Rebel Wilson shares her diet tips as she enters the last week of her health challenge
Australian star Rebel Wilson has taken to social media to share her latest eating tip as she enters the last week of her 'health challenge'.
The 45-year-old actress has been on a weight loss 'kick' since Easter, shedding 1kg over the last five weeks after cutting chocolate and ice cream from her diet.
On Wednesday, the Bridesmaids star posted a selfie to show off a 'healthy' evening meal consisting of chicken breast and salad.
She also detailed the last week of her challenge, encouraging followers to focus on trying out multiple healthy lifestyle habits.
'Ok, so you delete some things from your life that are unhealthy and pick up some healthy habits,' she explained.

She added, 'So not just focusing on but trying multiple healthy habits, which will be a struggle.
'I might have to write myself a little checklist on a post it note and make sure I'm trying to do each thing each day.
'But I tell you what, if you can get into a really good groove with all these healthy habits, it can be really great for your physical and mental health and that's really important.'
Rebel offered to open up her DM's to followers so that they could update her on their progress.
'I just want you guys to be the healthiest versions of you that you can be,' the actress said as she signed off.
'Congrats to everyone that's been on the challenge. Let's go hard week week six. Let's do it.'
It comes after the Pitch Perfect star first launched her health challenge after last month.
The Sydney-born star, who dropped more than 36kg (80lb) back in 2021, announced that her latest attempt to change her eating habits resulted in further weight loss.
'My first few days were a bit rough giving up chocolate and ice cream - I wanted it so badly!' she wrote on Instagram in April.
'I didn't have it though! But I did have some moments of weakness and ate a few "unhealthy" things - like chips.
'But we can be perfect! And overall I was eating much healthier than the weeks prior - so I'm proud of myself for that.'
The health kick has resulted in a small weight loss for the star.
'I did happen to lose 1kg (2.2lb) last week - which is not the point of the challenge - but it goes to show you how many Easter Eggs I was eating before I started!!' she explained.
Rebel initially lost weight after a 'year of health' and some help from Ozempic, and has again cut out sweet treats in a new challenge to amend her eating habits.
Six weeks again Rebel encouraged her 11 million followers to join her as she cuts out chocolate and ice cream.
It comes after she opened up about her weight loss journey to People in May 2022.
When she discussed fertility treatments with a doctor: 'He looked me up and down and said, 'You'd do much better if you were healthier.''
Rebel confessed: 'I was taken aback. I thought, "Oh God, this guy's so rude." He was right. I was carrying around a lot of excess weight.'
She reflected at the time, 'It's almost like I didn't think of my own needs. I thought of a future child's needs that really inspired me to get healthier.'
Rebel is now mother to two-year-old daughter Royce, who she welcomed via surrogate and co-parents with wife Ramona Agruma.
In regards to how she achieved her weight loss, Wilson focused on becoming more active by walking and doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with her personal trainer.

Sydney Sweeney exudes glamour while arriving to GMA after breaking silence on her split from Jonathan Davino
Sydney Sweeney was the epitome of chic while arriving to Good Morning America to promote her new psychological thriller, Echo Valley, with Julianne Moore. As she appeared on ABC's morning talk show, the Euphoria star, 27, radiated beauty in a sleeveless black vest, white miniskirt and knee-high black leather boots. During Wednesday's segment, she and Moore, 64, discussed their new movie, which was delayed by the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike. When asked what it was like playing Moore's on-screen daughter, Sweeney gushed it was 'a dream come true.' 'I feel terrible though because my character Claire's not the best daughter and she puts her mom through a lot,' the two-time Emmy nominee added. The hosts then shared a trailer of the movie, which began with Sweeney showing up to her estranged mother's home in the pouring rain covered in someone else's blood. Later in the episode Moore revealed she was 'thrilled' to be able to work with the Anyone but You actress, who she first saw in The White Lotus and thought was 'fantastic.' When asked about the plot, Sweeney kept the details vague as she teased it is about 'how far a mother would go for their own child.' After the anchors pressed her for an Euphoria update, the performer assured fans their 'favorite version' of her beloved character Cassie was 'coming back.' Sweeney smiled as she reflected on the privilege of returning to her breakout role for season three. 'It's such a dream being able to play a very emotionally raw and chaotic character; it's so much fun,' the Fifty-Fifty Films co-founder said. Sweeney's latest appearance comes after recently breaking her silence on her split from Jonathan Davino. When asked by The Times if she was still planning a wedding, she confirmed she was no longer engaged. 'I'm learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I'm loving it,' she said of the single life. She and Davino, 41, had been together since 2018 and got engaged in 2022. He was a producer on her successful romcom, Anyone But You, co-starring Glen Powell. She and the 36-year-old Texan had such chemistry in the film that many wandered if they were a couple at the time, especially since they decided to lean into the spark while promoting the movie. 'Glenn and I adore each other, so I think we were so happy for the reception of the film.' she said, seeming to shut down any idea of a love connection. 'When you spend so much time with someone, you become close and you talk to each other about anything. So work, life, family, friends, he's just there for me. I'm there for him.' For now, Sweeney is happy to share snuggles and go on outdoor activities with her dogs Sully Bear and Tank, work on restoring vintage cars, and create a real estate empire. She already owns multi-million dollar homes in Los Angeles, South Florida and the Pacific Northwest. 'I'm obsessed with Zillow,' she explained.

