7-foot-9 Olivier Rioux didn't need a ladder to cut down Florida's nets
Still, he's a national champion like the rest of his team after the March Madness win over Houston on Monday. And that meant the very, very, VERY tall (just ask Tracy Wolfson) got to cut down the nets with his teammates, as is the tradition.
FLORIDA IS A CHAMPION ONCE AGAIN:
But when you're 7-foot-9, you don't need a ladder to reach up and cut the nets with a pair of scissors. Check out the video and be in awe like we are of Rioux being tall:

HOUSTON (AP) — Baltimore Orioles right-hander Brandon Young is working on a perfect game through six innings against the Houston Astros on Friday night. Young, who entered the game 0-6 with a 6.70 ERA through the first 10 starts of his MLB, has struck out four while throwing 62 pitches, 42 for strikes. The 26-year-old has faced just two three-ball counts to the 18 hitters he has faced. Baltimore leads Houston 3-0.
