One short tour down, one to go.
After conducting a brief run last fall, Shawn Mendes has announced he's returning to the stage this year.
From August through October, the 'Señorita' singer will perform at venues all over Europe, the U.S. and Canada along with special guests Maro, Lubiana and Eddie Benjamin on select dates.
Midway through the North American leg of the run, the 26-year-old Toronto native is scheduled to drop in at Queens, NY's Forest Hills Stadium on Friday, Oct. 3.
These shows come in support of Mendes' recently-released fifth studio album 'Shawn,' which hit shelves in October 2024 and spawned the hit singles 'Why Why Why,' 'Heart of Gold' and 'Nobody Knows.'
While we don't know what he'll take to the stage this time around, Set List FM reports he performed 16 songs at his Brooklyn Paramount show seven months ago.
If you'd like to see him live in 2025, tickets are available for all North American shows.

Shawn Mendes new music
On Nov. 15, 2024, Mendes dropped his fifth studio album 'Shawn.'
Billed as a more personal, intimate record than his previous output, the 12-track record follows through on that promise. Stripped-down and raw, 'Shawn' shows off Mendes at his most vulnerable over the record's 30-minute runtime.
After a few spins, we were most struck by Mendes' quiet opener 'Who I Am,' soaring anthem 'Nobody Knows,' melancholy 'Isn't That Enough,' rousing epic 'Heavy' and stirring cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah.'
Still, the undisputed highlight is Mendes' 'Heart of Gold,' an emotional ode to a departed friend. It's heavy and just may make you well up. We know we did.
If you'd like to hear for yourself, you can find 'Shawn' in its entirety here.

Trey Anastasio announces 3 NYC Beacon Theatre shows. Get tickets today
Vivid Seats is the New York Post's official ticketing partner. We may receive revenue from this partnership for sharing this content and/or when you make a purchase. Featured pricing is subject to change. In fall 2020, Trey Anastasio was performing live when virtually no one else was. Rather than sit out due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Phish frontman headlined eight 'Beacon Jams 2020' concerts at NYC's Beacon Theatre for an audience of zero. The shows were live-streamed for his adoring Phans and raised 'more than $1.2 million to establish the Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program,' according to Jam Bands. Five years removed from the now historic act, the jam band pioneer is headed back to the Upper West Side for three more shows at the Beacon Theatre on Friday, Nov. 28, Saturday, Nov. 29 and Sunday, Nov. 30. 'The performances will feature a range of formats, including Trey Anastasio Band and the return of The Rescue Squad Strings,' Anastasio shared via Instagram. 'Proceeds from the shows will benefit the the Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program.' At the final 'Beacon Jams' show on Nov. 27, 2020, the singer-guitarist performed 19 songs, according to Set List FM. That included Phish songs like 'Carini,' 'Love Is What We Are,' 'Pebbles and Marbles,' 'Fast Enough For You' and 'First Tube.' According to Anastasio, 'The Beacon Jams shows were the most artistically satisfying thing I've ever worked on. They meant so much to everyone involved–not just the audience, but the musicians as well. Everyone was hungry for music and connection, and somehow we found a way to create community in the middle of such a messed-up, isolating moment. Even the name felt meaningful–like we were shining a searchlight into the fog and manifesting something positive out of something so negative.' Prior to the Beacon run, Phish will perform at festivals, amphitheaters and coliseums all over North America from Sept. 12-21. Fans Phans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Trey Anastasio shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the November Beacon Theatre residency is Friday, Aug. 15. Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand. 'First Tube' (Phish song) 19.) 'March Party' Trey Anastasio new music On Sept. 20, 2024, Anastasio dropped 'Atriums.' Comprised of six tracks — all of which are anywhere from 14 to 16 minutes long — the record is a spacey, experimental trip, allowing the freewheeling Big Red to noodle, mess around and fiddle finding lush, feedback-heavy soundscapes along the way. To dive deep into the trippy and sometimes foreboding offering, you can find the expansive, mind-altering 'Atriums' here. More recently, Trey collaborated with Guerilla Toss and Pavement frontman Stephen Malkmus on the angsty single 'Red Flag to Angry Bull.' Huge jam bands on tour in 2025 While Trey might be the face of unpredictable live rock and roll, many other artists who promise 'no two set lists are the same' will be on the road these next few months. Grammy-nominated singer forced to cancel tour over poor ticket sales. ‘I'm extremely embarrassed.'
Grammy-nominated singer JP Saxe continued to pull the curtain back and let fans in on his decision to cancel his upcoming North American Fall tour. On July 28, the singer best known for his 2019 collaboration with Julia Michaels, 'If the World Was Ending," posted an urgent message on his TikTok account. He told fans that he had exactly 48 hours to sell 20,000 tickets to improve the prospects of Saxe's tour coming into fruition. Although fans tried to rally and bought a few thousand tickets in conjunction with Saxe working to keep prices low at around $50, it was not to be. On Aug. 1, Saxe posted that he made the decision to cancel the tour despite his fans' best efforts. As Saxe explained to The Canadian Press, he was on the verge of concluding his three-album deal with his record label. So, the label itself wasn't going to cover the costs for his slate of North American shows in the fall. Saxe tried to get creative, looking into booking bigger capacity venues to offset potential losses he couldn't afford to have this time around. Saxe then published an op-ed in Variety to detail the reasons why he was so transparent in how his process went for him. 'As a general rule, I'm always trying to practice sincerity in failure rather than the facade of success,' he wrote. 'I think it's really tempting as an artist, or as anyone, to always be projecting that everything is great at all times. And I find that uninteresting and disingenuous.' He thanked fans for their support and explained that those who attended would be promptly refunded. 'Even though a few thousand more people showed up in just a few days — which was emotional and the nicest thing anyone's ever done for me on the internet — it still wasn't enough to save the tour, and I will be humbly refunding every ticket,' Saxe said. Even if it was not meant to be this time around, Saxe still holds on to the belief that he will sell out an entire tour one day.
