Ozzy has had a number health issues over the years which have prevented him going back out on tour.
The rocker and his band Black Sabbath will headline their final gig on their home turf in the summer.
The heavy metal group will play at Villa Park in Birmingham on July 5, as part of the Back To The Beginning festival.
Along with Ozzy, the show will reunite the original band members – Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward – for the first time in 20 years.
Speaking about the final gig, Ozzy candidly said:: 'I'll be there, and I'll do the best I can. So all I can do is turn up."
The gig will also feature sets from other huge heavy metal bands, including Metallica, Slayer, and Pantera.
But Ozzy's poor health means he won't be able to play a full set.
"We're only playing a couple of songs each.
"I don't want people thinking 'we're getting ripped off', because it's just going to be … what's the word? … a sample, you're going to get a few songs each by Ozzy and Sabbath.'
HEALTH ISSUES
Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease back in 2019 and went public with his diagnosis the following year.

As well as mobility issues, the condition has caused him to suffer nerve pain, depression and blood clots.
And, last year, the Black Sabbath rocker underwent the last in a series of ops after a fall from a toilet in 2019 dislodged metal rods in his back from a nearly-fatal quad bike crash in 2003.
What is Parkinson's disease?
PARKINSON'S is a progressive neurological condition.
This means that it causes problems in the brain and gets worse over time.
People with Parkinson's don't have enough of the chemical dopamine in their brain because some of the nerve cells that make it have stopped working.
Around 145,000 people live with Parkinson's in the UK.
It's the fastest growing neurological condition in the world.
Symptoms start to appear when the brain can't make enough dopamine to control movement properly.
This usually happens around the age of 50, but some people might see the first signs in their 40s.
There are over 40 symptoms, but the three main ones are:
A tremor (shaking)
Slowness of movement
Rigidity (muscle stiffness)
There are several different treatments, therapies and support available to help manage the condition.

Asked about the move, Ozzy said: 'I'll take one day at a time because I can't make that much of a plan.
'Whatever I plan gets changed. I can't travel yet.'
Ozzy said this fourth op was the last one he believed his body could handle. He said: 'It's going to be the final surgery, because I can't do it any more.
'Regardless of the way it ends up, I can't.'
He added: 'I walked upstairs today for the first time in a while, and my feet feel like I've got diving boots on.'
Speaking to the Guardian, Ozzy said: 'You wake up the next morning and find that something else has gone wrong. You begin to think this is never going to end.'

Rebecca Loos' life became 'hell' as David Beckham's 'blossomed' after 'affair'

