Love Island fans say Casa Amor hunk sounds ‘desperate' as they uncover gameplan

Scottish Sun7 days ago
LOVE Island fans have said that a Casa Amor hunk sounds 'desperate' as he tries to win the heart of an OG villa girl.
American bombshell Toni has been romantically linked to Harrison since he arrived in the villa, but with a rocky romance so far - Casa Amor might have come at the right time.

With Harrison flirting with the Casa girls in a different villa, Toni got to work flirting with the new guys who arrived in the main villa.
On Monday night, Toni flirted with Boris, with viewers convinced they might couple up and win the whole show.
But tonight saw a very different story play out.
Chatting and flirting with hunky Casa boy Cach, Toni got her head turned.
Flirting with one another and getting friendly, the pair even shared a smooch.
But fans were not convinced.
Some thought that Cach was disingenuous and called his "desperate" behaviour out on social media.
"This dude with Toni sounds a bit desperate," said one person on X.
"It's giving ick but at least he's focusing on Toni," they added, alluding to him being desperate and wanting to get picked to stay in the villa after Casa.
Other viewers weren't sold either.
Love Island fans feel sick as Harry tells Casa Amor girl he'll give her an orgasm and teases they'll have sex soon
"I actually don't like Toni and Cach together.. can't put my finger on it but nahhhhhhhh," said one suspicious fan.
"I feel like cash is just saying anything," added a second.
"I'm not sold on toni & cach, but anyways, go off," penned a third.
But other viewers were seemingly keen for the pair to couple up and get together.
Love Island 2025 - Casa Amor girls
WHO are the latest bombshells heading into the spin-off villa?
The Sun exclusively reported the identities of the six beauties heading into the ITV2 spin-off villa, after it was teased during last week's episode.
The Love Island newbies were seen strolling into the compound clad in swimwear - with one already having a connection to Harry.
On the show's official Instagram page it teased: "Amor the merrier… who's ready for Casa Amor?" and now we can report the full line-up. Lauren Wood, 26,
Emma Munro, 30
Lucy Quinn, 21
Yasmin Broom, 26
Andrada Pop, 27
Rheo Parnell, 26
"TONI YOU BETTER RECOUPLE WITH CACH RN," said one.
"Toni has upgradeddddd. That is my girllll," penned a second.
A third wrote: "I didn't like Cach yesterday but he's so much more likeable around Toni. And Toni's no longer miserable, so that's a plus…"
While a fourth said: "toni getting to know someone else rather than trusting h*rrison in casa, god smiled on me today."
And a fifth added: "TONI IS EMOTIONALLY FREE FROM HARRISON."
Just 24 hours ago, Love Island fans were keen for Toni to couple up with a DIFFERENT Casa boy.
Slovenian hunk Boris got close to Toni on Monday night when they complimented each other and got a little flirty.
Viewers loved the chemistry, with one writing on X: "Toni and Boris are my winners."
A second said: "Ok I'm ready to declare Toni and Boris the winners."
A third posted: "I hope Toni picks Boris, they look great together."
Another wrote: "I genuinely need Toni to bring back Boris so I can't see Harrison get humbled expeditiously."

Nicola Peltz's latest career move is revealed amid her and Brooklyn Beckham's feud with his family

