Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz reveal their 'favourite' wedding moments
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz found time to "disappear for a second" on their wedding day.
The loved-up duo tied the knot in Palm Beach, Florida, in April 2022, and they made sure to cherish the occasion by spending some time on their own.
Nicola, 30, told Glamour: "Someone gave us this advice and I'm so glad we listened: Take a moment during [your wedding] day just for the two of you. Step away, breathe, be together. Those were my favourite moments.
"Weddings can be intense, especially when you're busy making sure everyone else is having fun. That little break reminded us what it's really about: us."
Brooklyn - who is the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham - continued: "I totally agree.
"After the ceremony, find time to disappear for a second. We took a quick drive, just the two of us. It was perfect. Also: love each other, be honest, and always protect one another."
Nicola recalled feeling nervous on her wedding day. However, she found Brooklyn, 26, to be a reassuring presence.
The actress shared: "I was so nervous. Saying our vows in front of that many people? Terrifying. Someone told me, 'Just look at Brooklyn.' And as soon as I did, the nerves faded.
"When my dad took my hand and said, 'Are you ready?' I just started crying. I couldn't even look at him. I was thinking, My make-up! And when I walked down the aisle, Sekou was singing 'Songbird' live. I still get goosebumps just thinking about it."
Brooklyn also felt unusually anxious on his wedding day - but his anxiety "disappeared" when he saw Nicola walking down the aisle.
He said: "I'm usually chill speaking in front of people, but that day I was a wreck. Nicola kept me waiting for ten minutes and it felt like forever. But when I saw her, everything else disappeared."
Brooklyn subsequently got a tattoo as a way of marking his wedding day.
He shared: "I had our vows tattooed on me. I've got well over a hundred tattoos now. I wasn't allowed to get any until I turned 18 - my parents were strict about that."

Brooklyn Beckham, Nicola Peltz insider denies friendship with Meghan Markle after couple hired ex-working royal's former lawyer
An insider for Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz has denied the couple sought legal advice from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after they hired the ex-working royal's former lawyer. David and Victoria Beckham's eldest son and his wife appointed British lawyer Jenny Afi of Schilling's law firm amid speculation they have been feuding with Brooklyn's family for years, reported E! News on Tuesday. Ms Afi represented Harry and Meghan several times and defended the Duchess against The Mail on Sunday in 2020 after the British tabloid published parts of a letter she sent to her father Thomas Markle in 2018. On Tuesday, a source with knowledge of the matter said Brooklyn and Nicola's appointment of the Sussex's lawyer was merely a coincidence. 'It's not for reputation management, but to set the record straight, combat spread of misinformation," the source said. 'There is absolutely no connection to Meghan and Harry." The insider backed their assertion by saying, "Schillings is a respected firm" which looks after a "wide range of clients" other than the Sussexes. 'Ironically, the inaccurate reporting proves exactly why one hires legal counsel, to set the record straight and combat the spread of deliberate misinformation," they said. Tensions within the Beckham family have reached an all-time high following the noticeable absence of Brooklyn and Nicola from David's star-studded 50th birthday celebration in April. Last month, a source suggested that the Beckham family has been feuding since Nicola was left "crying" at their 2022 wedding in Florida, California, where singer Marc Anthony gifted Victoria the first dance. 'Brooklyn and Nicola were under the impression they were being gifted their first dance by Marc Anthony,' the source told E! News. 'Marc Anthony announced, 'Please welcome to the stage the most beautiful woman in the room… Victoria Beckham.' "Brooklyn wasn't quite sure what to do and was put in an awkward situation." Nicola was said to have "left the room crying" before she was eventually able to return, collect herself and celebrate the rest of her wedding. Despite the denial that Brooklyn and Nicola have joined forces with the Sussexes, reports emerged Harry and Meghan invited the couple to a small private dinner party at the Sussexes' Montecito mansion last month. The event was reportedly attended by a select few of their friends, including Paramount CEO Brian Robbins and his wife Tracy. According to PR expert Sean O'Meara, of Essential Content, Meghan could be eyeing a "lucrative brand collaboration" with Nicola. "Meghan is big on teaming up with other women, and she and Nicola clearly have a lot in common,' Mr O'Meara said. "And while there's no reason to suggest that the support Meghan and Harry have been showing to the Beckhams is anything other than genuine friendship, any sort of project or campaign the two embark on would generate plenty of interest." The Sussex's friendship with Brooklyn and Nicola could be seen as Meghan getting revenge on her former friend Victoria Beckham. Victoria and David, both 50, attended Harry and Meghan's 2018 wedding alongside the likes of George and Amal Clooney and Oprah Winfrey. However, the friendship hit the rocks not long after the Sussexes left the royal family in 2020. It is alleged Meghan accused Victoria of leaking stories to the press, which left David "furious". The feud reportedly came to a head with a heated phone call between Harry and David, but the superstar couples have since cut all ties.

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz detail ‘intense' wedding that allegedly sparked Victoria feud
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz recalled their 'intense' wedding planning process that allegedly sparked her feud with his mum, Victoria Beckham. 'Weddings can be intense, especially when you're busy making sure everyone else is having fun,' Peltz said in a joint Glamour interview with Brooklyn published today. The Lola actress also noted that, ahead of their wedding, they were advised to 'take a moment' for themselves on their special day. 'Step away, breathe, be together. Those were my favourite moments,' Peltz mused. Brooklyn agreed, telling the outlet that they found a moment to 'disappear for a second' after their ceremony. 'We took a quick drive, just the two of us. It was perfect,' he revealed, noting that the best wedding advice he could offer was to 'love each other, be honest, and always protect one another.' When asked about how he and his wife protect their relationship while living under the spotlight, Brooklyn said that he simply 'ignore[s] the noise.' 'Keep your head down, work hard, be kind,' Brooklyn, 26, continued. 'People are always going to talk. What matters is that we're happy together.' Peltz, 30, admitted that 'it's not always easy' to shrug off the whispers and is often tempted to respond. 'On TikTok there are always random stories popping up about us,' she said. 'When I see fake news, my instinct is to shut it down.' But the actress finds that defending herself can sometimes do more harm than good. 'It's not worth it. I just scroll past and move on,' she said. Brooklyn and Peltz tied the knot in April 2022. Months later, rumours surfaced that Peltz and Victoria had feuded during the wedding planning process. Their relationship allegedly soured when Peltz wore a custom wedding gown by Valentino instead of one by her mother-in-law's eponymous fashion label. While Peltz and the Spice Girls singer, 51, shut down rift rumours by repeatedly posting about each other on social media, tensions arose again last month when the model and her husband were a no-show at David Beckham's 50th birthday party. An insider told us that Peltz and Brooklyn made no attempt to attend the retired soccer player's star-studded soirees amid a 'very sad' estrangement. Last week, sources claimed that Victoria stole the spotlight at their wedding. 'Before the song began, Marc Anthony asked Brooklyn to come to the stage, and then announced, 'The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on up…Victoria Beckham!'' an insider told People. Peltz allegedly felt that Victoria 'ruined' their wedding and 'couldn't understand' her actions. The bride allegedly ran from the room in tears over the incident. A source close to the young couple told Page Six last week that Peltz is still 'deeply' haunted by the stunt to this day. 'Everyone in the room witnessed what happened,' the source said. 'The shock was palpable. It was deeply hurtful. Unfortunately, this wasn't a one-off. It's a pattern that still happens to this day.'
