The couple - who share four children - announced the news with a video.
They captioned it with: "Today is our 10 year anniversary… & the beginning of something even more beautiful.
"In a couple of weeks we are saying 'I do".
"We can't wait for this next chapter…."
Addressing fans in the video they revealed how it was Helen who popped the question.
Chet said: "I was at the gym, and I get this phone call and she's like. 'Do you want to get married?' and I'm like, 'What do you mean do you want to get married?'"
Helen added: "If anyone knows me, I always said 10 years and I'll decide if I want to get married or not."

This latest happy news comes just weeks after the couple welcomed their fourth child, Honey, in June.
They already have kids Ocean, Elvis, and Peach, but expanded their brood by one more.
Announcing the news, Chet said: "She has done it again… the strongest, most beautiful woman I know just brought our fourth baby into the world.

Meanwhile, Helen and Chet previously shocked fans by announcing their split after eight years together.
In 2023, Helen posted an explosive statement on Instagram accusing Chet of cheating, which he denied.
They got back together shortly after, and during a Q&A on Instagram, one follower asked: "Are you and Chet back together?"

Helen said: "So this question gets asked a lot so I would only like to address this once.
"I jumped the gun and put a statement without even reading between the lines.
"Chet always denied the allegation and later down the line cleared his name.
"Putting a statement out there was a hasty decision on my behalf, because the evidence I had was nil and void and led to me accusing Chet of something he actually didn't do.
"I don't know why I let these trolls get to me and try and ruin my relationship.
"Chet an I are working hard to get back on track for the sake of us as a couple and out family, and this is the last time I will speak on this matter."
Chet and Helen got back together on series four of Ex On The Beach, which aired in 2016.