Nicola Peltz 's latest career move has been revealed amid her husband Brooklyn Beckham 's ongoing feud with his family. The actress, 30, is throwing herself into her work and has joined the cast of a brand new thriller, with Nicola confirming her involvement in an Instagram post. She will take on a starring role in Pretty Ugly, which has been created by Ted Lasso screenwriter Erica Dunton, according to Deadline. Nicola will star alongside Jazzy De Lisser and Mary Stuart Masterson in the drama, which will delve into the appeal of social media beauty. Set in Winnabow, North Carolina, Pretty Ugly follows a woman called Raelynn (Jazzy) as she becomes obsessed with the seductive world of social media. Her mother (Mary) also has her own fixation on grisly true crime podcasts and their relationship begins to unravel when a make-up influencer (Nicola) enters their lives. Things then take a sinister turn as a 'character-driven murder mystery' unfolds, which shows how 'the internet is changing the face' of America, writer Erica claimed. Also starring in the new project are the likes of Michelle Gomez, Andy Buckley, Cullen Moss, Paul Schneider, Edgar de Santiago and Angela Wong Carbon. Nicola's return to the screen comes after she made her directorial debut Lola last year, which was met by a mixed reception from critics and viewers alike. The heiress wrote, directed and starred in the film, which premiered on February 9, 2024, with a limited theatrical and digital release. She played the title character, a teenage girl who works to save up enough money to get her and her younger brother out of the toxic home they share with their mother. She faces a series of traumatic cliches, such as drug abuse, poverty, sex work and teenage pregnancy, but critics blasted the film. They argued it was 'a glorified commercial' for Nicola, and accused the movie of being 'poverty porn', meaning the exploitation of poverty for entertainment and artistic recognition. Nicola has also starred in other projects including Emma Roberts' 2020 festive flick Holidate, Welcome to Chippendales and Bates Motel. Nicola's latest career move comes amid her husband Brooklyn's ongoing feud with his parents and brothers over his relationship with her. Last week, it was revealed that Brooklyn and Nicola's Instagram accounts no longer follow his younger brothers Cruz, 20, and Romeo, 22, in the latest family drama. However, Brooklyn's friends told MailOnline on Friday that Cruz and Romeo have actually blocked them on the social media platform. This would make sense given Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, are still following his parents Victoria, 51, and David, 50. Cruz and Romeo were still following Brooklyn and Nicola earlier this week but appeared to take action after Brooklyn posted a birthday tribute to sister Harper, sharing a family photo without them in it - which Nicola reposted. There was much speculation whether Brooklyn would reach out to Harper on her 14th birthday on Thursday, but despite him doing so, it seems all is not well in the camp. Brooklyn's birthday tribute to Harper marked his first public interaction with his family since he paid tribute to his grandmother Sandra on June 26, despite remaining silent and shunning his father's 50th birthday earlier that same month. Sources close to the family have told MailOnline of their fears that Brooklyn and his wife Nicola have also distanced themselves from Harper after they failed to visit her when they flew into London in May to film an advert for French-Italian clothing brand Moncler just over a mile from the family home in Holland Park. David and Victoria had no idea whether Brooklyn, who Harper has idolised since she was a little girl, would message her privately or publicly on Instagram because they have no communication with him. The news that Cruz and Romeo had blocked their older brother followed Cruz's many pointed digs towards Brooklyn on social media last month. Amid the escalating feud, Romeo stepped in as he shared a very pointed statement about 'appreciating people that love you' and insisted 'life was too short' to not tell people you care about them. Brooklyn and Romeo have been living a somewhat fractious relationship over the last few months following claims Romeo's ex-girlfriend Kim Turnbull was the reason behind their rift. Kim addressed the speculation June 16 and insisted she has only ever had a friendship with the eldest Beckham son. Sharing a statement on her Instagram page, she said: 'I've avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it's come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on. 'I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative. 'I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question. 'Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.' Kim had been at the centre of the row after Nicola claimed that she felt uncomfortable around her, with sources close to the US heiress saying that Kim had dated Brooklyn when they were teenagers - which she then denied. Last month, Romeo and Kim then split after seven months together, with friends saying that the romance 'fizzled out' three weeks after David's 50th birthday. Following their split, friends said things remain 'amicable' between Romeo and Kim, and that their parting is 'nothing to do' with Kim being blamed by Nicola for being the catalyst for the feud that has ripped the Beckham family apart.

