The Giallorossi medical staff is closely monitoring the situation to prevent a relapse during such a delicate phase of preparation.
Despite the suspension of team training, 'La Joya' hasn't been idle: he's alternated gym sessions with individual exercises on the pitch, following a personalized program aimed at maintaining a good level of fitness.
According to Il Tempo, the goal is to be ready for his debut against Bologna, scheduled for the restart of the season.
Gasperini himself confirmed his confidence in an imminent return, announcing at the end of the friendly against Everton that the striker could be available again in the coming days.
It's possible that Dybala could also get some minutes in the August 16 match against Neom, the last summer test before the official start of the season.

Blackburn Rovers' 'clear vision' as transfer decisions are made
Valerien Ismael says decisions have been made on which young players will go out on loan with Jake Batty and Harry Leonard likely to go out. The head coach has spent pre-season assessing which Academy talents might be ready to make the step up. Nick Michalski, Kristi Montgomery and Igor Tyjon are all now considered as first-team players with Lorenze Mullarkey-Matthews also catching the eye.