It's already gone viral on TikTok, with almost 30m videos uploaded to the site with the hashtag #53method featuring people trying it out and offering tips on how to do it. Advertisement In theory it seems easy enough - in order to 'sculpt' the face, you apply concealer in the shape of a '5' to each cheek, and contour in the shape of a '3' next to it. Blend, pout and enjoy a chiselled jawline. Sounds simple, but full disclosure: I've never, ever contoured before. Hailey Bieber contours her cheekbones with a 'bronzing wand' that is also a self-tanner - get her sculpted glow for $28 Up until about three years ago I didn't even use a brush to apply my foundation, I'd slather it onto my face with my fingers before puffing some loose powder on top and hoping for the best. It was only when Instagram started sneaking makeup tips into my feed that I was finally 'influenced' into buying a brush. Advertisement Clearly my algorithm was trying to tell me something. And now, as I continue to age like a corked wine, social media is at it again. With statistics indicating that 56 per cent of women with a double chin would contemplate surgery, and a whopping 36 per cent of people would avoid being photographed because of it, it seems like as good a time as any to log into TikTok and learn the art of contouring. It's long overdue. For years I'd be terrified of someone snapping a candid photo when I wasn't looking, as I would never look nice unless I was front facing, chin tilted to a perfect angle. I thought about a thread lift, an invasive surgical method that would involve using threads to pull back the skin and create a mini face lift, but figured I'd prioritise having kids before I did anything too drastic. I even contemplated Kim Kardashian's recently launched SKIMS 'shapewear for the face' - a mask that retails at £52 and promises you a 'sculpted jawline'. However, I was slightly put off when Dr Rosh, a respected aesthetics practitioner, called the product 'an utter load of rubbish', which would have 'zero benefit.' Advertisement Since having my children, Sophie, three, and Marnie, four months, I've been surviving on Diet Coke and air as I juggle night feeds and toddler classes with my job as a writer. I don't think the fizz has helped my face. I've now watched many 53 videos for research, to try and perfect the technique but on my first try with actual makeup I find it quite difficult. I have to keep practicing the shape with a clean brush and then I have to ensure I use enough product. It turns out you need a fair bit of it to make it work. Luckily, I have makeup artist Lisa Sloneem on hand to help me and with some gentle guidance from her, I'm finally done. My face feels heavy and I worry that in daylight I'm going to look like a clown. I'm not used to wearing so much product. But that's beside the point, I want to see if this really will give me the 'snatched' jawline it promised. Advertisement And the answer is… it really does. There's no doubt that when done right, the 53 method can give you the illusion of a firmer jaw. The trusty jowls are still there, but I must confess they aren't as noticeable. The colour on my cheekbones seems to make my whole face more angular, the contouring has worked as a mini facelift, it makes it look like everything is pulled up towards my eyes. Yes, once you get the hang of it it's not that difficult to master. But you use a lot of product and it takes a lot longer than the speedily edited TikTok vids would have you believe. Lisa agrees. 'It's not as straightforward as you'd think, it takes a lot more blending and a lot more time,' she says. 'In terms of the positioning of the 5 and the 3, it's a good hack. The numbers highlight the face in the perfect way to lift the face, so it's great for beginners but you need to take time to blend properly.' I get home to show my partner Jamie, who seems fascinated by the artistry. 'Your face is a different colour,' he muses, helpfully. However, he doesn't mention my chins – or lack of - which was my main aim for trying this. Advertisement As one of three people, along with our daughters, who look at my face the most, he is used to me, and it's clear that the method hasn't made a big enough difference for him to comment. Maybe if there was a big night out or a family photoshoot or something similar, I'd dig out the foundation and contour again. According to the New York Post, the Manhattan resident was 'well known' in the community and described as 'very friendly' and 'always smiling'. The fast-rising fashion designer had originally moved across the Atlantic in 2015 to find success stateside. At the start of July, and just weeks before her death, the brand celebrated the opening of a new pop-up shop at Gurney's Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa. I absolutely adore it. "I think it resonates with so many people on so many levels because I feel at some point everyone in their lives are grinding city life, but everyone's just destined for the sun. The brand specialises in men's swimwear as well as women's bikinis, swimwear, and sunglasses before branching out in wider resort wear. Ms Nolan O'Slatarra's social media also gives a snapshot into her jet-set life in New York. The 33-year-old took a plane to Nashville for a concert in 2021. Last October, she enjoyed a helicopter trip with a male companion with the caption: 'Heli on up'. Her body was discovered at the Montauk Yacht Club luxury resort and hotel, where rooms are available for around $1,500 in the peak summer months. A regular at the hotel told the New York Post that a tragic event like this is out of the normal for the expensive area of eastern New York. 'We come here [to Montauk] every summer and nothing like this ever happens,' the boater said. 'The police have been here all day since four in the morning.' The four-star destination offers beach-goers luxurious accommodations, including spa services, a pool, beach, harbour cruises, biking and yoga. Summer season usually sees influencers and celebrities flock to the luxury destination. Speaking to the Irish Independent last year, she revealed that she had attended the Institute of Education private secondary school in Dublin. She then went on to study commerce in UCD before earning a master's in digital marketing at Smurfit Business School. 'I always knew I wanted to be successful, that I was money driven, business driven and that fashion is a tough industry and it would be a slow road,' Ms Nolan O'Slatarra said at the time. 'I made friends in the institute and at college and a new group in New York, but I still have all my Carlow friends. They are still my crew.' After finishing up her academic studies, the new graduate was looking for a 'change' and ended up in New York after her dad bought her a one-way ticket to the US. While she initially planned to stay in the city for just nine months, she went on to land a job with fintech start-up Street Diligence. After spending two years there, the Irishwoman held a number of other roles before launching East x East in 2021 alongside her Amazon brand Duper. She also described herself as having a 'hard-work mindset' and a determination to succeed. 'Carlow is a small town, I was the small town girl who needed to get out to achieve her big dreams,' she added. 'I always knew I wanted to be successful, that I was money-driven, business-driven – and that fashion is a tough industry and it would be a slow road.' According to her LinkedIn, Ms Nolan O'Slatarra was appointed as director of operations with K4 Capital Management in 2024. East Hampton Town Police confirmed in a statement that preliminary investigation and exam of the deceased Irishwoman were inconclusive regarding the cause of her death. A post-mortem examination is set to be conducted by the Suffolk County Medical Examiner's Office.