Netflix show pulls in 6 million viewers to soar up charts in 43 countries

Netflix's leap into live events has added more firepower to an arsenal that already made the platform the most popular on-demand streaming service in the world. While stand-up comedy and reality shows have both been tested, it's real-time sports coverage that appears to be in Netflix's grand plans following the huge success of Christmas Day's live NFL streams and the acquisition of WWE broadcast rights (Picture: Getty Images) Perhaps its most anticipated live sport event so far was November's boxing clash between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson. Although many viewers were left furious over constant buffering and streaming issues, Netflix said the highly-anticipated bout pulled in viewers from 60 million households – and the platform has continued to muscle its way into the fight game as streamers threaten to replace more traditional pay-per-view coverage (Picture: Getty Images) The Tyson-Paul fight also provided the platform for a rematch between Ireland's Katie 'The Bray Bomber' Taylor and Puerto Rico's Amanda 'The Real Deal' Serrano, which Netflix says was 'the most-watched professional women's sports event in US history, with an estimated 74 million live viewers globally.' The streamer continued its success on Friday night as subscribers were given access to the trilogy fight for what's been described as 'the fiercest rivalry in women's boxing' (Picture: Getty Images) The weekend's coverage from the headline fight at Madison Square Garden in New York City pulled in more than six million viewers across the globe. Netflix announced that the main event drew an average-minute audience of 4.2 million viewers in the United States alone, hit the top of the most-watched charts in US, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, as well as making the top 10 in 43 countries overall (Picture: Getty Images) Netflix described the event as 'nothing short of epic' and a 'true global moment', announcing it had broken Guinness World Records, with 17 world titles on the line across five championship bouts adding to the scale of the spectacle. Taylor won on the night, as she had in their previous two meetings to make it a clean sweep in the trilogy (Picture: Getty Images) The event was shrewdly picked by Netflix, with fight experts predicting that it could provide the platform to launch women's boxing into a new era. Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn said after the fight: 'What they did tonight was give so many opportunities to so many great female fighters and big paydays and big opportunities. [Katie] won't ever say it but it's down to her. There's been many more before her but she's the one commercially who's broke down the barriers that have given so many opportunities' (Picture: Getty Images) The next boxing event on the calendar for Netflix will be the blockbuster bout between Mexico's Saúl 'Canelo' Álvarez and undefeated American star Terence 'Bud' Crawford. It will be shown on Saturday, September 13, live from Las Vegas. As part of its 'WWE Premium Live Events', Netflix will also be showing WWE Summer Slam live on August 2 and August 3 (Picture: Getty Images) Netflix's live coverage is set to extend far beyond sport, with NASA announcing at the end of June that it was set to team up with the streaming giant to host NASA+ live programming. It said: 'Audiences now will have another option to stream rocket launches, astronaut spacewalks, mission coverage, and breathtaking live views of Earth from the International Space Station' (Picture: Getty Images)

Celebrities flock to exciting new art show celebrating women

Two emerging artists launch new exhibition raising funds for causes close to their heart A host of famous faces turned out to support an exciting art exhibition championing women. Socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, Celebrity Big Brother favourite Nicola McLean and reality star Jack Fincham all attended the show the Yield Gallery. ‌ They all raised a toast to the She Who Dares showcase, with boasts work from two of the UK's most exciting emerging artists, Fern and Danielle Tomlinson. Also there was Love Island 's Tasha Ghouri 's new squeeze, wildlife YouTuber Cam Whitnall. The pair went public with their relationship at Ferne Cotton's Happy Place Festival at the weekend and are said to have been dating a couple of months. ‌ ‌ Fern and Danielle Tomlinson welcomed the celebs to the launch of their exhibition in London. Fern's work explores modern femininity through vivid colour and cultural commentary, while Danielle brings the animal kingdom to life with expressive wildlife portraits. Both artists are using their platforms to support causes they care deeply about. Fern will donate 5% of profits from her new series to Bowel Cancer UK, following her mother's recent diagnosis. And Danielle will donate 5% of her proceeds to Big Cat Sanctuary, aligning with her long standing advocacy for animal welfare and environmental stewardship. The exhibition is now open at the gallery's Eastcastle Street location just off Oxford Street. With pieces ranging from accessible limited edition prints (£500) to major original works (£20,000), She Who Dares is designed to welcome both seasoned and first time collectors. ‌ 'It was important to us that this show didn't just celebrate powerful women in art, but also empowered those behind the scenes, artists giving back, collectors engaging with purpose, and a gallery willing to take bold curatorial risks,' says David Izzard, Founder and CEO of Yield Gallery. 'This is the kind of exhibition that defines why we do what we do.' 'It's rare to see a joint show that balances such strong individuality with shared values,' adds Lily Pritchard, Creative Manager at Yield. 'This is about two women using art to express, challenge, and give back, and it's exactly the kind of energy the art world needs right now.' ‌ Artist Danielle knows Cam through their joint interest in Big Cat Sanctuary, a non-profit wild cat charity in Kent where he is director. Cam and Tasha were spotted holding hands on out at Fearne Cotton's Happy Place festival at Gunnersbury Park. Last week Tasha confirmed she'd bagged herself a new man. Saying she was in the 'early dating stages' with someone else, she told Rylan Clark in an interview: 'We clicked straight away, like he's very ambitious, he's driven… we've just been enjoying our company and just seeing what happens really.'
