'You just let
Rishabh Pant
be Rishabh Pant. Stand out there and admire.'
KL Rahul
's words summed up the essence of day four at Headingley, where the Indian duo of Rahul and Pant unleashed twin centuries to propel India to 364 all out in their second innings, setting England a steep 371-run target.

By stumps, England openers Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett had reached 21 without loss. The series opener remains delicately poised with 350 more needed by the hosts and one full day to go.
Pant, who made 134 in the first innings, completed his second century of the match with a thrilling 118 off 140 balls - becoming the first Indian to hit twin tons in a Test against England and only the second wicketkeeper in history to achieve the feat.

KL Rahul, anchoring the innings with a composed 137 off 247 balls, was at his vintage best. 'Was happy with the way I was batting in Australia… Unfortunately couldn't get big runs. I learnt there that once I get starts, I'll convert into big ones,' he said after the day's play.
On his ever-evolving role in the batting order, he admitted: 'Last couple of years I have forgotten what position I am comfortable in. I am ready for whatever has been given to me.
I have enjoyed my role as an opener the last couple of series.'
Rahul also spoke about helping younger players adjust to English conditions. 'Everyone wants to learn, get better at their game. Whoever has come and spoken to me, we've had lengthy conversations. It was something that used to happen earlier also.'
Despite India losing their last six wickets for 31 runs, they had done enough damage. England pacer Josh Tongue, who triggered India's late collapse, said: 'It's a shame I couldn't get the hat-trick… but the dressing room is very positive. We have a very good batting order.'
Day five promises fireworks - or a fight for survival.

'Don't say whatever Benny said': Aaron Ekblad just gave us the funniest speech intro of the Stanley Cup parade

(Image via Getty) The Florida Panthers' Stanley Cup celebration has already given us some absolute gold (see: Sam Bennett's 'I'd like to apologize to absolutely f***ing no one' moment), but Aaron Ekblad might've just stolen the show with one of the best openers of the day. Aaron Ekblad's savage callback to Bennett's wild speech had fans cracking up 'After E11even, my agent called me and said, 'Don't say whatever Benny said.'' That was the first thing Ekblad said when he grabbed the mic and the crowd (and internet) instantly knew this was about to be a speech worth remembering. In case you missed it, 'E11even' refers to Club E11even, the infamous Miami nightclub where the Panthers clearly celebrated hard the night before. And 'Benny'? That's Sam Bennett, who went full WWE during his speech with: 'I would like this time to apologize… to absolutely fing no one. We're the double champs—we do what the f we want!' So when Ekblad stepped up and hit us with: 'My agent told me not to say whatever Benny said,' he instantly became the calm, hilarious contrast and fans were obsessed with it. Fans couldn't get enough of Aaron Ekblad's mic moment The quote spread like wildfire online, with NHL fans loving how real and unfiltered it felt. A few highlights from social media: It was the kind of quote that makes you pause, laugh, and realize these guys are just like us except, you know, holding the Stanley Cup. The Panthers parade gave us drama, laughs, and total chaos This Cup celebration might go down as one of the most chaotic and iconic NHL championship parades ever. Between Sam Bennett's villain energy, Ekblad's hilarious self-censorship, and the team just fully leaning into the Miami madness, it's been a wild ride from start to finish. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Adidas Three Shorts With 60% Discount, Limited Stock Available Original Adidas Shop Now Undo And now? Ekblad's one-liner is officially part of Cup lore.
