LaForce did not disappoint. She took to Instagram right before tip-off to share her gameday outfit, which featured a fitted, high-neck, long-sleeve bright red top. The 36-year-old sports broadcaster paired her plain top with high-waisted, wide-legged trousers that featured a bold tropical floral print.
For her footwear, LaForce went with nude open-toe sandals, which allowed her pants to shine even brighter as the highlight of her ensemble.
"Happy Easter from Houston! See you on TNT!" she captioned her post.

Backlash against Sydney Sweeney ‘jeans/genes' ad gets mocked by WH: Americans are 'tired of this bulls---'

A top White House official waded into the Sydney Sweeney-American Eagle advertisement controversy late Tuesday, calling left-wing backlash and claims of a "shift toward whiteness" more "cancel culture run amok." Steven Cheung, President Donald Trump's communications director, reposted an MSNBC headline claiming Sweeney's ad promoted racial superiority in the form of genetic "whiteness" – and wrecked it in a caption. "Cancel culture run amok," Cheung said. "This warped, moronic, and dense liberal thinking is a big reason why Americans voted the way they did in 2024. They're tired of this bulls---." While some TikTokers simply noted the ad's multiple similarities to a 1980 Calvin Klein ad featuring then-child-model Brooke Shields – others lambasted Sweeney's version as a sinister nod to eugenics; citing how "great genes" and "great jeans" are homophones. TikTokkers, compiled by the New York Post, lambasted the ad as "Nazi propaganda" and "fascist-weird." Activist Zellie Imani, whose X profile includes the phrase "All Black Everything," called the ad a "love letter to White nationalism and eugenic fantasies, and Sydney Sweeney knew it." Those types of responses drew their own incredulous comment from Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas: "Wow. Now the crazy Left has come out against beautiful women -- I'm sure that will poll well," Cruz said on X. First son Donald Trump Jr. took to Instagram to troll critics as well. Trump Jr. posted an artificially-generated image of his father in the ad instead of Sweeney and paraphrased Owen Wilson's fashion-designer-character catchphrase from the Ben Stiller film "Zoolander." "Hanse – Um, Donald is so hot right now," Trump Jr. quipped. Such signaling from the first family and the White House has also led to feelings that the cultural tide is turning in favor of the right for the first time in decades. Proponents of that view also point to the cancellation of Stephen Colbert and the entire CBS "Late Show" franchise. American Eagle will reportedly be donating proceeds from such jeans to the national Crisis Text Line to support victims of domestic violence. The company defended the ad in a statement last week: "This fall season, American Eagle is celebrating what makes our brand iconic – trendsetting denim that leads, never follows," American Eagle & Aerie president and creative director Jennifer Foyle said. "Innovative fits and endless versatility reflect how our community wears their denim: mixed, matched, layered and lived in. With Sydney Sweeney front and center, she brings the allure, and we add the flawless wardrobe for the winning combo of ease, attitude and a little mischief." American Eagle CEO Jay Schottenstein and family also have friendly ties with the Trumps, as the Wall Street Journal reported they have been Mar-a-Lago members for years and Schottenstein's son held his wedding at the Palm Beach compound.

Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A viral video has showcased the unique bond between expectant mothers and their pets. In an Instagram reel, what started as a serene cuddle session between a dog and its owner quickly became a funny surprise, leaving viewers both laughing and tearing up at the canine's bewildered reaction. Since the clip was posted, it has received over 577,000 likes. The video shows a dog's head peacefully resting on its owner's pregnant belly. "Just vibing … until the baby kicks," the owner captioned the video. Suddenly, the baby delivers what seems to be a distinct kick, causing the dog's eyes to come open in confusion. The dog's startled reaction delighted Instagram users, who filled the comments with interpretations of the scene. "'Not to panic anyone BUT THERE ARE MOVEMENTS! EVERYBODY STAY CALM!'" one person imagined the dog's inner dialogue, while another wrote: "'Your stomach just kicked me in the face.'" Others shared their own pets' responses to fetal movements. "My dog just laid there unfazed getting kicked upside the head," one person posted. "My dog doesn't react when his head bounces … I think he thinks I'm just fat and trying to breathe," another shared. Stock image: A small dog touches its owner's pregnant belly. Stock image: A small dog touches its owner's pregnant Dogs Sense Pregnancy? The dog's evident surprise raises questions about how much animals truly understand about pregnancy. The American Kennel Club (AKC) explored this phenomenon in a blog post, highlighting dogs' incredible sense of smell. "One of the amazing things about dogs is their noses. They have the ability to detect and remember scents, long after they're exposed to the original odor," the post said. When a person is pregnant, hormonal shifts can alter their scent—leading many to believe dogs can detect changes even before humans do. "I suspect that dogs can smell something we cannot," Dr. Ann Hohenhaus, senior veterinarian and director of pet health information at the Animal Medical Center of New York City, said, as quoted by the AKC. Hohenhaus added that dogs possess "60 times as many smell receptors as humans, and 40 times as much brain power dedicated to smell." These advanced capabilities allow canines to pick up on subtle "chemical changes" in the body, which can include those related to pregnancy. While they likely can't understand the reason for the changes, they do understand something is different. Dr. Rachel Barrack, doctor of veterinary medicine and owner of Animal Acupuncture in New York City, suggested to the AKC that dogs are smart enough not only to pick up on these changes in a chemical and physical way, but also in an emotional way based on your moods and feelings. Kim Kardashian's Skims face wrap sparks jokes: 'What in the Hannibal'

Kim Kardashian has found a new body part to shape. On Tuesday, July 29, Skims unveiled the seamless sculpt face wrap, a new addition to the clothing brand's shapewear line designed to offer jaw support and marketed as "infused with collagen yarn." The brand calls it a "must-have addition to your nightly routine." The wrap, made of polyamide and elastane, quickly sold out online, according to the Skims website. The skincare-adjacent shapewear is just the latest viral offering from Kardashian. Skims has long offered a unique take on sculpting garments, offering everything from the nipple bra to hip-enhancing padded shorts. Online, users had a lot to say about the newest product from the underwear and loungewear brand. "Skims is selling some kind of medieval torture device for your face," one user wrote on X. "The new Skims Ultimate Face 'face innovation' reminds me of Goodnight Mommy," another person said, referencing the 2022 psychological horror film. One Instagram user was similarly spooked. "What in the Hannibal is this," they wrote in Skims' comments. Another person on Instagram questioned what good the product would do for the person modeling it. "I was gonna say… this 19 yr old model NEEDS THIS." Other users were excited about the new product offer. "No but legit, I have a connective tissue disorder that caused TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder) and my jaw recesses at night which causes mouth breathing + allergies so I am actually stoked for this!" another Instagram user said. "I'd use this over mouth tape," another person chimed in. Dr. Akash Chandawarkar, a surgeon, commented that the wrap could have post-operation uses. "Perfect for after facelift, necklift, or submental lipo." The face wrap takes a page out of South Korean skincare trends and TikTok viral "morning shed" routines, both of which offer an elaborate take on skincare. Skims is still set to release its collaboration with Nike, NikeSkims, though it has been delayed. A new date for the drop has yet to be announced.
