zara's bandeau style is characterised by its fitted bust and slightly flared silhouette. The linen-effect material and neutral finish lend it to everyday wear, but it can easily be dressed up for evening occasions – just add statement gold jewellery and a satin maxi skirt. A steal at just £5. Tartan has been quietly popular this year, and it's set to dominate as we enter autumn. This midi skirt is an effortless way to embrace the trend, boasting a mid-rise waist with button detailing, a contrast lining and tie fastening at the front for extra detail. Puffball skirts are the eighties trend that's taken over in the last year. This Zara take features flattering draped waistband detailing and an equally fashionable butter yellow finish. Boasting a short hemline and mid-rise waist, the skirt has been reduced to less than £10.

Rupert Everett and Hayley Atwell to star in Rivals series two
Rupert Everett and Hayley Atwell are to star in series two of the hit Disney+ show Rivals. Based on Jilly Cooper's novel of the same name, the series centres on a group of wealthy media types in the 1980s who are based in the Cotswolds. Advertisement Hayley Atwell (Maja Smiejkowska/PA) Atwell will be playing Helen Gordon, ex-wife of Alex Hassell's Rupert Campbell-Black, and mother of his two children – Marcus and Tabitha, while Everett will play her husband, Malise Gordon. Executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins, chief creative officer at Happy Prince, told the Edinburgh TV Festival: 'We have some new guests. 'So some new cast, some of them are newly created characters, with Jilly's blessing, some famous characters. 'And most importantly, we're looking into Rupert more. So we have Rupert's children… but also with them… anyone who knows Jilly Cooper knows that Rupert's ex-wife, Helen, loathes him, and she is married to his old show jumping boss, who's a bit older than her. Advertisement 'So we are bringing Helen and Malise Gordon into this series, played by Rupert Everett and Haley Atwell, so they will be joining the cast. 'And for fans of the books, it's great to dig deeper into Rupert.' Everett, 66, is known for starring in a range of TV series and films including My Best Friend's Wedding (1997) and St Trinian's (2007), where he was seen playing headmistress Camilla Fritton. Advertisement The announcement comes after the BBC reported actress Kate Robbins would be joining the cast. Robbins is the mother of Emily Atack, who plays Sarah Stratton, the character who was seen playing naked tennis with Rupert in series one – a moment that was Bafta-nominated. Emily Atack attending the 2025 Bafta Television Awards (Ian West/PA) Atack told the Edinburgh TV Festival that she 'wasn't afraid to identify with' Stratton, who has an affair with Rupert, and added: 'I completely am her. I'm a very flawed woman. I've made terrible decisions in my love life.' She added: 'The term, sort of typecast, is always sort of seen as this negative thing. Advertisement 'I've been typecast my whole life, and I've loved every single minute of it, and I will carry on playing these sexy women for as long as they will have me.' Further ensemble cast have been announced as Sanditon's Maxim Ays, Mr Loverman star Holly Cattle, Slow Horses star Eliot Salt, and One Day's Jonny Weldon. Rivals series two will be comprised of 12 episodes, and Treadwell-Collins said it will be out 'soon'.
