BTS ARMY elated as the boys regroup

The first song she heard was Blood Sweat & Tears on VH1, but it was DNA that cemented her bias. 'I liked Tae very much in that song,' she smiles. What's lasted is her admiration for how each member evolved. 'They started in 2013. In every album, their style is there, but individuality too. I've witnessed all their growth. They've been a part of my life, still are.'
She also speaks about the values they stay for, be it pro-LGBTQIA+ messages or toxic skin care industry standards, and emphasises the importance of the band in making K-pop famous, globally.
For most fans, BTS's music became deeply personal. Max, a college student, shares SUGA's solo work under the name Agust D helped him through his darkest hours. 'Every SUGA bias will know what his music means to us,' he says. 'It was the only source of hope when we were having our toughest times. He gave me life and the strength to run towards my dream. If it weren't for Agust D, I wouldn't exist.'
But Max's love extends to the full group. 'Every member's words shaped us into better human beings. I became an ARMY during the Dynamite era and I was lucky to experience the group together. When enlistment news came, we couldn't do anything but wait. I swear I waited two-and-a-half years for them to come back. I'm so ready for their comeback and can't wait to attend that OT7 concert one day.'

BTS' RM writes anniversary letter to ARMY, shares ‘strange' feelings: ‘I want to walk romantically with you all'

BTS' RM, recently discharged from his mandatory military service, has been gushing about being back to his normal life, the work he loves, and his fans, who stood as his constant pillar through these 18 long months. Kim Namjoon and Kim Taehyung officially completed their service on June 10. Soon after, the duo went live on Weverse, opening up about their military days. But RM left fans a bit worried when he admitted being diagnosed with insomnia and had to rely on pills. Now, ahead of BTS' 12th debut anniversary, RM once again returned to Weverse, penning what he called his 'bizarre/strange' feelings but ended up leaving fans in tears with the raw emotion. In his post, the Indigo hitmaker reflected on how surreal it felt to see June 13 arrive again, admitting last year's anniversary was particularly hard. He confessed that he had been waiting for this moment even more than the fans themselves, repeating how much he waited, waited, and waited for this day to finally come. Also read: BTS' RM says mental health worsened amid HYBE issues, had to rely on pills: 'I cried all night, kept saying I was going to die' 'Hello everyone, Happy Birthday, BTS,' RM wrote, before humorously comparing the group's age to a niece from a multiverse who has grown up well. 'Last year's 06/13 was really tough… but now, June 13th, 2025 is truly here. 12th anniversary… twelve years old! It's like you're the nephews/nieces of my multiverse. I'm glad you've grown up so well.' He mentioned spending the day with his family since it also happened to be his younger sibling's birthday. 'And before showering, I broke the tip of my pencil pressing too hard, writing down these strange/bizarre thoughts. Honestly, I never thought this day would come.' As he dug deeper into his feelings, RM opened up about the weight he carries with every BTS release, every album, every comeback, every public appearance. 'How dare I create like that and confidently hand out my business/name card? They say this is love.' He spoke about reading a book titled The Precision of Love, which made him think about what it means to love someone exactly and to be loved back with the same precision. 'I think I've lived my life trying to interpret and meet your love, to receive it as precisely as I can. I'll try to go somewhere again — somewhere unknown to me. Although I still don't know well how many people, of what kind and where, are by my side now, I want to walk romantically with you all. Will you come with me?' he wrote. Also read: BTS' V says he can't tolerate 'person with childish behaviour' now: What Taehyung's changed personality after military discharge reveals His message grew even more emotional as he talked about wanting to continue walking this unpredictable road together with ARMY, no matter how tiring, confusing, or uncertain it gets. 'All through days of fatigue and sleepless nights, through incomprehensible people and thoughts that cling like tails — I'll push through all those obstacles once more.' He also poked fun at himself for not being able to keep his message short, saying that maybe he's still too young and clumsy when it comes to expressing his feelings. The BTS leader ended by promising that BTS will do even better this time, thanking the fans once again, and signing out as Free Citizen Namjoon. 🌟 WEVERSE RM post: Hello everyone, Happy Birthday, BTS. So 06/13 has come again. It's 06/13 once again Last year's 06/13 was really tough… But now, June 13th 2025 is truly here. Honestly, I waited for this even more than all of you. This year's anniversary is special since it marks the reunion of OT7. As part of the mega celebration, BTS' agency HYBE has organized a two-day event called BTS FESTA, which will take place on June 13 and 14, headlined by a special performance by J-Hope. The venue is KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang, South Korea. But fans outside can stream the digital content on social media, which will be made accessible the same day. BTS' 12th Anniversary: RM aka Kim Namjoon pens emotional letter for ARMYs, says 'I truly didn't this day would come'

BTS leader RM, also known as Kim Namjoon, is back and his heartfelt words on the group's 12th anniversary (June 13) are already resonating deeply with ARMY. Fresh off his military discharge on June 10, Namjoon shared a touching handwritten letter on Weverse just minutes after the clock struck midnight in South Korea, reflecting on the group's journey, his personal growth, and the long-awaited reunion just around the corner. Happy birthday, BTS: RM gets candid in new note RM began his letter with a warm 'Happy birthday, BTS,' acknowledging the emotional weight of June 13—also known as BTS' debut anniversary. 'Somehow, 613 has come around again,' he wrote. 'Last year's 613 was really not easy, and now 250613 has arrived. I have truly been waiting more than any of you.' The phrase '250613,' symbolizing June 13, 2025, marked a bittersweet full-circle moment—12 years since BTS first debuted. With a mix of humour and sentiment, he likened the group turning 12 to 'a nephew in my multiverse,' adding, 'I'm so glad you've grown up so well.' Sharing that June 13 also happens to be his younger sibling's birthday, RM revealed he spent time with family before sitting down to pen the letter, pressing hard enough to 'break the pencil lead.' A time to look back and ahead He referenced a book titled An Experiment in Accurate Love, reflecting on the challenge of giving and receiving love in a sincere and meaningful way—something he feels deeply with ARMY but continues to question. 'To be loved accurately and to love accurately. That seemingly impossible task, I've always wanted to achieve it.' The journey continues with you by his side The letter closes with RM inviting fans to continue walking this journey with him. 'Once again, I'm going to try to go somewhere, though I don't know where… I want to walk together with romance. Will you join me?' He poetically described moving forward like 'Huckleberry Finn,' pushing through exhaustion, insomnia, and confusion—all made bearable thanks to the fans. 'Thanks to you, I endured, and thanks to you, I stubbornly walked on.' Namjoon ended with a humble acknowledgment of his own flaws and gratitude: 'Becoming talkative is also a sign of clumsy love, so please look upon it kindly… We will truly try to do better once more. Thank you for giving us the opportunity. And I love you.' BTS reunion just days away RM's letter comes at a poignant time. With Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook, and RM all officially discharged, the only member still completing service is SUGA, whose discharge is scheduled for June 21. The full group reunion—something fans have waited nearly three years for—will finally become reality. As BTS prepares for its long-anticipated comeback, RM's words serve as both a love letter and a quiet promise: no matter how unclear the road ahead may seem, they're ready to walk it again—with ARMY right beside them.
