A SOMBRERO-SPORTING Jake Paul stormed out of an interview with Piers Morgan after claiming he would have beaten a peak Mike Tyson.
The shocking incident occurred ahead of Paul's Saturday clash against former boxing world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

The fight will be Paul's first since the 28-year-old defeated legendary gloveman Tyson in November.
There was a 30-year age gap between the two men, with many not taking Paul's win seriously as a result.
However, the influencer saw red when he was taken to task over Tyson's age by Morgan.
Appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored to promote his fight against Chavez, Paul donned a sombrero as he talked up his skills in the ring.
This saw Morgan ask whether fighting 58-year-old Tyson had been an 'edifying spectacle', to which Paul responded: 'If Mike Tyson wants to fight you, of course you're going to say 'yes'.
"He walked away with tens of millions of dollars to support his family for the rest of their lives, and we've made the biggest fight in history. So, 128 million people would disagree with you, that it wasn't something amazing.'
But Morgan refused to give up as he declared: 'The problem is the only proper boxer you fought was Tommy Fury, and he beat you. He's not even the best in his family.'
An inflamed Paul said: 'I mean, you can sit there and make up s**t, but you actually don't know your facts. I fought multiple boxers with professional records, and including Mike Tyson himself, who I think is going to be a harder fight than Chavez.'
He then declared he would have beaten a peak Tyson, to which Morgan said Paul wouldn't have lasted 10 seconds.
The American was not having any of it though, retorting: 'You don't actually know that! You can't sit there and say that... I think anything is possible. That's why self belief is the most powerful thing in the world.

'You don't think I can be a Mike Tyson? I don't think you go to the gym!'
Morgan said: 'I think you're a great YouTuber, a great influencer. I admire what you try to do boxing, but I do think when you actually come up against a proper, serious boxer, and I suspect that Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, maybe that person you, it could all come crashing down.'
Paul fired back: 'I think the problem here Piers, is that you think that your opinion matters?
'(Why come on the show?) Oh, I'm just taking your audience to sell pay per views. I don't give a f**k about your show, dumb ass. This is a f**king business enterprise. Buy the pay per view on Saturday, June 28, me versus Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Thank you, tune in everybody!'
Paul then promptly hung up the call, leaving Morgan to reflect on their fiery encounter.
The broadcaster said: 'Cheers Jake, really enjoyed that, and good luck to Julio - knock him out for all of us will you?'

White Sox ban fan for comments that left Ketel Marte in tears over late mother

Arizona's victory over the host Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night was marred after a fan's insults about Ketel Marte's late mother left the Diamondbacks second baseman in tears. Marte was visibly upset after the incident, which took place when he came to bat at the top of the seventh inning. The 31-year-old's mother, Elpidia Valdez, died in a car accident in 2017 in the Dominican Republic. Diamondbacks manager Torey Luvollo put his arm around Marte and talked with him during a pitching change while the White Sox were batting. Lovullo said he heard the comment but declined to repeat what was said when asked by reporters after the game. Lovullo and bench coach Jeff Banister contacted security at Rate Field and asked for the fan to be ejected, a Diamondbacks spokesperson told the Arizona Republic. 'We commend the White Sox for taking immediate action in removing the fan,' said MLB in a statement. The White Sox told ESPN on Wednesday that a 22-year-old man has been given an indefinite ban from their stadium, and the ban was later extended to all MLB ballparks. ESPN also reported that the fan had expressed remorse for the comments. Sending love to Ketel Marte who was in tears on the field after a fan yelled something at him about his mother, who passed away in a car accident in 2017, per @CDrottar19 'I looked right at [Marte] when I heard [the comments],' Lovullo said. 'I looked right at him and he looked at the person, as well. He put his head down and I could tell it had an immediate impact on him, for sure.' Lovullo added: 'I just reacted as a dad would. I could see he was sobbing. It hurt. [I told him], 'I love you and I'm with you and we're all together and you're not alone. No matter what happens, no matter what was said or what you heard, that guy is an idiot. It shouldn't have an impact on you.'' Marte declined to speak to reporters after the 4-1 victory, during which he homered and went 2-for-4 to raise his batting average to .320. His teammate, shortstop Geraldo Perdomo, also consoled Marte during the game and said the fan should be banned. 'That can't happen,' Perdomo told reporters after the game. 'Everybody knows how Ketel is. He's fun. He plays the game hard. I feel bad for him. I feel mad about it. I hope MLB can do something with that guy.' Lovullo, who has been the Diamondbacks manager since 2017, paid tribute to Marte's spirit. 'I've known Ketel for nine years, and he's had some unbelievably great moments and some hardships, as well,' he said. 'Some really, really tough moments in his life, and I know those. At the end of the day, we're human beings and we have emotions. I saw him hurting, and I wanted to protect him.'

Kim Kardashian bares her sculpted abs with youthful Kris Jenner for new SKIMS drop

