The audio is so good because of the incredible way Sonos creates these headphones, which have not only Dolby Atmos to bring the bass properly, but also spatial audio for sound that can track how you're moving and keep up with you no matter what you're doing. Then there's the noise cancelling, which will ensure you can shut the world out and lock in on whatever you're doing, whether that's smashing a workout, finishing a project, or just ignoring your colleagues because you don't want to talk. Look, we're not going to judge you.
Along with the sound quality, these headphones also boast an amazing 30-hour battery life that can get back up to 3 hours of playtime with just 3 minutes of charging. That means that even if you only remember they need charging just as you're getting dressed in the morning, you'll have plenty of power to work with during the day. Plus, you can use these with your phone, sure, but also with TVs, computers, and basically anything else you could want, and it's easy to switch devices as well, which is huge if you're someone who uses a lot of tech.

Apple AirPods Pro 2 Price Crash Signals AirPods Pro 3 Coming Soon, Now at Clearance-Level Pricing

Apple AirPods have come a long way. The brand rolled out the 4th generation of AirPods last year, but a previous version, the AirPods Pro 2, are still one of the best all-around wireless earbuds you can buy. These normally retail for around $249, but right now, you don't have to pay the full price. Amazon is currently being generous with a 32% discount, bringing the AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C version) down to $169. Discounts on Apple products aren't something you see every day, especially on a popular model like this one, so we recommend acting fast. See at Amazon These come with an H2 chip that is specifically designed to make your listening experience immersive. You're getting two primary listening modes: Active Noise Cancellation for when you want to block any distractions to fully enjoy whatever's playing, and Transparency mode for keeping you aware of your surroundings by letting some sound in. There's an Adaptive Audio feature that adjusts the noise control based on your surroundings, and Conversation Awareness that lowers the volume automatically when you're chatting with someone while having these on. It saves you from awkwardly having to take out an earbud every time someone talks to you. You will be heard just as clearly, thanks to voice isolation that minimizes background noise during voice and video calls. Of course, you can only really enjoy great sound if you're also taking care of your hearing. For that, Apple lets you conduct an at-home hearing test with these AirPods. You can also use them as hearing aids for mild to moderate hearing loss, and even protect your ears in loud environments. In terms of comfort, you get four sizes of silicone tips to find the right fit for yourself. The battery is designed to last up to 6 hours per charge with noise cancellation on, and 30 hours with the charging case. The case itself supports Precision Finding via Find My and a built-in speaker, so you won't lose track of the AirPods. For a more hands-free experience, interact with Siri by just using your head. Getting a call you don't want to answer right away? Shake your head for a no, and it'll be ignored. For picking it up, a nod will do the trick. There's a lot to like about these, and at this lower price, they're hard to pass up. If you've been waiting for the right moment to upgrade, this might just be it. See at Amazon

Amazon's App Store on Android is waving goodbye next week

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. What you need to know Amazon's upcoming shutdown date for its app store on Android, August 20, is coming up. The company is no longer supporting Android devices with this store, as it shifts its focus to its own Fire Tablets, Fire TV, and more to "improve the experience." Amazon announced this back in February, while also informing users that their Coins will be refunded next week. The end is nigh for Amazon's app store for Android devices, as the company enters the final stretch of its support. A post by Android Police highlights the upcoming shutdown of the Amazon App Store for Android devices. While Amazon's version was viewed as a decent alternative for users looking for apps that the Google Play Store didn't carry, we'll still have to bid farewell to it next week on August 20. Android's the only way saying goodbye, as Amazon will (of course) keep its store available for its own devices. As the publication states, once support is over for the Amazon App Store on Android, there's "no guarantee" that apps will continue to work on those devices. So, it's likely Android users will need to either drop those apps once the issues start popping up or find alternative options on the Google Play Store. All app updates will end next week from the Amazon App Store, per the latest report. Saying goodbye to an alternative store Amazon started informing developers and consumers alike that it was going to shut down its store for Android on August 20 earlier this year. This alternative app store was available in 200 countries, bringing games and other apps to users who wanted other options. However, Amazon itself felt that there just wasn't much incentive to keep this store running for Android. The company said in February that this move was a shift to focusing more on improving its app store experience for its own devices, rather than looping Android into the mix, too. Specifically, an Amazon statement said this move was because an "overwhelming majority of our customers currently engage with it" on its Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and such devices. The other side was its digital currency: Amazon Coins. These coins will be discontinued, and any remaining will be refunded to users come August 20. We're also a bit wary of saying goodbye to Amazon's third-party store, due to the increased grip Google will have.
