He noted, "The pain she endured only I might know but assure all who loved her she is in peace with no more pain! You are free! Heaven is a far better place with you in it my love."
Elliott thanked Row for being "the best wife, mother and friend I've ever known." He also mentioned all she did for the gastric cancer community and wrote, "But what you did for me as a man will last forever."
"I love and am in love and will always be in love with you my baby!"
As People noted, Elliott first announced his wife's stage IV gastric cancer diagnosis in April 2022. She was diagnosed at the age of 39 and had been privately navigating her cancer diagnosis for several years before the family revealed it publicly.
