Myleene — who wouldn't divulge the female's name but said she built her career off a 'family brand' — revealed: 'I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony. It was in my house.
'It was my party. They weren't having sex, but they were unzipping each other.
'[They said] 'It's not what you think', but it is what I think. It's the first thing they both said."
Following the bombshell claim, speculation over the mystery woman has spread like wildfire across social media.
Now, Myleene has issued a defiant new post saying 'I won't keep my mouth shut.'
She shared a reflective post of past events, including a photo of her MBE.
The TV star penned: 'Wow. What a week it's been!
'Firstly, thank you. I have quite literally tens of thousands of messages of love and support for me and my family. I took a long time to learn there's strength in vulnerability.
'In a varied week where my interview with @paulcbrunson and @needtotalk went viral and reached the people who needed to hear it, where I was part of the incredible @stjohn_ambulance team who helped to save a persons life and where my children and I somehow managed to rescue our passports from the bottom of the Adriatic, it's been a mixed bag!
'All this to say, at 47, I've finally found my voice and it's clear, unapologetic and brutally honest.

'To those that fear its truth, you probably have reason to, I have receipts, to those that need to hear it, I've got you and I fully intend to continue using it to change the laws and legislation that neglect women and children in this country and around the world."
Myleene ended her post with a Bible quote that read: "And the truth will set you free' John 8.32," and she added her own words "and then some" to the end.
'No regrets'
Myleene has insisted that she has no regrets in her honest interview with the We Need to Talk podcast.
Myleene shared her manager's reaction to her podcast appearance, saying: '"You should do it, it would be good for you, but be honest, everyone knows when people aren't honest', my manager before We Need To Talk podcast.

"'Errrrr s*** Leens, I didn't think you were going to be THAT honest'.. My manager AFTER We Need to Talk podcast."
Myleene said podcast host Paul was able to "see into her soul", allowing her to reveal most intimate details of her life over their five hour recording session.
The singer continued: "I flew back from abroad to do this podcast. I'd heard a lot about Paul C. Brunson and had seen the We Need To Talk headlines.
"As I've gotten older, more comfortable with being vulnerable, I'm drawn to things that stretch and challenge me.
"I wasn't prepared for how disarming Paul is and how he looks into your soul and pulls out the very core of what makes you tick.
"I didn't think he'd be able to do it.
"From the outside, what do we have in common? Maybe that was the challenge, to see what he had on me. Turns out, a lot.
"We ran into the night, five hours of recording, (subsequently multiple lawyers on both sides listened back and reached for their fire blankets) and we actually REALLY got on.
"The two of us in a room brought out raucous laughter, the kind where you throw your head back and ugly cackle, abject sorrow, shock and everything else in between."
Myleene admitted she's "no longer scared" to be disliked after becoming a resilient woman over years of being knocked down.
"My life has been played out in public for 26 years. I've lost relationships, been turned over (by men, not all men, but always men) and had to rebuild on more than one occasion," she said.
"I've also won. I won my jungle crown, my MBE, my family, my place and my peace.
"I don't care if people like me anymore, I'm not the terrified 20 year old girl from Hear'say being pelted with chow mein on stage for trying to sing a few songs.
"I'm no longer the girl who watched her life go up in smoke, fighting for everything I'd built from people who'd meticulously planned how to take it.
"I've been torn down by those who were meant to love me, I think I'll be ok. In fact, I know I will. A mixed race girl, from Norfolk, no one expected much (my school report proves this).
"I learned to hustle, stand up for myself and leave the betrayals behind. Who knew being a Mum would be the making of me, as failing meant my children failing (including the ones I never got to hold) and that was never going to happen."
'Utterly devastated'
Myleene recalled the moment she caught her ex allegedly cheating on her and what happened in the aftermath.
'I kicked everybody out of the party, including his mum and dad. They went back to Ireland," she said.
'And his dad said, 'He doesn't get it from me'. I was like, 'OK'. I just remember that being quite a weird thing to say.'
Myleene admitted she struggled to see the woman continuing as normal after the run-in, explaining: 'I've made peace with that situation now.
'But for a long time, it was very difficult to see their life . . . Not that I would wish that on a family. I don't know, I feel conflicted.
'But my life literally just broke apart very, very publicly.
'And their life, they've managed to continue building a family brand on it and it felt so difficult for a long time. This is the person I caught him with.'
Former Hear'Say singer Myleene, 47, had met Graham when he was working as part of the band's security team.
Despite the incident, she went on to marry him. They had two children, Ava and Hero, during their 12-year relationship, but were granted a divorce in 2013.
Recalling their 2011 wedding in Norwich, which was attended by just 16 people, Myleene said: 'It was the most miserable . . . No one forgot this wedding because I literally cried the entire reception.'
It was made worse by the fact that the couple butted heads over her request for him to sign a pre-nuptial agreement.
Chatting to Paul C. Brunson on the We Need To Talk podcast, she said: 'So we'd had the biggest row, myself and my ex, because I'd asked him why he wouldn't sign the prenup.
'On the night of our wedding, I asked again. I just felt something was wrong and he didn't want a big wedding.
'My best mate wasn't even at my wedding. They weren't allowed to come, otherwise he wouldn't go through with it.'
Months later, the marriage was finished. She said: 'On the day he decided it was over, he pushed a little Post-It note across the table with the figure he wanted.
'I was just like, 'How have you figured this out?'.'
But Myleene — who is now engaged to PR guru Simon Motson — added: 'All I will say to you is I've raised my children single-handedly, financially, as a sole parent for 12 years.'

Killer John left reeling in Emmerdale as new Nate evidence comes to light

John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) is in for a shock when it's revealed that Nate's death in Emmerdale is not all wrapped up in a bow as he thought – there's some damning evidence floating around that could yet bring him to justice. This is not good news and could mean all the hard work he put in framing dead man Owen for the murder was all for nothing. He's even managed to get Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) off his back after he came dangerously close to discovering the truth. Robert figured out that Owen had an alibi and that John had been to his house the day before he was found dead. But John carefully orchestrated things to discredit Robert in both the villagers' eyes and sister Vic's (Isabel Hodgins) both by portraying him as a scorned ex, and a threat to nephew Harry's safety. Now John just has to worry about the fact that actual, credible evidence is about to come to light. DC Cole puts Cain (Jeff Hordley) on edge when he's told they need to discuss Nate's murder. There is new evidence, which they need to discuss. Cain relays this to John, who is immediately struck with a sense of impending doom. It opens wounds for Cain and Tracy (Amy Walsh), who thought they could put the nature of Nate's death to bed and begin to work through their loss. But a fresh round of questioning reignites the pain. The elusive removal man is finally tracked down and suspicions are raised when Tracy shows him a photo and he doesn't recognise the man – Nate – who supposedly hired him. More Trending The police question him and he confirms it was in fact Owen who paid for his service. Of course, John has got involved here – it appears he has paid the man off. But all is not ok for John. He might think he's in the clear, but Mackenzie (Lawrence Robb) stumbles across something just as damning that could unravel everything.
