Man seen casually walking sheep on a lead at Paisley train station
A man has been captured on CCTV walking his sheep at Paisley Gilmour Street Station.
ScotRail staff and passengers have been left bewildered after the station's CCTV caught the scene and shared it to social media.
Posting the picture on X, a man is seen wearing a blue t-shirt and a hat casually walking down one of the platforms with the sheep on a close lead, reports Glasgow Live.
In the background, a man sitting on a bench with a Tesco bag appears to be amused by the sight as the pair walked past him.
The rail operator added: "Well, ewe don't see that every day at Paisley Gilmour Street! #WhatTheFlock #EweWontBelieveIt."
While ScotRail doesn't specify whether or not ewe can bring sheep onto its trains, the website says pets including dogs, cats and tortoises are welcome on board as long as they are on a lead or in a travel cage.
Locals flocked to the comments following the post. One said: "Seen it at Baaarhead."
And another added: "He is looking a bit sheepish."
In 2022, we reported shoppers were also stunned after spotting a man walking two well-trained sheep on leashes down a busy Glasgow street.
The animals were seen strolling along Buchanan Street by a man wearing a cowboy hat and carrying a long walking stick.
Passer-by James Ormiston said the group "got plenty of attention". He said: "While in Glasgow, I came across an unusual sight. It was a chap walking sheep; not dogs, but sheep on leashes.
"He certainly got plenty of attention as walked up Buchanan street while stopping to chat with passers by. I've no idea if it was a stunt or what but it made me smile."
Photos show the man, wearing a jumper, jeans, walking boots and a cowboy hat while carrying a wooden staff. Attached to the leash are two sheep; one with a red collar and the other wearing a blue collar.

The trio stick out like sore thumbs heading from the bottom of Buchanan Street, where it meets Argyle Street, up past stores such as House of Fraser and Zara.
One tracksuit-clad local is seen smiling in one of the images, catching the sight out of the corner of her eye. In another snap a group of three young boys are seen laughing at the animals, with one getting his phone out to catch a quick photo.
One woman is seen chatting to the man while, behind the sheep, one man is positioning his phone to take a picture while another shopper wearing a pink jacket can't quite believe what she is witnessing.
The man from the second photo plucks up the courage to approach the sheep in the third image, making space for another local who also takes out her phone to capture the moment. Meanwhile a woman with short, purple hair delights in the sight, pointing and laughing at the adorable, farmyard animals.

Who is Hayley in EastEnders and what happened to her?
Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) has told a multitude of lies to cover his tracks in EastEnders – with wife Kat (Jessie Wallace) currently believing that he's been searching for former Albert Square resident Hayley Slater. As we all know, he's actually been on the lookout for Kat's estranged daughter Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan), who fled London for Barcelona after telling him that she'd done something 'so bad' that her family would disown her. Initially saying that he was in Australia visiting brother Spencer (Christopher Parker), the fib unravelled and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) was forced to cover again. She said that Alfie had suffered a cancer scare, and was in Spain trying to clear his head. However, in the last week, he reached out to Stace' to ask for €50,000 in order to pay off some dodgy fellas that had information on Zoe. She initially agreed, but was full of regret after promising the cash to Kat, who planned to use it as a deposit on The Queen Vic. Stacey's mum Jean (Gillian Wright) got wind of something suspicious happening, and assumed that the money was actually going to go to Hayley and her daughter Cherry. Stacey changed her mind on handing over the dough to Alfie, realising that it would be better spent by Kat. But as she set up home behind the bar, Jean dropped Hayley into conversation, and Kat was left furious. But who is Hayley, and what does she have to do with Alfie? Hayley Slater, played by actress Katie Jarvis, is the first cousin of Stacey. This makes her a distant cousin of Kat. She arrived in Walford in 2018, concealing a pregnancy from her family. It soon transpired that the father of the child was none other than Alfie! He told her that his heart was still with Kat, and he didn't want to have her child. After arranging an appointment at an abortion clinic, she got drunk and forgot to attend. Later, she went into labour and decided to drive herself out of the area in her uncle Charlie's (Derek Martin) taxi. The vehicle broke down and she was forced to give birth in a drug den. Shortly afterwards, Alfie reunited with Kat and was stunned to learn that she hadn't aborted her pregnancy after all. Her child was his daughter. They named her Cherry after his late mum. Hayley decided to leave when Stacey discovered Cherry's paternity and saw her kissing Alfie. She left a lock of the child's hair with Alfie, which was later discovered by Kat.
