The way you can set up a rise schedule has changed my morning, and they can get loud and block out noise without being harsh on the ears. They are easy to program and I love the light and clock on there. There are lots of sound options even if you aren't willing to pay for the pro plan (which I'm not) and they are so easy to use. The only annoying thing was setting them up was a little bit of a pain in the beginning. Once you're connected to the phone it is smooth sailing and I've been sleeping like a baby ever since. Its weighted but not uncomfortable which is why I love it, it doesn't feel like its crushing you. Anthro looks at target price? Win win! Buy it, you wont regret it!" —Hols"This is the 3rd weighted blanket I have tried and by far my favorite. Compared to traditional weighted blankets, the knitted design is elegant. It's not only functional, but a statement piece. The flexible knitted design also provides even weight distribution across my entire body creating a hugging sensation that prevents me from tossing and turning throughout the night. Unlike blankets filled with beads, this one is virtually silent as you move it. There are no distracting rusting sounds, allowing for uninterrupted sleep. Thanks to the knit pattern, this blanket also excels at temperature regulation and not trapping excessive heat. This blanket is fit for all seasons. My favorite feature is that it is perfectly oversized which gives me the freedom to sleep in any position i find comfortable while still enjoying the pressure of the blanket. The only drawback I've noticed is the light color, which makes me a bit more cautious about potential stains, especially since there's no removable cover. However, with proper care, I'm confident this blanket will continue to be a staple in my nightly routine." —JuliaPrice: $140 (available in two colors)
A box of Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Extra tea I *always* have in my cabinet because it tastes like bedtime. Sometimes, I think our human brains just need a repetitive routine to tell our bodies IT'S BEDTIME, and this is certainly part of mine.
Promising review: "This is a perfect turn down tea. It relaxes me, and puts me in a lights out zone." —Sexysiren74Price: $4.99
An itty bitty Nanit sound machine obviously perfect for parents, but also: I have taken this from my "kid travel kit" for my own uses. And those uses are I'm gonna take a cozy nap or read my cozy book and I don't wanna hear my neighbors while it happens. This one is perfectly sized, too, so if you're not keen on having a big machine permanently on your nightstand, this one can be easily tidied away.
I got the Nanit traveling bundle for taking my preschooler out on overnight adventures (which absolutely should be in any small-children-havers cart for all travels) and quickly grew enamored with the Polly Pocket-ness of the sound machine, and now even my kiddo calls it "Mama's good friend." I use it for naps or for white noise buffer if I'm working in my office and joyful-but-loud chaos is happening with my son and partner outside the doors. Price: $99.99
And finally, a weighted dragon plush perfect for kids and adults who want a comforting, plush presence to cuddle.

Found: The Perfect Holiday Shoe You Can Wear Everywhere, Including The Office
The messaging surrounding what to wear at this time of year might speak primarily to European getaways, beach days and wedding ceremonies, but the reality most of us live out is more complex. Sure, there's your five days in Sicily booked, but there's also six deadlines and that yearly review that crops up mid August. We can't abandon all commitments just because it's the last month of the summer. Sob. The toing and froing that comes with the eighth month of the year manifests most in our footwear, especially if the weather on home soil is more than fine. Investments in new shoes need to work as hard as our passports (or office passes) as we switch between on and off modes. Shoes need to be able to walk into a beach bar and thrive as much as they need to be able to take us comfortably through the now extra-sticky commute and into whatever that day's schedule has in store. So, with this in mind I got to searching for a summer sandal that could do it all. As an ELLE editor, my starting place for most trends and must-haves is the catwalk. But, not this time. I searched through my usual go-to sites for such things and spent a couple of lunchtimes strolling the stores close by to our central London office. Nothing jumped out, ticking a few of my criteria rather than all of them. Then, when researching another feature I spotted Miu Miu's leather clogs on its SS25 catwalk. This wasn't the first time I'd seen the slip-on sandals, but it was the first time I'd considered them the solution to my midsummer footwear find. The shoe, available in a selection of shades of patent or suede leathers, is a simple clog-like style that feels at once a classic and a fresh option that moves away from the dad sandals that have dominated the summer footwear market for — forgive me — far too long. On the runway, it was worn with white cotton skirts, classic beige raincoats (Brit-summer approved), and in the case of Cara Delevingne's runway look: a black patent skirt suit. Together, these ensembles were enough proof that it would work with so much of what I plan on wearing for the rest of the summer. And despite it being a 'trendy' catwalk shoe, the nostalgic design felt enduring, which makes up for its three-figure price tag in that I can be sure I'd return to it summer after summer. I'm very into my cost-per-wear these days. Choosing which colourway to go for came next. Black patent felt like the most sensible option, while brown suede offered an extra note on texture for summer layering. In the end, it was the red patent that felt like the best for me and my wardrobe. I