Yahoo01-04-2025

Little Simz has pushed back the release of her upcoming album, Lotus.
The British rapper cited "shooting a movie" as the reason for the delay.
Originally due to be released on 9 May, the album will now come out on 6 June.
Simz, real name Simbiatu Abisola Abiola Ajikawo, shared the news of the delay on Instagram.
"Hey guys, I'm having to push my album back due to scheduling of shooting a movie that just came in."
She added: "Not ideal for me or you I know, trust me I've tried many ways around it but just means I can't do the film otherwise. If there was ever a time I ask for your grace and patience it is now.
"I'm sorry maynnnnn, I proper am. But only a few more extra weeks then yours."
As an actor, Simz has previously appeared in Netflix's revival of Top Boy as Shelley, and Meleka in the TV series Youngers.
Her first role was as Vicky in the BBC children's series Spirit Warriors.
She has also appeared as herself in Sony's Spider-Man Universe film Venom: Let There Be Carnage, when she sang her track Venom.
In other Little Simz news, the Mercury Prize and BRIT award-winner is set to play a one-off orchestral show at London's Meltdown 2025 in June.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Gives One Condition for Working With Chris Pratt

Originally appeared on E! Online Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't terminating the idea of working with his family. The Terminator actor shared that he would be willing to star in a movie alongside his and ex Maria Shriver's son Patrick Schwarzenegger and their son-in-law Chris Pratt—who married their daughter , 35, in 2019—under one important condition. "It's one of those things that if there's a great script, then of course, we would do it," Arnold exclusively told E! News correspondent Will Marfuggi at the Fubar season two premiere with Netflix Tudum June 12. "But you can't just make up this stuff. You can't just say, 'OK, let's just put the three together in a movie and not have a great script.'" Noting that those parameters should be a "given," the 77-year-old—who also shares daughter Christina Schwarzenegger, 33, and son Christopher Schwarzenegger, 27, with Maria, as well as son Joseph Baena, 27, with Mildred Baena—called on filmmakers to make it happen. As he put it, "You don't have to talk about it, just do it." (For more from Arnold, tune into E! News tonight, June 12, at 11 p.m.) More from E! "Whenever I see something good, I am interested in it," Arnold shared, "so we will see." But whether he's sharing the screen with Patrick or watching him from afar, the former bodybuilder is just happy to see the 31-year-old fulfill his longtime dream. "Patrick always had a love for show business," Arnold said. "He has spent a lot of time on the set with me when he was a kid. He was doing his homework in my movie trailer, he was watching me shooting on stage. I think he got the desire right then and there." And in the meantime, he's proud of the hard work he's put into the forthcoming season of Fubar, an action comedy series that follows a CIA operative as he's thrust out of retirement and back onto the field for one last job. "The second season is a lot, a lot of great, great action," Arnold said of the new installment, which premieres on Netflix June 12, "and also really funny moments." He added, "The actual sequences are very, very tough to do, especially when you do night shoots and all that. But it's a lot of fun." Billionaire friend of Prince of Wales dies after ‘swallowing a bee'

A billionaire friend of Prince William has died aged 53 after swallowing a bee, it has been claimed. Sunjay Kapur, an Indian businessman, reportedly collapsed while playing polo yesterday in England. Mr Kapur, who was chairman of global car parts giant Sona Comstar, had paid tribute to the victims of the Air India plane crash on Thursday hours before he died. He posted: 'Terrible news of the tragic Air India crash in Ahmedabad. My thoughts and prayers are with all the families affected. May they find strength in this difficult hour.'Reports have suggested he was stung by a bee in the mouth, potentially sparking an anaphylactic shock causing a heart attack. In a tribute posted on X, Mr Kapur's school said they were 'deeply saddened' by his death. The billionaire attended the Doon School in Uttarakhand, a 90-year-old boarding school in northern India, and later served on its board of governors. The school, which was modelled on the British public school and charges £13,406 per year for Indian students, described Mr Kapur as a 'passionate fitness and sport enthusiast and a learner for life'. They added: 'He worked to make polo more accessible beyond its traditional roots. 'Mr Kapur's enduring commitment to excellence, service, and community leaves a lasting legacy.' Mr Kapur was once married to Bollywood star Karisma Kapoor, 50, but the couple divorced. In an interview about her marriage in 2016, Ms Kapoor claimed Mr Kapur once left her to look after their child to play polo with William. Kapoor claimed: '[Sunjay] decided to carry on, leaving me behind to take care of our sick four-month-old son, just to play a Polo match with Prince William.' Indian billionaire dies during Queen's Cup polo

An Indian billionaire has died of a suspected heart attack after falling ill during a Queen's Cup polo match in Windsor. Sunjay Kapur, patron of the Aureus polo team and an established name in the English polo scene, was the ex-husband of Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor. It was initially reported by witnesses that he was heard to have said 'I've swallowed something', prompting assumptions he may have swallowed a bee. However, other people with knowledge of the situation have dismissed this theory, saying instead that he lost consciousness after bending over on his horse during a break in play. The 53-year-old's team, which is captained by Mark Tomlinson, were playing Sujan Indian Tigers in the subsidiary final of the Queen's Cup when he fell ill. Kapur had been playing at the prestigious Guards Polo Club in Windsor. A friend of Kapur's told Telegraph Sport: 'He will be greatly lost not only by his family and friends but the local community around his club as he employed so many people and made so many friends – he was fun kind and generous. He didn't distinguish between his grooms or high net worth friends – when he had a party everyone was invited and everyone was equal.' Kapur was chairman of auto components maker Sona Comstar. 'A visionary leader, Kapur played a pivotal role in shaping Sona Comstar into a global mobility technology company built on innovation, sustainability, and purpose,' Sona Comstar said in a statement. The University of Buckingham graduate took over Sona Comstar in 2015 after the death of his father, Surinder Kapur, a pioneer in the Indian auto parts industry who founded the company in 1995. According to Forbes, Kapur, who was also a US citizen, had an estimated net worth of $1.2 billion. He had children with Kapoor prior to divorce in 2016. Kapur later married Priya Sachdev, a former model and entrepreneur, with whom he had a son. Just before his death, Kapur posted a condolence message on X about Thursday's fatal crash of an Air India flight in Ahmedabad. Broaden your horizons with award-winning British journalism.
