There are gifts, and then there are gifts. Sure, some dads joke about wanting socks and underwear (and honestly, no shame in coveting a solid pair), but what if you gave him the gift of health and longevity?
We're talking about cold plunges, and today, one of our faves from Plunge is on sale, offering discounts of up to $1,200 on plunges and saunas. The brand offers 0% financing for up to 24 months, allowing you to enjoy the benefits immediately.
If you haven't dipped your toe into the world of cold plunging, you and your dad are about to get addicted to the benefits it provides the body. Regular plunging can improve circulation, boost mood, sharpen mental clarity, and support muscle recovery.
Using a sauna after a cold plunge helps rebalance your body, increase blood flow, and promote faster recovery by alternating between cold-induced constriction and heat-driven dilation of your blood vessels.
Not only does Dad need this to reduce stress and recharge, but you'll benefit too. Do the smart thing and give him the best Father's Day gift money can buy. Sure, it's a splurge, but isn't a healthier, happier life worth it?
Plunge
Pros: Easy setup, essentially ready out of the box
Comes with everything you'd need and then some (skimmer, hose filter, rubber ducky)
Gets cold really fast
Comes in two different colors
Hardshell is perfect for outdoors
Includes cover strap for safety
Smaller footprint
Easy UX within the App
Cons: Expensive
It's designed to stay on, so it can increase your electric bill about the same as adding another fridge.
Designed for sitting, may have a hard time submerging.
May have a hard time getting in and out without a step
My coworker Ryan Murphy, a dad himself, found cold plunging to be one of his new favorite pastimes. He said the setup couldn't have been more straightforward. It took just 15 minutes to fill the tub with a hose, and the chiller required no assembly, with the filter already installed. It even came with a skimmer to clean out debris and an adorable rubber ducky.
The chiller pairs easily with the app via a QR code and a quick four-step setup. Once connected, the app lets you control temperature, adjust jets, track sessions with a countdown timer, set filter reminders, and even learn your routine over time.
Ryan Murphy, commerce partnerships manager, raved, 'The tub is a great size and very well built. I feel extremely comfortable leaving this outside as it's a hard shell. It also comes with a strap to ensure that the cover is on tightly. Mainly for safety, to ensure no one can fall in accidentally (great for me, because my toddler loves to explore).
I am six feet tall, so I have no issue getting in and out. But if you're a shorter person, you may need a step to get in. There is a small ledge within the tub if you'd like to try to sit, but this is definitely a tub where your knees are bent.
Ryan Murphy
Some people like to dunk their heads under the water, and that could be a bit more difficult with this pod as it's meant to be sat in. You can always turn away from the seating ledge within the tub to head dunk a bit more easily.
Overall, this is a fantastic cold tub. Set up in under an hour, easy interface, and love that fact that it learns as you go and sets reminders to clean and replace filters.'
Plunge
Pros: Compact footprint makes it ideal for small homes, apartments, or tight wellness corners
Ergonomic seating lets you enjoy sessions solo or share with a partner
Adjust temperature, set timers, and monitor usage straight from your phone
Cons: Designed for two people max, so not ideal for larger families or group use
The Sauna Mini delivers all the incredible benefits of heat therapy in a sleek, compact design made for two. Crafted from premium cedar, it heats up to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, providing a deep, detoxifying sweat session without overwhelming your entire home.
Its smart airflow technology and app-based controls mean every session is perfectly tailored, comfortable, consistent, and effortless. It's worth investing in your space and your wellness goals. Ready to elevate your routine or help dad improve his? Hurry, this deal won't last.

Back-to-school season hits with the same chaotic energy as a double espresso spilled on your white shirt at 8:01 a.m. Whether you're a parent, student or teacher already emotionally bracing for the first bell, there's one universal truth: you need stuff. Pens that work past Wednesday, backpacks that don't fall apart by October, and maybe a few things that make you look like a fully-functioning, organized human being. That's where this glorious, well-researched caffeine-fueled guide comes in. We've scoured the vast, algorithmic jungle that is Amazon to find over 100 of the absolute best back-to-school products so you don't have to spend three hours debating between two nearly identical pencil cases. Whether you're shopping for a first grader who insists their water bottle be 'aesthetic,' a high schooler who suddenly needs a graphing calculator and a skincare routine, or yourself (because teachers deserve nice gel pens too), we've got you covered. Think of this as your syllabus for smarter shopping. From genius organizational tools to tech that'll survive a semester, dorm-friendly finds, lunch gear that doesn't leak and even some hidden gems with cult followings — you'll find picks that are practical, stylish, and borderline life-changing (OK, maybe not life-changing, but definitely locker-life-enhancing). We've broken it all down by category, with notes on what's trending, what's budget-friendly and what's TikTok-famous (because, like it or not, Gen Z is driving the school bus now). You'll laugh. You'll bookmark. You might even finally understand what the difference is between a planner and a bullet journal. So grab a snack, sharpen your metaphorical pencils and dive in. These are the 100+ best back-to-school products on Amazon, and you're about to leave your shopping experience feeling like you just scored an A+. The Amazon Echo Pop Kids (newest model) can do that and so much more. In short, it's a kids' bedroom essential that's borderline a personal assistant. Nothing gets better than that. An adjustable matress also supports three different positions to support your baby at every stage. It's practical, pretty, and effortlessly pairs with the rest of Delta Children's chic nursery collection — so you can nail the whole nesting thing in one go. Amazon This sleek acrylic crib from Delta Children looks like it belongs on a nursery decor Pinterest board, but you can snag it for way less than designer options. Anthro charges $130 for wide-leg white jeans — Amazon does it for $32

New York Post may be compensated and/or receive an affiliate commission if you click or buy through our links. Featured pricing is subject to change. An unwise person said once, 'Thou shalt not wear white pants before Memorial Day or after Labor Day,' and the entire style community retorted, 'Yeah, okay.' This fashion 'rule' actually originated in the 1800s when the wealthy would summer in coastal towns and return wearing white, so you knew they had just returned from holiday. But now that Anna Wintour has renounced her Condé Nast throne, fashion rules are up in the air. Maybe we can all rethink the rule and wear them whenever we darn well please — especially today, because we found a pair of white jeans that look an awful lot like a pair of $200 designer jeans for $32.28 on sale and come in white, blue, or whatever color floats your boat. They also have the same feel as the Colette pants at Anthro. Advertisement Over 2,000 were purchased last month, and the reviews are extremely favorable. One five-star reviewer said, 'Jeans can be hit or miss for me sometimes when it is an off-brand, but man, I love these! They have just the right amount of stretch, and so comfy. The wide leg at the bottom is so cute and stylish.' Made from stretchy, breathable denim, these jeans strike the sweet spot for comfort and style. The high waist flatters your figure, while the breezy wide leg and 26-inch inseam create a cropped, flared silhouette that's street-savvy and on-trend. Stock up now and wear them through summer to fall. It's crisp, chic, and just begging for a sunny brunch or rooftop soirée. Not a Prime member? Amazon A zipper-and-button closure plus front patch pockets give them just the right amount of retro flair, making them versatile enough for everything from a polished workday look to a country concert in Nashville. True to US sizing, they range from X-Small (0–2) to XX-Large (20–22), so finding your fit is simple.
