A huge fight erupted outside 'the most terrible McDonald's in Liverpool' between staff and customers.
Footage shows around a dozen people fighting outside the chain in Page Moss, Liverpool.
One worker can be heard shouting at a shirtless customer to 'get off me' while a lady in a skirt can be seen slapping a man until he hits the floor.
Other fights happening around them show a woman saying 'stupid little b***' and another screaming 'who the f*** are you touching'.
The cause of the fight remains unclear but police attended the scene where they were seen handcuffing the topless gentleman.
McDonald's has said the fight came about due to antisocial behaviour – but admitted they were working staff to 'remind them of the appropriate de-escalation processes'.
They said: 'We are aware of the incident involving anti-social behaviour from a group of customers that has been circulating on social media.
'The group were asked to leave the restaurant due to unacceptable behaviour. The police were called and we are supporting them with their enquiries.
'We are also working with our restaurant team to remind them of the appropriate de-escalation processes we have in place.
'At McDonald's, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards anti-social behaviour, and it is completely unacceptable to see anyone behaving in this way.
Online reviews see mainly one-star ratings, with one person calling it 'the most terrible McDonald's in Liverpool'.
Meanwhile, all the way in Canada, a McDonald's chain was forced to close after a fight broke out with racoons used as weapons.
The outlet, in Ottawa in Canada, was the setting of a viral video in 2013 which saw a raccoon brandished during a mass brawl.
It has been visited by cops 'hundreds' of times in the 40 years of its existence, according to local reports.More than 15 men were seen exchanging blows at the premises and throwing items at each other.
In a major twist, one man drew a raccoon from his jacket and entered the fray.

Model's fury at phone snatchers after they take her mobile twice in three months

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video An Australian model is begging London to sort out the spate of phone snatching after she had her mobile stolen twice in three months. Footage shows Emma Van Der Hoek getting her phone wrestled off her by a man in a dark tracksuit who ran away after prizing it out of her hands. She was walking on the corner of Sotheby Road and Highbury Park along the path on her phone when the thief attacked her. Emma tries to chase after the man but he was able to sprint around the corner as another man followed him. She wrote: 'My phone got stolen yesterday in London!!! This is the second time in three months that this has happened – all within my so called 'safe' neighbourhood.' But she was then subject to online abuse, with trolls blaming her for the robbery. Some 78,000 people had phones or bags stolen from them on British streets in the year to March 2024. That is a rise of more than 150% on the 31,000 'snatch thefts' in the 12 months before, according to data from the Crime Survey for England and Wales. Figures also show that four in five police investigations were closed before a suspect was even found and just 0.8% of 'theft from the person' complaints resulted in a charge. The government has pledged to crackdown on the scourge, with the Home Office saying it will work more closely with tech firms and police chiefs. In this year alone, 213 phones have already been stolen in the City of London. For the same period between 1 January and 30 April last year, there were 294 phone snatching reports. Emma added: 'This video is at nearly 500k views on TikTok and the amount of victim blaming comments is actually insane. 'People have got so used to theft in London that they've started blaming the victims instead of holding criminals accountable. 'If you are one of the boys that stole my phone, return it and I'll delete the video. If anyone's knows anything, please message me!' She is one of thousands of victims in London. While the Met has made significant progress in stopping snatchers, it is clear more needs to be done. This week the Met announced they managed to arrest 10 people involved in phone snatching gangs with their new Flying Squad. On Thursday, 19 June eight men, aged between 20 and 31, and two 17-year-old boys were arrested at addresses in London on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Detective Chief Inspector Laura Hillier, who is leading the investigation from the Met's Flying Squad, said: 'Phone robbery has boomed globally, and London is not immune. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video 'There is a concerted effort by criminal gangs to steal phones and sell them overseas as part of a multi-million-pound industry. More Trending 'The Met is catching more of these criminals and operations such as this are vital to disrupting offenders who cause fear and misery to shop workers and communities.' The force also carried out a two week focus at the start of the year, leading to the arrests of 292 people. In footage released by the Metropolitan Police, one plain clothed police officer is seen spotting a phone snatcher, in a dark blue backwards baseball cap and black jacket in Oxford Circus. The thief had targeted an elderly person in the tourist hot spot, but one officer spotted the attack and tackled him to the ground in front of shocked pedestrians. First picture of British tourists who died after jumping into pool in Portugal

Two friends from the UK who died while on holiday in Portugal have been named and pictured for the first time. Tributes have been paid to Mo, 27, and King, 29, who were discovered at the bottom of a swimming pool at the Duas Palmeiras hotel in Albufeira in the early hours of Tuesday. Friends described them as 'gentle, kindhearted souls who brought light into every room they entered.' Angelo Antonio, Marco Mendonca and Sanoueli Bamba, who have set up a fundraiser to help bring their bodies back to the UK, said: '[They were] the kind of people who would drop everything to help you, no questions asked. 'They were warm, loyal, funny and full of dreams. The sort of men you never hear a bad word about because there simply were none. 'They were deeply devoted to their families, their friends and their faith. And now, all of that has been taken so suddenly and so unfairly.' More Trending Mo and King's families are not only facing 'every parent's worst nightmare, but also the overwhelming cost of bringing their sons home. The fundraiser said that the total cost to return them to the UK is at least £10,000. So far, more than £14,000 have been donated to help their parents. Got a story? Boy, 11, charged with murder was wanted over string of other violent crimes

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video CCTV appears to show an 11-year-old boy robbing a shop in the days before he was involved in an alleged fatal hit and run in a stolen a car. Messiah Hayes, now 12, has been charged with first-degree murder, with police alleging that four young boys deliberately mowed down cyclist Scott Habermehl, 63, in May last year. Video of the crash was filmed from inside the car and spread on social media. It showed the vehicle swerving into a bike lane in Albuquerque, in New Mexico in the US before hitting Habermehl. The children can be heard egging on the driver to 'bump' the cyclist at 15 to 20 mph. The video allegedly showed the 11-year-old waving a handgun moments before the crash. Officers had no leads as to who killed the cyclist until they received an anonymous tip-off about the video in February this year. Johnathan Overbay, now 13, pleaded guilty in April for being behind the wheel of the car and will stay in juvenile prison until the age of 21. Elijah Engelking, 16, and William Garcia, 16, are also facing murder charges for their alleged involvement in the killing. In new video, revealed by NewsNation, 11-year-old Hayes was allegedly part of a 'smash-and-grab' at an alcohol store less than two weeks before the bicycle crash. The CCTV footage shows four boys blasting through the front doors of the shop before running inside. The youths then proceed to smash alcohol bottles on the floor before running off with some goods. Before Habermehl's death, Hayes was also wanted in connection to break-ins at a primary school and two gun crimes, where he allegedly shot and injured someone. Given the boy's age, he cannot be charged as an adult. The area's attorney, Sam Bregman, said: 'We know that this individual is connected to at least three other incidents. … It is really sad. 'It's a juvenile justice system right now that is really in shambles in New Mexico, and we have to do something about it.' More Trending Speaking at the sentencing of Overbay in May, Habermehl's wife spoke of loneliness since his death. She said: 'They will have to find their forgiveness somewhere else because it won't come from me. 'I can't forgive. I won't forget and I won't forgive. I also won't hate. 'I am scared to grow older without him. I am incredibly lonely.' Get in touch with our news team by emailing us at webnews@ For more stories like this, check our news page.
