WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — One local organization is looking to reach a goal to help better the lives of kids in the area so they will have brighter futures.
The All Hands Cultural Community Center is seeking to fulfill a goal of $30,000, which will all go toward scholarships for children who may not have the resources to enroll in their life-success programs.

Some of the programs the AHCCC provides are especially great during the summer, including arts and crafts, life skills training, cosmetology training, and gardening.
The youth drive started on Feb. 18 and will end on March 18. The AHCCC said they have reached about one-third of that goal, which helps them keep the doors open to the programs and center so it can keep being a safe haven for the youth.
They are raising this money and have these programs so kids can be better citizens, be better in school, and be motivated for life success. They want kids to recognize their full potential.
