Rapper T-Hood Dead At 33 After Being Murdered In His Georgia Home
Officers arrived at the scene and provided emergency medical care before T-Hood, born Tevin Hood, was transported to a nearby hospital. He later succumbed to his injuries.
According to authorities, one person has been detained in connection with the shooting and is currently being interviewed by police. No charges have been announced at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
T-Hood's mother, Yulanda, confirmed the tragic news and also addressed speculation surrounding the incident. She also firmly dispelled rumors that the shooting happened during a social gathering.
Police have not released the identity of the individual being questioned or disclosed the nature of the dispute that led to the shooting.
T-Hood made waves in the Atlanta music scene with energetic, bass-heavy tracks like 'READY 2 GO,' 'Big Booty,' and 'Perculator.'
His unique voice and persona gave him a distinct presence among fans and peers. Though unsigned by a major label, T-Hood had built a loyal following and was praised for his authenticity and work ethic.
