American R&B singer Tank is set to serenade his South African fans with his sultry vocals this August.
Known for hits such as 'Maybe I Deserve' and 'When We', the 49-year-old hitmaker will be putting on a show, performing live in Pretoria at the Nldala Mall grand opening on August 2 and 3.
The singer-songwriter took to his Instagram with a video of him announcing the exciting news to his South African fans.
'South Africa PULL UP ON ME!!!...Aug 2nd and 3rd I'm performing live in Pretoria at the Ndlala Mall grand opening,' he wrote.
He will be performing at Ndlala Mall, which was originally known as Sterland Mall and was acquired by businessman Thami Ndlala, who is also the husband of TV and radio presenter Lerato Kganyago.
In 2012, R53 million was spent to transform the mall into a world-class destination for luxury, business and entertainment in central Pretoria.
Earlier this year, Kganyago shared details on the progress of the mall, revealing a picture on her Instagram stories.
She additionally shared that the mall was nearing completion and would feature a range of new additions, including restaurants, a barbershop, a hair extension store, residential apartments and a nightclub.
Kganyago further revealed additional developments for the mall, saying it will include a gym, conference centre and an arena.
Now, Ndlala Mall will officially launch in August with Tank as the entertainment, and fans could not be more excited.
Taking to the comment section, they showcased their love and how much they cannot wait to see the R&B star perform live.
'We love you, Tank!! You shall surely feel the love,' said @thlma_m. While @frankzanito10 commented: 'We are waiting for you King!!!'
'You are loved in many ways😍 Africa will love you even more❤️,' said @shadrjm_y.

Captain to captain: Siya Kolisi gives Jesse Kriel seal of approval

Siya Kolisi has proverbially handed the Springbok captain reigns over to his colleague Jesse Kriel in a sweet social media post. The 34-year-old was ruled out of the Bok's upcoming match against Italy due to another physical niggle. Jesse stepped up into the leader role in a game against the Barbarians in Cape Town last weekend. In a sweet Instagram snap, Siya Kolisi showed love to Jesse Kriel, who would take up position as Springbok captain this weekend. The rugby squad will play Italy at Loftus in their first test match of the year. In the post, Siya posted a clip of an embrace with Jesse following the 2023 Rugby World Cup win. Another image shows the duo bonding over a traditional Xhosa meal spent with elders. 'Sikhokhele' [Lead us], Siya captioned the post. In the comments, Jesse Kriel, who is fluent in Xhosa, responded: 'I love you, bra.' Siya Kolisi's show of affection to Jesse Kriel mirrors that of his father Fezakele, who did the same during the Eastern Cape leg of the Rugby World Cup Trophy Tour in 2023. During the stop, Kriel and fellow Springbok Deon Fourie visited the Zwide township, the home of Siya. Siya's father, the spitting image of his rugby player son, was there to greet them. The elderly man greeted Jesse and Deon with hugs and kisses and even jokingly placed the trophy on his head. Siya is also known for his playful and affectionate personality towards his colleagues.
