Malcolm Stewart joins FXR Racing, announces 27 Parallel apparel
Malcolm Stewart will partner with FXR Racing for 'the remainder of his racing career,' representing the brand's dirt bike gear.
Further capitalizing on the relationship, Stewart and FXR Pro Fish, FXR's performance fishing division, are launching an apparel brand named 27 Parallel later this summer, designed for serious anglers with a touch of Stewart's style.
'FXR has been pushing boundaries in motocross gear, and I'm hyped to be part of the team,' said Stewart. 'But this is bigger than racing. With 27 Parallel, I'm sharing another part of who I am—fishing has always been my escape, and now I get to create gear for people who love it as much as I do. Partnering with FXR Pro Fish made that dream a reality.'
The brand's name combines Stewart's SuperMotocross No. 27 plate with the degree of latitude that runs through the region of Florida that Stewart calls home.
The first apparel items will include lightweight UV-protective shirts, hoodies, gloves, and headwear engineered for long days on the water.
'Malcolm is one of the most authentic athletes out there,' said Milt Reimer, President of FXR Racing. 'He's as passionate about fishing as he is about racing, and that shows in everything he does. We're excited to support both sides of his lifestyle—on the track with FXR Racing and on the water with FXR Pro Fish and 27 Parallel.'
Stewart earned his first 450 victory earlier this year in his native Florida at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. He scored two more podiums, both second-place finishes, in Birmingham, Alabama, and the Supercross season finale last week in Salt Lake City.
He will continue to ride this summer in the Pro Motocross series, which begins May 24, 2025, at Fox Raceway in Pala, California.

Report: Wisconsin football 2025 opponent loses top offensive weapon to significant injury Wisconsin football may face a less-than-full-strength Oregon Ducks team when the two meet in Eugene, Oregon, on Oct. 25, 2025. That is the current sentiment after On3's Pete Nakos reported on Friday that Ducks standout wide receiver Evan Stewart suffered a torn patellar tendon during practice and will miss anywhere between three and 12 months. Many others have since confirmed the news, with varying levels of specifics. ESPN's Pete Thamel said that Stewart "suffered a knee injury that's expected to impact his availability for the 2025 season," while 247Sports' Matt Zenitz only reported that the injury is "feared to be significant." While the Badgers and Ducks do not meet until Week 9 of the 2025 season (4 1/2 months from the time of the report), Stewart's status for that matchup appears already in doubt. The 5-foot-11 wideout played a significant role on the Ducks in 2024, catching 48 passes for 613 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Those totals were each second-most among Oregon wide receivers, trailing only second-team All-Big Ten WR Tez Johnson. With Johnson off to the NFL, Stewart was a popular breakout pick entering 2025. The status of this injury will obviously dictate whether that comes to fruition. The rising senior originally began his career at Texas A&M, which he joined as a five-star recruit and the No. 11 overall player in the class of 2022. He appeared in 18 games over two seasons with the Aggies, catching a combined 91 passes for 1,163 receiving yards and six scores. The 2025 Oregon Ducks will look far different from the team that narrowly edged Wisconsin in Week 12 of last season. The team returns just 43% (No. 104 nationally) of its production, with most of its top contributors gone to the NFL. However, it still ranks among the top teams in the Big Ten and the entire sport, per both ESPN SP+ and its Football Power Index. Wisconsin is in a similar situation, though for a different reason. Luke Fickell overhauled the program's offense this offseason, hiring coordinator Jeff Grimes and adding Maryland transfer quarterback Billy Edwards Jr. Unfortunately, like Oregon, Wisconsin saw its season outlook change due to an offseason injury, as starting left tackle Kevin Heywood suffered a season-ending ACL injury during spring practice. With or without Stewart on the field, the Badgers are likely to be a significant underdog when they visit the Ducks. Per ESPN, the injury is 'potentially season-ending.' According to On3, Stewart tore his patellar tendon. Advertisement Stewart was set to be Oregon's top returning receiver for the 2025 season. He was Oregon's second-leading receiver in 2024 with 48 catches for 613 yards and 5 touchdowns. Only Tez Johnson had more catches than Stewart, who missed the Ducks' Rose Bowl loss to Ohio State because of a lower back injury. Stewart is a former five-star recruit who signed with Texas A&M out of high school. He was the No. 33 prospect in the country and the No. 4 wide receiver in his class behind 2025 NFL draft picks Luther Burden III and Tetairoa McMillan and LSU wide receiver Aaron Anderson. The 2024 season was Stewart's first with the Ducks after two seasons with the Aggies. He had 91 catches for 1,163 yards and 6 TDs over 18 games at A&M. If Stewart is out for the season, the Ducks will need to replace both Johnson and Stewart at wide receiver along with TE Terrance Ferguson as Johnson and Ferguson are headed to the NFL. Oregon will also have a new quarterback after Dillon Gabriel was drafted by the Cleveland Browns and former UCLA QB Dante Moore presumably takes over as the starter. Oregon went 13-0 in the regular season and won the Big Ten title before losing to Ohio State in the College Football Playoff.
