French fashion label Maje opens first boutique in Manila
Located at Greenbelt 5, the store was officially launched in late June. The event was attended by Kapuso stars Kyline Alcantara, Michelle Dee, and Max Collins.
Maje's first boutique in the Philippines features a curated range of ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear for women.
Founded in Paris in 1998, the brand has built a global following for its distinctive approach to contemporary fashion, with boutiques in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and now, the Philippines.
For founder and artistic director Judith Milgrom, Manila's growing fashion culture makes it a natural fit.
'It's a pleasure to share our Parisian spirit with such a vibrant and style-savvy audience,' Judith said in a press release.

Lolit Solis passes away at 78
Lolit Solis has passed away at the age of 78. The death of the veteran showbiz columnist was confirmed by her daughter, Sneezy, to GMA News Online on Friday morning. She suffered a heart attack and died at the hospital. Lolit was a known an entertainment writer, talent manager, and TV show host. On television, Manay Lolit was one of the hosts of the entertainment show 'Startalk.' She also hosted 'Star Patrol' on the radio and other showbiz segments on radio shows. Jennylyn Mercado, Dennis Trillo, and their "Sanggang Dikit FR" co-stars got to meet and bond with global Pinoys during their trip to Europe and the United Arab Emirates. According to Aubrey Carampel's report," the cast of Sanggang Dikit FR" took to Milan, Italy; Zurich, Switzerland; and Dubai in the UAE, where they shot scenes for the show and attended events with the Filipino community abroad. The Kapuso power couple first held a meet-and-greet and a mini press conference for Filipinos in Milan, and graced the Philippine Festival 2025 in Zurich with their co-stars Joross Gamboa and Liezel Lopez. In Dubai, DenJen attended the Global Filipino Career and Entrepreneurship Summit with co-star Allen Dizon. Aside from taping for the show and events with the Filipino community abroad, the DenJen couple also got to visit tourist attractions abroad with their daughter, Dylan.
