Strictly's Karen Hauer looks smitten with boyfriend Simon Davidson as they relax on holiday
Karen Hauer looked smitten with her boyfriend Simon Davidson on holiday as they posed for a sweet Instagram snap on Thursday.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional, 43, went makeup-free and showcased her enviable physique in a bright pink dress.
Cuddling up to the former rugby player in the picture, the couple looked more than loved-up on their sunny getaway.
She captioned her post: '3 days in… relaxation mode kicking in☀️'
The pair sparked dating speculation in December 2023 when they were seen leaving the Strictly final together and later at a Birmingham hotel during the Strictly live tour.

They then finally confirmed their romance in January 2024 by sharing a snap on Instagram of them cuddled up together during a countryside walk.
Karen emotionally opened up about the breakdown of her second marriage to Kevin Clifton, as she insisted they 'belonged together'.
The Venezuelan-American ballroom specialist married the dancer in 2015 - three years after joining Strictly 's team of professionals.
They announced their divorce in 2018, but Karen has admitted the separation played out behind the scenes for months before she finally confirmed they were no longer together.
Appearing on the latest edition of Paul C. Brunson's podcast, We Need To Talk, Karen insisted it was she who instigated the separation when it became clear that he had 'distanced himself' from the marriage.
She said: 'This one hurt, because we belonged together. You wouldn't say each other's names without following the other person's name.
'I felt that he distanced himself from me, but I was probably doing the same. Because I felt that if you don't want me then OK, I'll retreat, I'll give you your space. It was one of those, where we're both not talking about it.
'I was like, "Do you want a divorce? Do you want to split up? I don't know what I want to do. What do you want to do? Do you know what you want? I don't know what I want. Are we broken up?"'
'So it took a while actually, it took about a year... behind the scenes. In front of the scenes everything was normal.
'We fell apart, and me not knowing... obviously, I didn't know what was happening in his mind and whether he wanted to be with me or not.'
Despite calling time on the marriage after just three years, Karen claimed she would have worked at salvaging their relationship had he wanted to be with her.
She said: 'I knew that I would've worked on it - I would've stayed. But at the same time, I couldn't be with someone who wasn't sure of whether they wanted to be with me or not. I couldn't wait.
'I waited for a while, and I was giving him his space to think, and then funnily enough I met someone. I was literally waiting to be loved.
'He just wanted a divorce, and I didn't fight it. Something had to happen in order for him to make a decision, because I wasn't going to make the decision.
'I wasn't going to pull the plug. So then I tripped and then the grenade went off. You know, I pulled the pin.'
She added: 'It was tough for him, tough for me. It was tough for both of us at that moment.
'I could see he didn't want to let go. But that didn't give him any choice. He had to do the right thing for himself.'
Despite their separation, Karen insisted she and Kevin maintained a mutual admiration for one another as trained professionals on Strictly Come Dancing.
She said: 'The respect we had for each other in the workplace. We respected one another, you know.
'We never said a bad word about one another. I think that's because we hold each other to such a high regard, you know.
'There will always be love there. So, we still danced together on the show and we were still working around each other. We would still applaud each other, support each other.
'We never lost that and that was what was really sad, that we could and transfer that onto our relationship.'
Kevin subsequently embarked on a new relationship with documentarian Stacey Dooley after the pair won Strictly together in 2018.
The couple welcomed their daughter Minnie together in 2023.
Meanwhile Karen went on to date opera singer David Webb before entering a new relationship with businessman Jordan Wyn-Jones, the man who would ultimately become her third husband.
The dancer married Jordan in 2022 after they met online, but they divorced just 16 months later.

