Rachel Zoe's Son Skyler Looks All Grown Up as She Shares Heartfelt Tribute for His 14th Birthday: 'Protective Little Prince'
Rachel Zoe is celebrating her oldest on his special day.
On Sunday, March 23, the fashion designer, 53, posted an 18-photo carousel post on Instagram to commemorate her son Skyler's 14th birthday. The proud mom shared adorable snaps throughout the years, including a mixture of solo shots and family photos. She ended the heartfelt post with a video of her and her son, who is now taller than her, dancing before she grabbed his face and planted a kiss on his lips.
"My life began when this magical boy came into my arms 14 years ago," she wrote in her caption. "I named him Sky the day before he was born and his piercing sky blue eyes looked up at me and changed me forever."
"My sweetest Sky…the sun rises and sets with you and Kaius and I love you beyond and forever. Thank you for being my angel, my first born son and my protective little prince when I need it most," she continued. "Happiest Birthday my kindest most beautiful blue eyed boy may all your dreams come true ❤️🎂✨."

In addition to her son Skyler, the stylist is also a mom to her son Kaius, 11. The mom of two shares her sons with estranged husband, entrepreneur Rodger Berman.
During an interview the Los Angeles Times in April 2014, Zoe said that raising her kids is similar to working in fashion.
'Being a stylist is a lot like being a parent. You need to be patient,' she told the outlet. 'You need to step back and understand what's being communicated — whether you're dealing with a celebrity, a private client or a child.'
Speaking to PEOPLE in 2021, Zoe opened up about how quarantining during the COVID-19 pandemic strengthened her relationship with her children and how the boys also grew closer while being homeschooled.
'They both just really found themselves,' she said. 'That's been the best part of this insane awful year, the quality time when normally they're in school all day, we're in work all day, and then we all catch up at night. I, personally, will deeply miss when they go back to school."
She added that her sons' brotherly relationship was 'so special,' and the extra time at home was "beautiful."