Jeremy Clarkson's daughter made Lisa Hogan 'burst into tears'
The 51-year-old former model and co-star on Amazon's Clarkson's Farm opened up about her life with the ex-Top Gear host, revealing that despite not being engaged, their blended family shares a close bond. Lisa explained that Emily, a social media influencer and author, has previously spoken about her own daughter in such a kind way in the past. I've said it before, but I think Clarkson's Farm is my favourite show of the past 5 years. It's funny and engaging, you learn a heap, and it's done such a great job on showing the world the plight of farmers and how essential they are. And, of course, Jezza is Jezza ❤️ She said: "Emily has this podcast called Shall I Delete That? and she spoke about my daughter in such a sweet way that I burst out crying. They've known each other for nine years, and I think they really care about each other." She also gave insights into Jeremy's personality away from the cameras, describing him as endlessly curious and brimming with energy, even over the smallest things. When discussing the prospect of marriage, Lisa expressed contentment with their relationship as it is, telling the Daily Mail: "Mrs Clarkson? No, thank you, I like Lisa Hogan. "We decided not to have children together." "We're at a stage where we are not going to have kids. I'm just happy pootling along. I think because of our age, it's much easier." Recommended reading: As the new series of Clarkson's Farm hits the screens, Jeremy's health sparked even more concern following his heart surgery last year to fit two stents. Reflecting on the latest episodes, Jeremy observed how he appeared increasingly unwell as the series went on. Speaking to The Sun, Jeremy said: "You can see me becoming more and more ill as the days go on, because I just lose my sense of humour, lose my ability to stay calm. "I get in a proper old panic. I didn't know at the time. I knew I wasn't being me. Because if you don't sleep, it very quickly has an effect."

Footy star reveals the incredibly strict lifestyle changes that have left him in better shape now than when he was playing
Footy star Thomas Baulch, who is also the CEO of fitness company Prime Train, has opened up on the lifestyle changes he has made which have helped him improve his health, wellbeing and foster new friendships. Baulch is well known among footy circles for his Instagram account where he helps others get in the shape of their life. The fitness trainer, who has over 45,000 followers on his personal Instagram account, is also a well-established footballer, having played in the WAFL for East Perth, NEAFL and the VFL for Aspley and Port Melbourne. The footy player, who is often dubbed 'PrimeTrain' himself, regularly publishes clips of himself playing footy on social media, battling with opponents while kicking goals. As part of his fitness business, Baulch, a midfielder, has also had clients including Brownlow Medallists Patrick Cripps and Tom Mitchell. In recent weeks, the 21-year-old appears to have been enjoying a getaway in Bali with several friends. The Queenslander, who was born in Gladstone, shared a picture of himself enjoying a meal with two friends and fellow fitness coaches, Keenan Chapman and Ned Wagner. The trio grinned at the camera as they prepared to tuck into a delicious looking meal, while Baulch captioned the post: 'Final supper with the crew in Bali for a while. 'I've been on a journey this year... at the start of the year, I said to myself it was time to lock in. 'It was lonely for a while...' At the start of January, he also shared two pictures of his own body transformation, showcasing his shredded physique on his company's Instagram account, which also has 169,000 followers. And on Tuesday, he revealed the huge lifestyle changes he had made that have seen him improve his physical and mental wellbeing. 'No alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, no hookups, wake up at 5am every day, gym every day, no vaping, no processed food, no substances,' he said. 'I would rather sit with a few who get the real me than stand in a crowd that never did. 'Small circles win.' In March, it was announced that 'Prime Train' was now set to join up with Division Three club, The Basin in the Eastern League, with the footy star going on to make his debut for the club in May. 'Thomas is a perfect example of what hard work and dedication can do for you, and is a great role model for the younger generation coming through, with his educational social media videos providing constant and relevant information to those that follow him,' the Basin spokesperson said on Baulch. 'Admired by so many people already within our community, we couldn't resist the opportunity for Prime Train to don the red and green, and cannot wait for the opportunity for him to run out on May the 10th vs. Scoresby and show The Basin what a star he is.'