Rebecca Loos has hit out after her world was turned upside down following the scandal she faced involving David Beckham – but his life 'blossomed' in the wake of it Rebecca Loos has hit out, claiming it was"unjust" how she suffered the consequences following her "affair" with David Beckham. The former glamour model who worked as David's personal assistant in the early 2000s sensationally claimed she and the Manchester United legend had an affair with one another. ‌ At the time, Beckham, 50, branded the allegations as "ludicrous" but never sought legal assistance to challenge the claims or any interviews that Loos gave. Following the allegations, Rebecca, 48, went on to find fame as a reality star, appearing on The Farm, Celebrity Love Island, and X Factor, before eventually turning her back on fame and finding peace as a yoga teacher in Norway. ‌ Now, she has spoken about how her life completely changed after the allegations were made public and the levels of scrutiny she faced, while David went on to become a global icon. She was branded the "sleazy senorita" and faced claims that she attempted to ruin David's marriage with Spice Girls legend, Victoria Beckham. It comes after Cruz Beckham 'steals' his dad's tiny white trunks and family have epic response. ‌ Rebecca is set to appear on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which sees her in a completely different light, stripped back from everything she knows. It comes after the Beckham's launched a huge Netflix documentary about their lives away from the cameras. "That took me completely by surprise," she said of the Beckham documentary, adding: "Let's call it what it was: him trying to portray an image of perfection that was nothing like reality. ‌ "It felt unjust that my life was pretty hell, and his life kept going and kept blossoming. I've been accused of being a liar. I've had a lifetime of opinions around me, and I've definitely developed thick skin. "I think the public opinion now has softened, at least from what I'm gathering since the documentary came out with the Beckhams a couple of years ago. I think it is now because thanks to social media, there is a whole different following out there, which is a double-edged sword." But while she feels it's unjust, she admits some of the blame lies with her. ‌ In a press pack, Rebecca said: "I think I've definitely taken most of the blame – rightly so. It was part of my life. He was older than me, he was my boss. But I'm not someone to be silenced when I've been wronged, and that documentary took absolutely no responsibility. "When he said, 'It was so horrible to see my wife suffer,' I thought, 'Mate, think twice about the things you do.'" Like all the recruits, Rebecca faced a grilling in the show's Mirror Room. Jason Fox and Chris Oliver questioned her motives for being on the show before asking how she felt about her affair with Beckham now that she's had the time to reflect on it. In his Netflix 2023 documentary, Beckham didn't name Rebecca and failed to take any accountability. He just said: "I don't know how we got through it in all honesty," on a tricky time when he lived in Madrid. ‌ On being asked about Beckham on the Channel 4 show and what she feels about how things have played out, she added: "I was quite guarded at the beginning. I was trying to be guarded because it's not something I want to talk about the whole time. But at the same time I also wanted to be honest with them, so they were really good at getting through to me. "They're obviously professionals at this. I don't shy away from what I've been through, and I don't shy away from the decisions that I've made. They have shaped me into who I am, and I've really learnt a lot from the mistakes that I've made in my life and the things that I've done. And I really do think that being truthful is the only way to go in life. I'll stand by that forever. "It takes a lot of courage to tell the truth and to own up to mistakes that you have made, mistakes and times in your life you're not proud of. And it's very easy to just brush them under the carpet and move on. That's like the coward's way, I think, of living."

Sharon Osbourne's furious X Factor outburst at 'pensioner' who slammed Ozzy

Sharon Osbourne once revealed she hilariously launched a pen at a pensioner who attempted to speak badly of her husband Ozzy while she was on The X Factor Sharon Osbourne once declared war on a "pensioner" who made the decision to have a go at her late husband, Ozzy. Sharon, 72, has never been one to mince her words and during an interview about her return to The X Factor, the music manager opened up about the interaction with the man who bravely attempted to say negative things about her husband Ozzy. ‌ In 2013, Sharon left the showbiz industry in shock when she returned to the talent show just six years after she dramatically left the programme. But in true Mrs O style, she didn't hold back when she spoke about one contestant. ‌ Speaking on Alan Carr's Chatty Man about the incident, the fiery redhead exclaimed: "I did too!" when asked if it was true she'd launched a pen at the contestant. "And it should have been a knife, really!" she went on to add. It comes after Sharon Osbourne breaks down in tears at Ozzy's funeral in heartbreaking scenes. ‌ When asked why she'd launched the pen, Sharon explained: "This old bloke comes in and starts slagging my old man, so I'm like 'Here, what can I throw at you?' so I'm like 'You can f**k off', threw a pen at him. You little f***er!" But when Alan asked why somebody would attempt to disrespect Ozzy in front of Sharon, she fumed: "They know what they're going to get. How dare he! I'm nearly a pensioner, so f**k him!" ‌ The clip, which has resurfaced on TikTok, has racked up an impressive 58,000 views and was flooded with comments, with many laughing over Sharon's quick wit. "Sharon Osbourne. What a woman," said one. A second went on to write: "Absolute brilliance, love Sharon." "I want their marriage when I'm older and I won't settle for less," said another. The resurfacing of the clip comes just hours after Sharon sadly buried Ozzy. In keeping with the rockstar's wishes, he was buried in the grounds of his sprawling family home, where he shared many happy memories with Sharon, and where he spent his final weeks. ‌ The funeral followed an emotionally-charged day in Birmingham, that saw the Prince of Darkness made one final trip through his home city. Thousands of fans lined the streets to pay their respects and say goodbye as a procession led by Ozzy's hearse travelled from the Aston Villa football ground through the city centre. In moving scenes, the procession stopped outside the Black Sabbath bridge, where the frontman's wife and children stepped out of their cars to lay down roses wrapped in black paper among the sea of tributes left by fans. ‌ Ozzy's widow, Sharon, was seen for the first time since his death and was overcome by emotion as she took in the outpouring of love for her husband. As she broke down in tears, Sharon was comforted by children Jack, Kelly, and Aimee. The grandchildren of Sharon and Ozzy were also close by for the family moment. Last week, the Osbourne family announced that Ozzy had died at the age of 76, just days after he appeared on stage at his farewell Back to the Beginning concert, in his beloved hometown of Birmingham. In a statement, the Osbourne family, including Kelly and Sharon, had said: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis."

