Archana Puran Singh's Samosa Mix-Up Hints At The Great Indian Kapil Show's Return
Archana Puran Singh's latest vlog has garnered fans' attention on social media. It features the actress with her husband, Parmeet Sethi, and their sons.
Archana Puran Singh has been delighting the fans with her vlogs. In her latest YouTube video, the actress was seen exploring three restaurants in Mumbai in search of the best samosas. Her husband and actor Parmeet Sethi, and their kids Ayushmaan and Aaryamann also joined Archana in the vlog. The quirky and humorous conversation of the Sethi family caught everyone's attention on social media.
The renowned A1 Samosa was the starting point for the family's samosa hunting mini-trip. Since everyone in the audience is now aware of Aaryamann's fondness for paneer, they ordered some food and selected samosas with paneer filling.
'Why do you guys lie for the camera?" Ayushmaan quickly responded to his parents' talk. 'If we were lying, you wouldn't be here, beta," was Parmeet's epic response, which had everyone laughing. Parmeet and Archana also revealed that at first, they called their boys A1 and A2, since both of their names begin with the letter A.
Take a look here:
The Sethis visited the town to dine at New India Sweet Mart after securing their first place. While navigating, Archana mentioned 'The Great Indian Sweet Mart" and mixed it with the Great Indian Kapil Show. She also provided the audience with a sweet update, letting them know that they will soon start filming the show and return to TV.
It appears that Archana was missing the stage and her chair a little too much, Ayushmaan continued. In addition, Archana recalled the famous Samose Mein Aaloo song from Akshay Kumar's movie, calling Parmeet 'bhaaloo.' This left Aaryamaan and Ayushmaan confused since they couldn't believe there was a song like this.
On the work front, Archana Puran Singh was last seen reprising her iconic role as Miss Braganza in Khushi Kapoor and Ibrahim Ali Khan's Naadaniyaan. The actress will be next seen in Rajkummar Rao's Toaster and The Great Indian Kapil Show season 3.

‘Yeh ghar mein meri mehendi ceremony hui thi': Farah Khan takes us around Zayed Khan's 50-year-old extravagant Juhu home
'We have come to the most beautiful house in all of Juhu,' said Farah Khan as she walked into Zayed Khan's Mumbai bungalow, during an episode on her YouTube cooking vlogs where she visits Bollywood celebrity homes to whip up something exciting in their kitchen. 'Yeh ghar mein meri mehendi ceremony hui thi, jab meri shaadi ho rahi thi (My mehendi ceremony, during wedding, was held in this house)' recalled the Main Hoon Na director, which was also Zayed's first break into the Bollywood film industry. An open living room — bathed in warm light cascading off a chandelier — seats a circular beige sofa to entertain guests or spend some quality family time. Multiple doors in the background allow natural air and sunlight to bring life to the space, rustic yet inviting in appeal. Heavily draped curtains hang atop cloche-shaped doors and windows, and earthy rugs cover the marble flooring. Paintings of royalty from yesteryears, framed family photographs, and modern art adorn the walls. When Farah began recalling her mehendi ceremony organised by Zayed, his mother Zarine and sisters Susanne and Simone Khan, the Yuvvraaj actor quipped, 'Yaha pe jitne saare aitihaasik get togethers and parties hue hai, mujhe lagta hai iss ashtray (-shaped sofa) ke andar hi ek picture hai (The number of historic get togethers and parties held here, a movie can be made out of this ashtray (shaped sofa))' to which she replied, 'But kitne aitihaasik jhagde hue honge yaha (But think of the number of historic arguments on this sofa).' Walking outside, we are introduced to a large swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and flanked by a barbecue grill — a favourite of Zayed's when hosting parties at home. Pointing at the roof of his house, he even shared that he used to jump straight into the pool, and hold diving competitions with his friends. 'Ye Versace ke dining room mein hum logo ne bohot saara khaana khaaya hai (We used to sit in this Versace dining room and eat so much food),' said Farah, propping herself at the head of a long ten-seater ivory dining table, before walking into the adjoining kitchen. A large room with antique interiors, the cooking space offered a taste of simplicity, opposed to the rest of the house. 'Ye koi hi-fi kitchen nahi hai, ye bohot hi purana kitchen hai magar yaha pe khaana achha banta hai (This is not a hi-fi kitchen, it's very old but the food made here is great),' said Zayed, before taking us to the adjacent 'langar kitchen' — an air-conditioned space to cook for about 45-50 people, including staff, family members, and guests. Zarine, one of the earliest celebrity interior designers, shared that the house, now 50 years old, had been described by guests such as Dimple Kapadia and Rekha to have 'good vibes.'

Aamir Khan had to buy out partner on Sitaare Zameen Par for choosing non-OTT release, invested ₹122 crore in it
Actor-producer Aamir Khan recently revealed that he had to buy out his partner to release Sitaare Zameen Par on YouTube over OTT. On The Town podcast, he revealed the film's budget and spoke about how the film is doing after its digital release on YouTube now. Here's what he said. Bollywood actor and producer Aamir Khan had released Sitaare Zameen Par on YouTube after its theatrical run. (Sunil Khandare/ANI) Aamir Khan on buying out Sitaare Zameen Par's partner Aamir said on the podcast that the initial cost for his share in Sitaare Zameen Par was ₹96 crore, but the price went up significantly after his partner wasn't happy with his 'rash idea'. He explained, 'This film cost us $11 million ( ₹96 crore). I had to pay a price also because I had a partner with me earlier, and then they weren't very keen on this rash idea of mine. They didn't like me turning down money, so they preferred that I but them out. So, the film has cost me over $14 million, let's say between $14 and $15 million ( ₹122-131 crore) is what the cost of the film for me is." When he was asked about how the film was doing on YouTube, he replied, 'It's doing better. It's doing way beyond what YouTube expected. I'm not allowed to give numbers, so I'm afraid I won't be able to give any numbers right now. I hope that I make the money back, and right now both YouTube and I are separately promoting it on the platform.' He also hinted that he's getting better than the traditional 50-50 split between filmmakers and theatres on YouTube after its digital release, apart from stating that the platform is also chipping in for the film's marketing budget now. About Sitaare Zameen Par RS Prasanna's Sitaare Zameen Par is a spiritual sequel to the 2007 hit film Taare Zameen Par. The film stars Aamir and Genelia D'Souza in lead roles, apart from debutant actors who are differently abled. It made ₹267 crore worldwide during its theatrical release. It was released on YouTube on 1 August after its theatrical release on 20 June. Aamir ruffled a few feathers when he spoke against the OTT release of the film before 6 months after its theatrical release, but released it digitally on YouTube in 6 weeks.