often find myself turning to hints of scarlet in summer — gingham, floral silk scarves, a does-it-all scrunchie — and so this pair would round out that equation. I chose my usual size and found them easy to break in and get to wearing here, there and everywhere fast. Of course, this being Miu Miu and so the idea of a simple shoe worn simply feels at odds with its bookish-meets-sexy-meets-sporty ideology. Enter the accompanying demi socks. Yep, demi socks. The wearing of the instep coverings feels as crucial to the sandal as the sandal themselves. Doing little more than hiding your instep (or up to the knee if you wish), the accompanying socks, which come in a three pack, add a directional element that feels at once completely unnecessary and entirely essential to fulfilling Mrs Prada's original style directive. Choose colours that feel purposefully obtuse. Lime green worn with red feels particularly potent, but I might have to go back for the rosy pink ones. What is left to be said about this clog-style shoe is that like anything with a strong wooden sole, there is a little noise about them. They're not so much clip-clop, but a gentle tap is there with every step. Does it bother me? Not at all. I'm happy to make a little commotion for and with these wear-everywhere summer sandals. 36 Impulse Buys You'll End Up Using Again And Again
A set of eye-popping fine point pens since there's something about taking notes with aesthetically pleasing pens that just makes it better. Dreading your to-do list? Write it out and ~color code~ your tasks — it'll make 'em seem less daunting. Self-heating soothing foot masks that'll soothe your feet with Epsom salts, shea butter, lavender, and peppermint to give your dogs the break they deserve. A pair of "floating" air conduction headphones so you can still take your calls hands free or listen to your fave jams without the discomfort of having earbuds jabbing into you. This is also a great option for walking around the city when you wanna hear your music without fully blocking out the sounds around you. A sardine tin cosmetic bag perfect for storing makeup, small items, or even snacks. And you won't have to worry about anyone trying to steal your precious bag of chips because no one will think there's any good food inside the tin of sardines. 🤢 A set of cowboy straw toppers to add a little personality to your fave tumbler while also protecting your drink from having any nasty germs (or worse…bugs) get into your straw. Let's be honest, if you took a big ol' gulp from your cup only to suck up a bug, it's safe to say you wouldn't be drinking from that vessel again. With these cuties, that's no longer a concern!! An oh-so-sweet hummingbird lamp with three brightness levels and colors to choose from so you can set the mood exactly how you want it. Just tap the top to make it brighter for studying and tap it again when you're ready to set it as a night-light. If that wasn't cool enough, it also functions as a diffuser if you add a few drops of essential oils to the top of its head. An affordable, Lululemon-esque longline sports bra designed with flexible fabric to let you move freely throughout your workout or while running errands. Warning: you may end up with 10 different colors before you even realize what you've done. Kitsch's iconic claw clip with a fun ~negative space~ design that works shockingly well to hold up all your hair (no matter the hair type). It even has special rounded teeth to help prevent hair damage, which is important considering you'll probably wear this at least 30 hours a week. E.l.f.'s sheer tint, hyaluronic acid-infused "Squeeze Me" lip balm, which will help moisturize your lips. It is perfect for anyone who *hates* how chapped their lips get when the seasons change and is available in delectable flavors like vanilla frosting, peach, and strawberry. An affordable cult-favorite luxury-scented candle that smells so delicious and quiiite similar to the beloved (and expensive) Le Labo's Santal 33. You're gonna wanna spend all night at home until you've burned through this bad boy it smells that good. A Yonanas fruit soft serve maker to ~magically~ turn frozen fruit into a delicious, creamy sorbet. So order this and then start stocking up on all your favorite fruits. Will strawberry and pineapple be the best flavor? IDK, you'll have to get this to try it out. A ridiculously soft oversized hoodie comparable to Aritzia, Skims, and Abercrombie. TBH I even have one from Lululemon that this looks awfully similar to, except I paid almost $100. (🫠) Feels like that means I can just buy two (or three) of math, amirite?? The Reverse Coloring Book, perfect for anyone who may get a little anxious trying to color in the lines of traditional adult coloring books (🙋♀️). With this version, you create the lines instead of adding the color, which gives you a little more ~creative freedom~ to create beautiful works of art mindlessly. A three-pack of vintage-inspired sunglasses just as stylish as Ray-Bans *AND* they're even polarized! Yep, go ahead and buy yourself a few colors to match your outfits. A bottle of Elizavecca hair treatment infused with collagen to help restore your hair. Reviewers are even saying it's comparable to Olaplex (and less than one-third of the price)! A game-changing deep exfoliating shower glove so you can finally ~effectively~ remove all the dead skin that has been building up on your body than you might like to admit. Is it gross? Maybe, but is it satisfying? Absolutely. A lil' polar bear hydrating eye stick formulated with Iceland glacial water to help tighten skin and reduce the appearance of dark circles. I mean, come on, the adorable little bear PLUS fancy glacier water from Iceland, all while making me look like I actually slept last night?! That just sounds like it would cost a small fortune — but lucky for you, it's not even $10!! A