Couple marry in hospital after bridge paralysed during hen party
A couple held their wedding at a hospital after an attempted "party trick" at the hen do led to the bride being Bolton and Carla Horton were due to get married on 30 May at St Chad's church in Coseley, close to their home in at her hen weekend five weeks before, 44-year-old Carla "tried to do a stunt" resulting in her fracturing the top of her neck and being paralysed from the chest down. After Carla spent five weeks at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, the couple decided instead of postponing their wedding, they would get married in an intimate ceremony at the hospital's chapel. Carla and her friends were getting ready to go out for the evening in Skegness when she decided to attempt the trick - which she did not detail - but was knocked unconscious for a moment. When she regained consciousness, she realised she could not move. "I made a silly misjudgement on my hen do and tried to do a stunt which I think I was just too old to do, and it resulted in me fracturing the top of my neck and being paralysed from the chest down," she said. Her friends called an ambulance and she was subsequently taken to Skegness and district general hospital before being moved to Pilgrim Hospital Boston for scans to assess the damage. She was then transferred to the Queen's Medical Centre for spinal surgery. 'World caved in' "My first thought when this happened was to say to Craig 'if you want to walk away you can' and I would understand. "I think when something like this happens to someone you don't want to put them through the possibility that you might never walk again." But Craig, who says his "world caved in" when he found out from his sister-in-law what had happened, made a three-hour round trip from Dudley to Nottingham to be with his fiancee every day. "When I come in every day and see the fight in her, I do fall in love more each day," he said. "You do find your soulmate at some point and when you do, you know. And I've found mine." After five weeks of Carla being in hospital, she decided she could not wait any longer to marry Craig. "I don't want to wait 18 months or two years until I am possibly walking again, or possibly not. I cannot wait that long."The pair stuck to their original date, with the support of Nottingham University Hospitals Charity which helped with the arrangements for the big day, including a food, decorations and even a hairdresser for the bride. They believed the speed of Carla's care was a key factor in the lucky position she was in to get the "best chance of recovery".Craig said: "It was all within a 20-hour window which, to be quite honest is probably the main reason why Carla is in the condition she is in now and able to fight." Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) NHS Trust's spinal cord injury lead Michelle Elmsley said: "It's been an honour to be part of Carla's journey. "It is a rare opportunity to be part of something special for acute patients under our care, and being able to go 'beyond the norm' has made me extremely proud to be part of team NUH."

Birmingham to host daytime rave for mums
A rave tailor-made for mothers is being held outside London for the first Saturday, Hockley Social Club in Birmingham is hosting Mums That Rave, a daytime dance party that aims to "smash stereotypes of motherhood and inspire mothers to lead a fulfilling life".It was launched by DJ Nikki Beatnik, after the birth of her child motivated her to prove that motherhood did not mean she had to lose her identity."I, for one, refuse to disappear into a life of school runs, stripy jumpers and school WhatsApp groups," she said. Since the first Mums That Rave party in 2019, there have been 22 events - until now, all in raves attract mothers from 18 to 60, although all women are welcome."It's a safe space for women and mums to claim their space on the dance floor," said DJ Nikki. "As a woman in music - I've been in the music industry my whole adult life - and as a mum as well, I know it's really important that we have these safe spaces."It's really important for mums' mental health, as well, to have fun, to have somewhere to dress up and feel comfortable and dance - it's about community." DJ Nikki said she had long been passionate about giving greater representation to mums in the "youth-obsessed" music industry, continuing to run club nights and tour with the likes of Kelis and All Saints until four days before she gave birth in 2014."When I gave birth, I realised that a few of the big clients and brands that I'd always worked with had gone quiet and more or less stopped booking me," she said. "The only thing I could really put it down to was now that I was a mum."When you're a DJ, you kind of look the same for years - but when you become a mum DJ that puts you in a different category." She decided to create something similar to her previous club nights, but at a time of day which suited women who wanted to get home for their children's bedtime, or who had to get up the next morning."It's the hardest demographic I've ever promoted parties to," she said, "because mums have so much scheduling, they take on such a big mental load."So to take an afternoon off and spend their money with me, I know I'm going to have to make that afternoon absolutely amazing for them."And the vibes have to be brilliant." Guests can expect what DJ Nikki describes as "non-mum-branded" music such as drum and bass, hip-hop, R&B, and dancehall are encouraged to attend in groups or solo, as DJ Nikki said she always made an effort to introduce new faces to regular have been coming to her parties since the start and have forged long-term friendships, she ultimate aim is to show women that motherhood does not define them."Mums that Rave really is a metaphor for the bigger picture of life, of grabbing life by the disco balls, and not thinking that everything's over for you," she explained. "Being able to pivot to another career, or another job, or make new friends."And get out there, dress up and look fabulous." Mums That Rave Birmingham takes place at Hockley Social Club from 14:00 to 18:00 BST on Saturday 7 June, with tickets available on the Mums That Rave website. Guide dogs attend Royal Ascot as part of training
Guide dog puppies have been attending Royal Ascot as part of their socialisation training ahead of the race research from the Guide Dogs charity suggests nearly one in eight dogs can be "confused and scared" when confronted with oversized puppies, who range from 12 weeks to 10 months, were exposed to "new sights, sounds, and scents" to help their development advisor at the charity Chloe Southby said Royal Ascot offered a "unique training opportunity" of being exposed to "extravagant hats and fascinators". Ms Southby said: "Some dogs are wary of new or unusual objects like hats and may find them unsettling, especially when worn by someone they know. "It can make familiar people seem unfamiliar."That's why environments like Ascot are so valuable for socialising our puppies – helping them grow into confident guide dogs who can support people."Corporate social values manager at Ascot Racecourse Jacqui Greet said: "We are proud to provide an accessible environment for all racegoers and welcome any guest with an assistance dog."