KPop Demon Hunters song reaches number one in singles chart

The single, by animated group HUNTR/X, has jumped four places after being's last week's number four. In the albums chart, Merseyside band The K's have clinched their first number one album with Pretty On The Internet. The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack also spends a sixth consecutive week at the top of the Official Compilations Chart, the Official Charts Company said. It is the first time a K-pop artist has gone to number one in the Official Singles Chart since 2012, when PSY's Gangnam Style became the UK's first-ever K-pop number one. Two more tracks from KPop Demon Hunters also make the top 20, Saja Boys, Andrew Choi and Neckwav's Your Idol jumps four places to reach number 10, while Soda Pop leaps six to 11. This week's highest new entry comes courtesy of Drake and Central Cee, whose single Which One has gone straight to number four in the charts. US singer Justin Bieber has slipped down from number one to two with Daisies, while Dior by producer MK, known as Marc Kinchen, featuring singer-songwriter Chrystal, is a number three and US singer Sabrina Carpenter is in fifth place with her chart-topper Manchild. It is a second top 10 for US singer Tinashe, as Disco Lines' reworking of No Broke Boys reaches number eight. The death of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne last month has led to his band Black Sabbath's back catalogue continuing to surge in popularity in the charts this week. Black Sabbath's Paranoid reaches number 20 and Iron Man is at number 48 in the singles chart. Osbourne's Crazy Train also reaches number 25. Earlestown-formed indie rock group The K's previously enjoyed top five success with their 2024 debut I Wonder If The World Knows? Theirs is also the best-selling album of the week on vinyl, the most-downloaded album of the week and the best seller in UK independent record shops. As Oasis prepare for their fourth and fifth gigs at London's Wembley Stadium this weekend, the Gallagher brothers scoop the UK's most-streamed album of the week with Time Flies… 1994-2009 at number two, while (What's The Story) Morning Glory? is at number three and Definitely Maybe is in sixth place. Paul Weller achieves his 24th top 10 album as a solo artist with Find El Dorado at number five, just behind US singer Alex Warren at number four with You'll Be Alright Kid (Chapter 1). Osbourne's legacy can also be seen in the albums chart, with his Memoirs Of A Madman returning to the top 40 at 32 for the first time since its 2014 release. Black Sabbath's 2016 compilation album The Ultimate Collection climbs to its highest ever position at 14, while their chart-topping 1970 album Paranoid returns to the top 40 for the first time in 45 years at 38. Meanwhile queen of pop Madonna notches her 26th top 40 album this week with Veronica Electronica (23), a remix album featuring rare material from her Ray Of Light era. And synth-pop pioneer Gary Numan celebrates his 17th top 40 album of his career with A Perfect Circle at 34. Martin Talbot, chief executive officer at Official Charts, said: 'It's 13 years since PSY's Gangnam Style became the first K-Pop Number 1 in the UK, way back in October 2012, but this week represents another landmark moment for the globally dominating South Korean genre. 'While the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack tops the Official Compilations Chart again this week, the film also claims Number 1 in the Official Singles Chart through HUNTR/X's Golden. 'For the many music fans who have been to their enormous concerts, bought their merch and streamed their iconic songs, this will forever be the summer of Oasis – but K-pop's superstars are certainly giving the Gallaghers a run for their money.' The last time a track from an animated picture topped the singles chart was in 2022, when We Don't Talk About Bruno from Disney's Encanto became the first original song from a Disney animation to become a UK number 1 single.
