Nikki Hawkins, 32, and hubby Paul, 49, are among scores of punters who were allegedly let down.
The pair, from Derby, paid a £100 deposit to the holistic therapist before heading north for last Friday's mega-gig at Murrayfield.
But on arrival the night before, they were told there had been a 'mess-up' over transferring tickets.
Teacher Nikki said: 'Ross claimed they were still 'pending' and she was sorry. I ended up having to fork out £650 to secure two tickets from the viagogo resale site.
'The concert was a present for my husband's birthday and I didn't want to let him down.'
But Nikki described the shambles as a 'sh** scam'. She got her £100 deposit refunded days later. But her story is one of dozens linked to Ross.
Cops are probing complaints from Oasis fans who claim they sent cash to her for briefs that never arrived.
Karen Alderton, 39, said she paid £300 for two tickets to one of the band's sell-out shows to surprise her daughter on her 18th birthday.
The mum of three, from Bonnyrigg, Midlothian, told The Scottish Sun: 'I've known Colleen for about eight years. I trusted her.
'She advertised the Oasis ones on Snapchat, saying she was selling her daughter's tickets because she wanted to go on holiday instead. I told her I'd buy them. But I started seeing stuff online about her. So I sent a message, asking when the tickets would be transferred.
Dad who plunged to his death 'from top tier' of Wembley Oasis gig is pictured - as family pay tribute to 'role model'
'She totally bit my head off. She said she was still waiting and would send them as soon as she got them.
'I told her to send my refund or I'd go to her house. I got the money back. But I had to pay £1,100 for two Oasis tickets on a resale site.'
There was no answer at Ross's detached home today.
Neighbours said she hadn't been seen for several days.
Karen added: 'I got my cash back but everybody else needs to get it.
'Another parent told me how her daughter tried to get in at Murrayfield on Saturday with a screenshot of a ticket from Colleen. But it didn't work. She has to stop what she's doing.'
Darrah Fielding, 26, a student from Glasgow, paid Ross £280 for two briefs that never appeared.
She also got the cash refunded but had to spend £500 on viagogo to get to the concert. Mum-of-one Darrah recalled: 'She was extremely convincing and seemed genuine. But she has let people down and caused chaos. She's a cheeky moneygrabber and should be ashamed of herself.'
Many fans went online to tell of their dealings with Ross. David, 42, from Falkirk, sent her £140 for a standing ticket for Friday's show by the rockers, who released the 1998 compilation album The Masterplan.
He said: 'She contacted me after I put a message on a site in July.
'Later, she said she was going into hospital and would send the tickets two to three days before the concert.
'I knew something was up. I paid £260 for one from elsewhere.
'Then I found out hundreds of people making similar claims. She has broken a lot of hearts. She sent me the refund but many others missed out.'
Some went on to social media to warn other fans. One said: 'Got properly done by that Colleen Ross. Ruined my weekend.'
A third warned: 'She's scammed people out of thousands.'
Police Scotland said: 'We received a report of fraud in the Edinburgh area. Enquiries are at an early stage.'

Former mayor and local councillor Zamir Khan MBE, an uncle in the family, told the Daily Mail that her body was still with the coroner. He added: "Her little girl told me her mother pushed her out of the way as the branch fell. "The older boy was walking with his father in front and could not believe what happened. "It is very hard for the children. I do not think they will ever walk in that park again." The woman's husband was said to be just a few feet away with the couple's son when the tragedy unfolded. He rushed to offer aid to his wife but nothing could be done to save the woman. She was sadly pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics battled to save her. Matthew Baker, 44, was on a family day out when his four-year-old son wanted to go on the Wacky Worm ride. He described how there was a "jaunting, jiggling noise" after the ride completed one lap. The ride then suddenly stopped and lifted the train off the rails completely before crashing back down and bouncing up again. Matthew claims that a section of the security fencing flew off and nearly hit his partner following the impact. After witnessing the horror, Matthew and two other men rushed to the ride and "ripped" at the gate to reach those still on board. "My four-year-old had a busted lip - there was a lot of blood - and he has bruises on his body," Matthew told WalesOnline. "My 15-year-old hurt her left knee, and my 13-year-old daughter, who was sitting behind them, hit her chin so hard her jaw is swollen and she's badly bruised around the ribs." He added: "Physically, there was nothing major," Matthew said. "But mentally, it's difficult." Emergency services raced to the scene after witnesses reported seeing the Wacky Worm ride derail shortly before 6pm. The English seaside town with no arcades or rides but named the best in the UK The ride - described by the amusement park's website as "the perfect first thrill ride for kids" - had a number of children on it when it suddenly derailed. South Wales Police confirmed that 13 children and one adult were