Marion County substitute teacher faces more charges in student ‘dating' case
The Marion County Sheriff's Office has filed more charges against a substitute teacher who was arrested last week.
Dianely Torres, 24, was already facing nine counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and five counts of transmission of material harmful to minors. She is now also charged with two counts of sexual battery and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation.
Detectives with the sheriff's office say Torres claimed to be 'dating' a student and engaging in sex acts.
The sheriff's office says detectives found she had sent the student nude photos and sexually explicit drawings.
She had also been previously disciplined for messaging students on Discord, the release states.
Torres is currently being held in the Marion County jail without bail.

Milwaukee police seeking critically missing 48-year-old man
The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a critical missing person, Jesus Figueroa-Torres. Suspect arrested in hit-and-run that killed jogger in Osceola County
Florida Highway Patrol reports that an arrest has been made in a deadly hit-and-run. Troopers ay a 40-year-old Kissimmee woman was killed while jogging on Florida Parkway Wednesday morning. Troopers say a pickup truck did not stop and struck her as she entered the intersection of Sprucewood Lane. She was pronounced dead at the hospital. Her name was not released. The driver fled the scene. On Thursday, troopers said they found the Ford F-250 and arrested the driver. Jairo Pena Espana, 21, of Honduras is charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death and driving without a license involving death. Utah man charged for messaging Alisa Petrov online seeks bail, claims he is not a flight risk

Samuel Mitchell, 41, of Herriman, Utah, with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony, and one count of enticement of a minor, a class A misdemeanor. He is accused of communicating with Alisa through the online messaging app Discord and having conversations that were sexual in nature. He claims he has no prior criminal history and has the financial resources to pay for home confinement/GPS geo-fencing monitoring if the court deems it appropriate.