Kim Kardashian showed off her sculpted abs alongside mom Kris Jenner who put on a youthful appearance for the upcoming Roberto Cavalli x SKIMS collection. The TV personality, 44 - who was recently seen in Venice ahead of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's lavish nuptials - jumped to her Instagram page on Thursday to give a glimpse at BTS snaps from the campaign. The swimwear line is set to become available later this week on Friday, June 27 - and offers a number of pieces from bikinis to stylish dresses. The mom-of-four wowed in a patterned bikini top with a plunging neckline as well as matching bottoms. Kim continued to rock a blonde bob for the photo shoot and added a pair of flashy earrings for a finishing touch. The reality star struck a number of poses inside the entryway of a spacious bathroom and in another image, she gazed at her reflection in a large mirror. The post also included pictures as she was joined by her mom Kris who was also a part of the latest campaign. Kim wore a one-piece swimsuit with a lowcut, scooped neckline and had a thin strip of fabric that was tied around her tiny waist. She slipped into a pair of open-toed, gold heels and accessorized the look with a pair of dangly earrings. Her momager donned a flowy coverup that was comprised of the same striped pattern and a scarf was wrapped around her short, darker locks. The pair took an assortment of snaps while standing in front of a wood-paneled wall to flaunt the items from the new collection. In the caption of the Instagram carousel, the beauty simply penned to her 356 million followers: 'CAVALLI x SKIMS BTS,' followed by a video camera emoji. Jenner also uploaded some of the same images to her own page to help promote the collection with the summer season in full swing. Earlier this week on Tuesday, Kim put on a busty display in other pictures for the campaign and looked nearly unrecognizable as she went back to blonde with the curly bob. In one image, the beauty showed off her toned figure wearing a one-piece swimsuit with a scooped neckline and tiger print design. Jenner could also be seen wearing a flowy coverup that fell down past her ankles and was also made with the same tiger print. A video was included in the post to show Kris whispering into her daughter's ear as other models moved about behind them. Another snap was taken inside a walk-in closet as Kardashian donned a skintight blue-patterned dress which clung to her frame and contained a plunging neckline on the front. Kim later turned up the heat in a printed bikini top as well as matching bottoms as she soaked up the warm sunshine while lounging on a chair outside. The media personality and her mom also paused for photos inside a retro-inspired kitchen - and the SKIMS founder continued to flaunt her summer-ready body in a bandeau top as well as matching bikini bottoms. She added a pair of fitted, capri leggings as Jenner wore a look made of the same print while sitting at a circular table. A short reel showed Kim grab a slice of toast from the table and she continued to nibble on the breakfast snack in an open doorway. Jenner was the forefront in one picture as she posed on a lounge chair inside a spacious living room. She wore an animal-print swimsuit and coverup while her daughter wore a similar one-piece ensemble on a chair not far behind her. The latest collection is described as: 'Roberto Cavalli's exotic Italian glamour merges with SKIMS signature silhouettes in this limited-edition collection that adds bold, sexy luxury to every swim look.' During an interview with Vogue, the TV personality opened up about how the campaign with Cavalli came to be. 'Skims can be really simple; it's all about the fits and the materials and the way they make you feel, but when you go on vacation sometimes you want something different.' Kim added, 'We were making our own prints and I was just thinking, "You know what? There has to be some way to do a Skims Cavalli collab…"' The Kardashians star then explained that she decided to reach out to the creative director of the brand, Fausto Puglisi, which led to the collaboration coming to life. The beauty has been keeping busy and recently celebrated her BFF La La Anthony's 43rd birthday this week - and shared snaps from a special dinner to her Instagram page on Wednesday. In the two selfies, Kim was also joined by her reclusive brother Rob Kardashian - which sent fans wild. The mom-of-four has whisked herself away to Venice, where she was seen on Thursday ahead of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding which is set to take place on Friday, June 27. Last month in May, Kim and her mom Kris notably attended Lauren's bachelorette bash in Paris. Other celebrities that were at the party were Eva Longoria and Katy Perry. Other A-list guests that are expected to attend include Ivanka Trump, Orlando Bloom, Leonardo DiCaprio and Oprah Winfrey. As she arrived to the romantic city of Venice, Kim turned heads as she showed off her slim waist in a Balenciaga ensemble. The reality star donned a strapless, black bandeau top as well as a maxi skirt that clung to her frame. She layered the outfit with a black jacket that was draped down towards her elbows and slipped into a pair of snakeskin boots. Her hair was pulled back and styled into a sleek bun to prevent any strands from falling onto her face.

Twins topple Mariners 10-1 to split four-game series

June 27 - Trevor Larnach homered, singled, drove in three runs and scored twice for the Minnesota Twins in a 10-1 win against the visiting Seattle Mariners on Thursday, helping them earn a split of the four-game series in Minneapolis. Brooks Lee and Matt Wallner also homered, Carlos Correa had two RBIs and Byron Buxton scored two runs in the leadoff spot for the Twins, who have won two in a row following a five-game skid. Twins right-hander Simeon Woods Richardson (3-4) came in winless in his past six starts, but he earned the victory after allowing just two hits over five shutout innings. He struck out six and walked one. Seattle starter Emerson Hancock (3-4) limited the Twins to two runs and three hits over five innings, striking out two and walking three, but the bullpen surrendered eight runs in the sixth. The start of the game was delayed four hours and 22 minutes because of rain. Buxton walked with one out in the fifth inning and took second on an errant pickoff attempt by Hancock. Larnach then belted a 2-1 changeup into the seats in right field for a 2-0 lead. The sixth inning began with Lee blasting a home run off reliever Zach Pop for a 3-0 lead. After back-to-back one-out walks, Buxton doubled in a run to make it 4-0. Another run came home on a throwing error before Willi Castro delivered an RBI double, followed by a two-run single from Correa and a two-run homer by Wallner to make it 10-0. Seattle backup catcher Mitch Garver left in the same inning after taking a foul ball off his mask. He was replaced by designated hitter Cal Raleigh, costing the Mariners their DH for the remainder of the game. Brock Stewart replaced Woods Richardson to start the sixth and gave up a leadoff single to J.P. Crawford before retiring the next three batters. Danny Coulombe and Justin Topa followed with shutout innings of relief for Minnesota before the Mariners strung together three straight two-out singles off Cole Sands in the ninth to end the shutout bid. Miles Mastrobuoni had the RBI for Seattle. --Field Level Media
