Suniel Shetty says he was ‘scared' of working with Akshay Kumar: ‘I can never forget that first meeting'
Actors Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty share a long-standing friendship, having appeared together in several films, including Pehchaan (1993), Mohra (1994), and Hera Pheri (2000). In a recent interview, Suniel reminisced about his first meeting with Akshay and how the actor resembled his late cousin, who tragically passed away at a young age.
In an interview wth Radio Nasha, Suniel was asked about his memories of the first day of shoot with Akshay. He said, 'I can never forget that first meeting. I had a cousin named Ullaas, who was the first person to send my photographs out and I got my first modelling assignment. At that time, I had just lost him in a car accident. He was hardly 27-28.'

Reminiscing about the resemblance Akshay Kumar had with his cousin, Suniel shared, 'When I saw Akshay, for a second, I felt that he had the exact same body language, clean shaved look, good-looking boy, and tall. The first thing I said to Akshay was that you remind me of my brother I have lost in an accident.'
The actor added, 'I also told him that it's scary that I have to sit down and work with you every day because whenever I will see you, I'll miss him. And, that's exactly what happened. When we got a long night, he lightened the vibe. Akshay se bada masti khor koi nahi hai iss duniya mein.'

Housefull 5 box office collection day 6: Tarun Mansukhani's comedy Housefull 5 has continued its stellar record at the box office despite middling reviews and criticism of sexism in the plot. Despite all that, the film has fared well at the ticket window, avoiding big drops during the weekdays. Housefull 5 earned ₹8 crore net in India on Wednesday, the sixth day of its release, taking its total to a more-than-healthy ₹119 crore. Having earned ₹119 crore net domestically in just six days, Housefull 5 has now become the third-highest-grossing Hindi film in India this year. It is now ahead of Salman Khan's Sikandar, which netted ₹110.3 crore in India during its full run. Ahead of Housefull 5 is Ajay Devgn's Raid 2, which has minted ₹174 crore, and is still adding to it. And at the top spot, out of these films' reach is Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava, which minted a staggering ₹601 crore in India. Housefull 5 has earned over $5 million overseas, which means it is inching close to ₹200 crore worldwide. It would be the fourth Hindi film to breach that mark once it reaches there on Friday. Housefull 5 is the story of a murder on a cruise ship. A wealthy billionaire (Ranjeet) dies and leaves his wealth to his successor, Jolly. The twist is that there are three Jollys on the cruise - Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, and Abhishek Bachchan. A doctor who can unravel the real Jolly's identity is brutally murdered.