versatile slip dress you can wear for pretty much any occasion. Wear it with some gold hoops, a necklace, and some heels for your romantic dinner date, or toss on some sneakers to quickly head out the door while still looking cute as heck for your daily errands. Sol de Janeiro's Hair And Body Fragrance Mist so you can smell delicious from head to toe, even when you are on the verge of hair wash day but haven't quite made it. Warning: with the scrumptious scent of the OG Bum Bum cream your friends may come up and sniff you frequently. Plus Sol de Janeiro's aluminum-free "Rio Deo" refillable deodorant to really lock in your new signature scent by applying it to your armpits too. It's perfect cause you'll still smell delicious as heck even if you forget to wear your perfume. A Frostbuddy designed to hold your fave to-go iced coffee cup inside so it will stay cold and you don't end up covered in condensation with a sad, watered-down coffee. Whether your fave cup o' joe is small, medium, or large from Starbucks, Dunkin', or McDonald's, it should fit perfectly in this neat little contraption. A cloud-shaped utility knife perfect for anyone who seems to get at least one Amazon package a day. This will have you in the box getting out your latest treasure in seconds instead of exerting all your energy trying to rip it open with your hands (and breaking a nail in the process). A set of restaurant-worthy shallow pasta bowls since you know, in the end, we're all just people who want to find bowls that sort of look like plates that are sort of like bowls. And boy oh boy did we find them!! A cloud-shaped magnetic key holder so you can stop frantically searching for your keys every time you leave the house because you'll know exactly where you put them — on the incredibly cute cloud hanger. A pair of ~Dreamlux~ leggings beloved by reviewers as a great alternative to that one v popular athleisure brand… except these are ~way~ more affordable (we're talking $70 cheaper 😱). Get ready for your newest obsession — your closet is about to get a lottttt fuller. A set of sophisticated cylindrical wineglasses pretty much as aesthetically pleasing as a glass can be. Whether you drink wine, champagne, cocktails, or just want to elevate your soda or water, you'll feel far more ~bougie~ when you're drinking out of these (especially since you know you saved a lot of money not buying the Crate & Barrel version). An almost unbelievably soft waffle weave blanket made with bamboo that is so comfy and cozy you're gonna want to buy one for every bed and couch in your probably an extra or two in case you have guests over. A retro-inspired, rechargeable electric gamer lighter to bring back all the fond memories of spending hours on your gaming device. Not to mention you won't have to constantly buy new disposable lighters cause this one can just be charged up whenever it's dead. A Cosori gooseneck electric kettle so you can brew the perfectly hot cup of coffee or tea at the ~exact~ temperature you want without needing a stove. Added bonus, this thing is gorgeous so you won't even need to find a place to store it — you can just let it sit out and serve as decor. An understated but sleek retro-style baguette purse if you're ready to upgrade your belt bag to something a little more ~sophisticated,~ but aren't ready to switch to some gigantic tote bag. A delightfully practical Stojo collapsible travel cup so you can drink your coffee or water on the go and then easily store it when you're done. Unlike other travel mugs, this one can go in the microwave. An adorable, roomy duffel bag comparable to the Herschel duffle for half the price. Reviewers love that it's durable, water-resistant, has a luggage strap to easily attach to your suitcase, and has two handle lengths. Go ahead and book that weekend trip you've been dreaming about, this is officially your sign. A stainless-steel tongue cleaner designed to scrape away your bad breath, but reviewers have also found that it helped them experience flavors more intensely! Squeaky clean mouth AND more flavorful food? Sign me up! The curved stainless steel will feel smooth against your tongue, removing bacteria without causing irritation. Promising review: "Besides its obvious purpose, this item is really fun to use! I also like the consequences; I get to see the 'stuff' on the metal piece when I scrape it, which tells me I'm taking crap off my tongue. And then my tongue also feels scraped, which makes me feel like I did something more than just some kind of toothpaste or mouthwash to generally keep my mouth clean (which hasn't worked before). I think the feeling of having done something specific to keep your mouth clean is an important aspect of having confidence in your breath. After having bad breath for a while, no matter whether my mouth is clean or not, I shy away from talking directly at people. But this helps remove some of my doubts." —AshleyGet it from Amazon for $8.69 (also available in multipacks). A lovely Secret Garden–inspired book vase for any book lovers who want to incorporate their favorite pastime into a gorgeous decor, but wants something a liiiittle more unique than just color-coordinating their book collection. A flower-shaped pill organizer to combine something you need (organization and a daily reminder to take medication) with something you want (aesthetically pleasing vibes). There's one compartment for every day of the week, and you can even detach them and take today's pills on the go. A set of french fry clips so you can keep your precious salt and vinegar Lay's fresh instead of accidentally shoving a handful of stale, icky chips into your mouth cause no one bothered to seal them up after their last snack sesh. The fry container is magnetic so you can store these on your fridge for easy access instead of rummaging around your whole kitchen to find a stray clip.