injured as a result, with some needing hospital treatment. Footage circulating on social media shows adults helping the children off the ride. Witnesses also reported seeing seeing children bloodied after the derailment. A spokesperson for South Wales Police said yesterday: "Officers were called to Coney Beach Amusement Park, Porthcawl, Bridgend at around 5:50pm this evening following an accident involving one of the rides. "At this time we have confirmed that 13 children and one adult have sustained minor injuries. "Some of these have required hospital treatment. "The amusement park will remain closed tomorrow while officers and health and safety personnel carry out their investigation. "Please continue to avoid the area to allow Emergency Services access." Coney Beach Pleasure Park said in a statement that it was instructed by police to clear the site after an accident on a "third party ride" not owned by the park. The park apologised for the disruption and confirmed it will provide refunds to affected customers as soon as possible. The secret way you can get £5 vouchers from H&M AND clean out your wardrobe – and you can do it six times a month too

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) DO you have a mega pile of clothes you no longer wear? Chances are you've come across Vinted - one of the biggest apps where thrifty fashionistas sell their pre-loved garments. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 4 Can't seem to sell any of your items on Vinted? There's another easy way to get your hands on £5 vouchers thanks to the H&M Garment Collecting & Recycling scheme Credit: TIKTOK/@holgracewills 4 According to fellow cash-savvy fashionistas, H&M is not the only retailer offering its customers an incentive like this Credit: TIKTOK/@holgracewills 4 Clothing in better condition could end up being marketed as second-hand clothing Credit: TIKTOK/@holgracewills But while your items may be gorgeous, there's not always a guarantee you'll be able to sell them. Luckily, there's still an easy way to give your wardrobe a mega clearout - and get £5 vouchers in the process. This is thanks to H&M Garment Collecting & Recycling scheme. The way it works is straightforward too - simply hand in a full bag of unwanted clothes from any brand at the tills in the store and you can get a voucher giving you £5 off when you spend at least £25. One person who recently took advantage of the incredible offer is Holly Grace, 25, who shared the process on TikTok. ''I had loads of unwanted clothes that I wanted to get rid of and couldn't sell at the boot fair,'' she said in the video. ''So I decided to bag up my clothes and take them to H&M where you can get a £5 voucher for every bag that you take in.'' What's more, she told fellow fashionistas on the platform, shoppers can do this up to a whopping six times every month - saving themselves a fortune. The scheme is great if you've been eyeing up a more expensive garment, such as a stylish autumn coat, and want to slash the bill a little. H&M takes the textiles and recycles them into other products such as cleaning cloths. Fashion lovers rush to M&S to snap up perfect pumps that are 'so pretty' for summer - and they come in various colours to match your vibe Clothing in better condition could end up being marketed as second-hand clothing. When dropping off the unwanted goods, there's no need to limit yourself to just H&M garments - these can be by any brand. ''I took Primark PJs, unbranded joggers,'' Holly said in the clip. ''You basically just have to download the app and present your carrier bags and then they'll do it for you at the till. ''They scan your little QR code on the Members side of the app- and then the vouchers will literally go straight on there.'' How to look chic on a budget Fashion stylist Gemma Rose Breger, and beauty journalist Samantha Silver revealed how you can make your outfits elevated without spending hundreds of pounds. Don't ever spend on designer denim: River Island ''always has such a great selection of fashion-forward jeans that follow the current trends''. The high street retailer offers a great range of sizes to fit UK 6 - UK 18, and three leg lengths - and prices start from an affordable £25. There are no rules for jewels: ''Pick up something at a car boot sale, or charity shop, scroll on Vinted & eBay, snap up something from the clothing section in your local supermarket when doing the food shop or check out high street clothing stores.'' Don't forget the pre-loved sites: With a rising number of second-hand sites, such as Vinted and Depop, there's no excuse for not buying - or selling - pre-loved garments. Gemma, for instance, has managed to get her hands on chic Chanel sunnies for a mere £17. This means that every time you spend £25 or more shopping at the retailer, you'll get £5 off - which you can use in-store and online. However, it's worth noting that some customers have warned you can only use one voucher per purchase - and they also expire. Holly wrote in the caption: ''Yes, I also have bags full for the charity shop.'' The clip has taken the internet by storm, winning the H&M fan a whopping 12k views in just one day. One person claimed that there's a rival store that runs a similar scheme. ''River Island does this also.'' Someone else chimed in: ''I'm not sure if still valid but if you make a new account you get £5 voucher too.''
