Vehicle rolls near Newcastle, killing one and injuring four
One person died and another two seriously injured when a vehicle went out of control on the Maarskraal road near Newcastle this afternoon, June 23, and rolled multiple times.
Craig Botha of KwaZulu Private Ambulance Services said paramedics responded swiftly.
'Tragically, one person died at the scene. Two others sustained critical injuries, while two more suffered serious injuries.'
Paramedics worked to stabilize and transport the injured individuals to various hospitals for urgent medical attention. 'Our team provided advanced life support and ensured the safe and efficient transfer of the patients.'
A full investigation into the cause of the accident is currently underway by the relevant authorities.

WATCH: No serious injuries in fiery Richards Bay crash Dramatic scenes greeted rush-hour motorists in Richards Bay this evening (Monday) as a two-vehicle accident led to one of the cars bursting into flames.
