Kwon Yul, star of My Sweet Mobster, is getting married. The actor made headlines after his agency, JWide Company, announced that the actor will be exchanging vows with his non-celebrity partner on May 24, 2025.
The 42-year-old actor, known for his versatile roles in film and television, has stayed away from the spotlight while planning his wedding. According to his agency, JWide Company, Kwon Yul will marry his non-celebrity partner in an intimate ceremony at a church in Seoul, attended only by close family and friends. The agency shared, 'Out of consideration for the non-celebrity bride-to-be and both families, the wedding will be held privately at a location in Seoul."
'We ask for your warm blessings and support for actor Kwon Yul who is about to embark on a new chapter in life. Kwon Yul will continue to greet [viewers] through various projects as an actor, showing his best on screen," the actor's agency added.
As per a report in Pinkvilla, a source familiar with the couple mentioned that their relationship is based on the foundation of deep trust and love for each other. 'The two met based on deep trust and love for each other and finally came to fruition. They plan to have a small, humble wedding with only their acquaintances invited," insider added.
Kwon Yul, whose original name is Kwon Se-in, is a popular South Korean actor who made his debut in the entertainment industry with the leading role in 2007 in Mackerel Run, a high school sitcom. He is widely popular for his portrayal of the character Seo Ji-seok in Angel's Revenge and Lee Sang-woo in the romantic series Let's Eat 2.
