3-star Fameitau Siale provides inside look during Michigan State official visit this weekend
It's official visit season and we are already getting some insight to what the Spartans have in store for the highly-important month of recruiting.
High-end three-star edge rusher Fameitau Siale is one of many prospects on Michigan State's campus this weekend for an official visit, and he shared a post on his Instagram of how things are shaping up. Included in the post below is a picture from Siale on his official visit at Michigan State:
Siale ranks as the No. 48 edge rusher in 247Sports' composite rankings for the 2026 class. He is also listed as the No. 531 overall player in the class and No. 3 player from Washington.
Siale holds offers from nearly 20 schools, and is strongly considering Cal, Washington and Arizona State, according to 247Sports. He has already taken an official visit to Arizona State earlier this month and will be visiting Cal and Washington over the next few weeks as well.

Oklahoma beats North Carolina to force winner-take-all game Monday The UNC baseball team faces a must-win game on Monday. The North Carolina Tar Heels' baseball program will be playing for its season on Monday in Chapel Hill. After entering Sunday's regional final with a 2-0 record, fresh off a big win over Oklahoma, the Tar Heels now face a do-or-die deciding game on Monday after falling to the Sooners 9-5 on Sunday night. North Carolina fell behind in the bottom of the third when Oklahoma took a 1-0 lead. They did battle back to tie the game with a run in the top of the fourth, but the Sooners answered back with a run of their own. The Tar Heels then took the lead in the top of the fifth on a Gavin Gallaher two-out double that plated two runs and gave UNC the 3-2 advantage. It was short lived, however. A few walks and then an error allowed Oklahoma to score five runs in the bottom of the sixth and the Sooners didn't look back, grabbing the lead for good. The Sooners got a two-run home run, a double and a single to plate five in that inning, which was the backbreaker for the Tar Heels. Although UNC answered back with two runs in the top of the seventh, the Sooners plated one run in the seventh and eighth innings. They also kept UNC scoreless in the eighth after the Tar Heels loaded the bases with no outs, threatening to tie or take the lead. UNC's pitching struggled, walking nine batters as the Tar Heels used starter Aidan Haugh and five relievers throughout the game. Haugh gave up just the one earned run in 3.2 innings pitched. The Tar Heels' lineup also struggled as the two through six hitters had just four hits with Gallaher having three of those hits. The loss now forces the winner-take-all game on Monday in Chapel Hill with the winner punching their ticket to the super regional. Due to NCAA rules, Oklahoma will be designated as the home team. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Chase Call hit two of UC Irvine's five home runs and the Anteaters defeated Arizona State 11-6 on Sunday to advance to the championship round of the Los Angeles Regional. Alonso Reyes, Jacob McCombs and James Castagnola also went deep for UC Irvine. The Anteaters (43-16) advanced to play UCLA later Sunday. A UCLA win would wrap up the home regional for the Bruins. A UC Irvine win would force a deciding game on Monday. Call and Reyes hit two-run home runs in a four-run fourth inning that gave the Anteaters a 6-1 lead. UC Irvine starter Ryder Brooks had a 7-2 lead heading to the bottom of the sixth but was pulled after allowing a two-run double by Brandon Compton. Ricky Ojeda replaced Brooks and gave up an RBI double by Beckett Zavorek to make it 7-5. Brooks was charged with five runs. The Anteaters responded in the top of the seventh, scoring four runs that included a two-run home run by Castagnola. Brooks (7-3) got the win.
