Britain's Got Talent has been hit by another fix row after a controversial new element was introduced in the semi-finals.
The Golden Buzzer has previously just been a fixture in the auditions, but an eyebrow-raising new concept has seen it also added to the semi-finals.
Guitarist Olly Pearson, 11, secured the sought-after Golden Buzzer after Simon Cowell was left blown away by his performance.
He showcased his talents with an impressive guitar medley and made his way to the final alongside Stacey Leadbeatter, who secured the most public votes.
However, viewers were left divided about the addition of the Golden Buzzer in the semi-finals, giving them a one-way ticket to the final.
Taking to X, fans were seething about the fact it could only be pressed once, with some declaring the whole thing as a 'fix'.
Comments included: 'This pile of rubbish needs to be renamed Britain's Got the Fix Factor, because there is NO WAY tonight's voting was accurate. No way #BGT';
'Golden buzzer is clearly to fix #BGT'; 'Honestly get rid of that stupid golden buzzer! The audience should shut up! # BGT.'
In each semi-final, one of the judges or Ant & Dec can take control of the buzzer when they see a performance worthy of a place in the final.
They have just one opportunity to press it, meaning any acts which follow do not have the chance to secure the sought-after accolade.
Elsewhere in Saturday's second round of semi-finals, supermarket worker Stacey got through to the final after fearing she wouldn't be able to sing due to her health woes.
The singer impressed the judges in her audition and received a Golden Buzzer from KSI after being forced to retrain her voice due to a stutter.
However, she reached a huge hurdle this week as she was struck down by strep throat, which left her fearing she might not be able to sing in the semi-finals.
She gave it her all at Wembley Arena in front of the judges - and has now landed her spot in the final, hoping for a chance to be crowned the winner.
Stacey won the most public votes and advanced straight through the final alongside guitarist Olly.
She beat out competition including Will Burns and Cheer Re Mans to the top slot, who narrowly missed out on their place in the final.
Speaking after the vote was revealed, Stacey said: 'Thank you so much for believing in me.'
She broke down in floods of tears and grabbed host Declan Donnelly for a hug as she was overwhelmed with emotion.
Just hours before the semi-final, Stacey revealed her panic about potentially not being able to sing after being struck down by strep throat.
'My voice is only just coming back,' she told The Mirror.
'I am still actually on antibiotics. I haven't been able to sing properly. I have been a bit concerned about this weekend but, hopefully, I'll be able to do it.'
The semi-finals will continue next week with the finals set to wrap up the series at the end of the month.

"I just make stupid stuff up and he's like, 'That's not real' and it's like, 'No, it really is real' and he kind of half knows but he's still wound up but he's got a good sense of humour. He's a good kid." Addressing the challenges that come with parenting, Simon remarked: "We're getting to a point where the word phone comes up, 'Oh god, here we go.'". "I'm very worried Jeff, about how much kids can see at a certain age. I grew up... which was learning things at the right time, the right age, etcetera etcetera. I just would be petrified of him having access to anything, that would really worry me." "It's like, they're ten, eleven, twelve years old. It's too much. I would say to any teacher watching, ban homework, you'll have happier kids and they'll do better." Reminiscing about his own upbringing and having named Eric after his late father, who died in 1999, Simon said: "My mum used to say, manners maketh the man and my dad was very good about respecting other people and I'm trying to do the same thing with him. "Which is, don't make it over complicated you know, find your path, be happy, be respectful to other people." The 53-year-old, who left Britain's Got Talent in 2022 after making comments about the ITV show's contestants, is reported to have made the gesture twice during the filming of the show's Christmas special on Tuesday. He is reported to have made the salutes while his teammate on the show, Call The Midwife's Helen George, was telling a story about her experience on Strictly Come Dancing, in which she said she sprained her wrist from "waving too much during the Strictly tour". She was told by the opposing team, who she was trying to convince that her story was true, that her wave was "too little", which is said to have led to Walliams joining in with a more vigorous wave which ended in a Nazi salute. Walliams, whose real name is David Edward Williams, was reportedly told off for the gesture by host Rob Brydon, before then performing another salute with a sexual connotation after some light-hearted lewd jokes about George's time on Strictly. The Times, who first reported the story, said team captain Lee Mack looked distinctly unimpressed by the incident. Article continues below One person, who the newspaper says was a part of the audience during the show's filming, posted on X: "I didn't have David Walliams doing a Nazi salute at the Would I Lie To You? Christmas taping on my 2025 bingo card." It is understood that footage of the incident will not be broadcast. Fremantle, which produces the ITV talent show, apologised after the comments were leaked and reached an "amicable resolution" with Walliams after he sued the company for misuse of private information and breaching data law. A spokesperson for Banijay UK, which owns Would I Lie To You? production company Zeppotron, said: "Any attempt at humour regarding this deeply offensive gesture, whether broadcast or not, is completely unacceptable in any context. "It was immediately acknowledged during the recording that this segment would not be broadcast under any circumstances and we apologise to those who were at the recording for any offence caused." What if he said to me, 'I want to be a singer' and he couldn't sing, I would be absolutely honest with him. If he couldn't, I would say, 'You know what, be a drummer,'" he laughed. "He actually can play the drums well but he's quite shy. You know, I walk and I hear him, and he stops. I say, 'Why are you stopping?' and he says, 'Well, I'm a bit embarrassed' and I say, 'Well don't be, you're really good.'
