Pedulla Claims ‘It's False That Inter Milan Don't Know The Price Tag' For Ademola Lookman
Pedulla claimed on his YouTube channel that the Nerazzurri are actually aware of what they would need to pay to sign the 27-year-old.
Inter Milan are trying to sign Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman.
The Nerazzurri have already made two offers for the Nigerian international. They have bid €40 million, which they then increased to €45 million including add-ons.
However, Atalanta have rejected both of these offers from Inter.
Therefore, reports have suggested that Inter are waiting for Atalanta to make them a clear counteroffer.
This would be something to base a third offer on. Or, in the event that it is out of reach, to walk away from the table.

SportItalia transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla claimed that 'If Lookman wanted to, he could move to a team abroad in five seconds.'
'He doesn't need any intermediaries for that,' he added.
'Surely there are teams that spend big money who could sign him,' Pedulla added.
'The story of a €53-56 million valuation isn't true,' he added. 'And it's absolutely false that Inter don't know the price tag.'

Rasmus Hojlund remains adamant as AC Milan set deadline
Following a dismal campaign in which he netted only four times in the Premier League, Manchester United were forced to try and bring in a quality replacement for Rasmus Hojlund. INEOS splashed the cash to land Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, and Ruben Amorim opted to keep Hojlund on the bench against Fiorentina, a clear message regarding his future. The club have subsequently informed the 22-year-old to find a new club for himself even though he is hellbent on staying and fighting for his place. AC Milan are reportedly in pole position, having already agreed on a loan fee, but the Dane is yet to give his green light for the move. That has not impressed the Serie A giants. AC Milan unhappy with Rasmus Hojlund This dilly-dallying has allowed four other Serie A clubs as well as Newcastle to enter the race. Igli Tare, Milan's sporting director, has refused to admit defeat, and is in England hoping to wrap up the move. However, La Gazzetta dello Sport have now informed that the sporting director is losing his patience due to the Denmark international's stubborn stance. The ex-Atalanta ace feels, despite Sesko's arrival, he will still have chances to shine, and is desperate to prove his critics wrong after two underwhelming seasons in Manchester. As a result, the Rossoneri will wait for another week, and should the Denmark international not change his mind, they will move onto other targets. 'AC Milan is ready to close in on a loan deal with an option to buy, but the striker's agreement is still pending. 'Hojlund is a stubborn man. He's convinced he can have his chances in Manchester despite the competition. He wants to redeem himself after two so-so years with a trophy won—the 2024 FA Cup—and another lost in the final (last year's Conference League). Dane confident of making his mark 'Tare flew to England to try and secure the striker's approval, but he won't wait forever. A week at most, no more, then he'll focus on one of his other targets: Vlahovic, Jackson, and Gonçalo Ramos. 'Hojlund doesn't want to leave Manchester out of pure pride. He appreciates AC Milan's attention, loves Italy and Serie A, as well as his family. But he's convinced he can still make his mark. Furthermore, he'd prefer a permanent transfer rather than a loan with an option to buy.' INEOS are looking to conduct player sales, and with the money raised, they plan to go after Carlos Baleba and another goalkeeper. Hojlund's stance, while admirable, will not help the co-owners one bit. As things stand, this saga is likely to continue until late in the window. Duplantis soars to 6.29m in Budapest, breaks pole vault world record for 13th time
Sweden's Armand 'Mondo' Duplantis raised his own pole vault world record to 6.29 metres at the Budapest athletics meet on Tuesday, marking the 13th time he has broken the mark and his third record-setting jump of 2025. Armand 'Mondo' Duplantis bettered his pole vault world record by a centimetre on Tuesday, clearing 6.29 metres at the athletics meet in Budapest. Sweden's Duplantis broke the world record for the 13th time as he soared over the bar at the second attempt to improve on his 6.28m from Stockholm in June. It was the 25-year-old's third record of 2025 having also cleared 6.27m in Clermont-Ferrand in February. Duplantis notched up his 33rd competition victory, clearing 6.11m on his first attempt to finish ahead of Greece's Emmanouil Karalis (6.02m) and Australia's Kurtis Marschall (5.83m). On his second attempt at 6.29m, Duplantis touched the bar with one leg and his stomach, but it held, and the jump was validated. Since Ukrainian Sergey Bubka became the first athlete to clear 6 metres on July 13, 1985 in Paris, the world record has been broken 26 times, including 12 times by Bubka, 13 times by Duplantis and once by Frenchman Renaud Lavillenie. The US-born Duplantis first broke the world record in 2020 with 6.17m. Duplantis is favourite for a third consecutive outdoor world title in a month's time in Tokyo. On the track Jamaican sprinter Bryan Levell laid down a marker for those championships by posting the third quickest time this year to win the men's 200m. The 21-year-old, who reached the semi-finals at last year's Olympics, headed into the race with a season's best of 20.10. He pulled away from the field in the home straight to win in 19.69 to clock the third best time of the year behind the Americans Noah Lyles (19.63sec) and Kenneth Bednarek (19.67sec). Levell smashed Erriyon Knighton's meeting record by 0.19sec leaving South African veteran Wayde van Niekerk a distant runner-up in 20.07. Olympic bronze medallist Muzala Samukonga held off Jereem Richards and Khaleb McRae to win the men's 400m in a season's best of 44.11 while Laban Kipkorir Chepkwony, who finished fourth at Kenya's World Trials last month, won the men's 800m in a personal best of 1min 42.96sec, breaking David Rudisha's meeting record from 2016. Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce only managed a fourth-placed finish in the women's 100m as Ivorian sprinter Marie-Josee Ta Lou Smith held off Tina Clayton and world 200m champion Shericka Jackson. Electric vehicle sales growth eases to 21% in July, research firm says
By Alessandro Parodi (Reuters) -Global electric vehicle sales grew 21% year-on-year in July, the slowest rate since January and down from 25% in June, as momentum in plug-in hybrid sales in China slackened, market research firm Rho Motion said on Wednesday. WHY IT'S IMPORTANT China is the world's biggest car market and accounts for more than half of global EV sales, which in Rho Motion's data include battery-electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. Its overall car sales growth slowed in July, with BYD, the world's largest EV maker, recording its third monthly drop in registrations. The relatively muted slowdown in overall EV sales however shows other markets are taking up some of the slack, with European sales for one benefiting from incentives aimed at speeding up decarbonisation. BY THE NUMBERS Global sales of battery-electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids rose to 1.6 million units in July, Rho Motion data showed. China's EV sales growth, which averaged 36% a month in the first half, eased to 12% in July as the previously booming market was dampened by a pause in some 2025 government subsidy schemes for EV and plug-in hybrid purchases, Rho Motion data manager Charles Lester said. Chinese sales reached around one million vehicles. European sales surged 48% to about 390,000 units, while North American sales climbed 10% to more than 170,000. Sales in the rest of the world jumped 55% to more than 140,000 vehicles. KEY QUOTE "Despite regional variations, the overall trajectory for EV adoption in 2025 remains strongly upward," Lester said. WHAT'S NEXT Chinese car sales are expected to return to strong growth from August as new funds become available for its subsidy schemes, while a cut in U.S. tax credits for buying or leasing new EVs at the end of September will hurt demand there, Lester added.
